We were treated as family. Very welcoming staff, they gave us a map with directions for tour beat routes. Our kid was sick and they took good care of him, even during sleep hours, staff was available to provide us with water, towels, ice, etc. And this place is also a great spot for your visit in Valencia. Prices are really good for the amount of service and convenience that you get.

This is steps away from the Torres de Serranos. Area is walkable to everything- shops and dining. Try the restaurant Rincón 33. Their goat cheese salad is out of this world. From the lovely front desk at check in, to the amazingly well designed and built room and bath, to the first hotel that had strong ac, and a lovely made to order breakfast that was of the highest quality.

I used the Trip.com app, checked the parking facilities, and there was no information about a separate fee, and I was not notified by the hotel. Other hotels state that a separate fee is charged. When checking out, they suddenly asked me to pay 47 euros for parking for two days. This amount is equivalent to 70,000 to 80,000 won in Korean currency, so it doesn't make sense that they didn't notify me...

New hotel very modern, facility is great, walking distance to old town. Only downside is that they have very limited service of bar and restaurant so you almost always need to go out to eat.

A well positioned, clean hotel with helpful staff at reception. Room was a good size with coffee making facilities and a TV with English programmes. Shower and bathroom was fine. Unfortunately the bed mattress was hard and uncomfortable. Pillows were okay, but not great quality. Parking available, but very expensive.

Top location steps from the main train station and metro station. The hotel is very modern and despite the rather noisy location one cannot hear anything due to noise insulated windows etc. Also the breakfast buffet is very good. The old town is just a few walking minutes away. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Valencia.

The hotel is right next to the North Railway Station, and the street next door is almost entirely lined with Chinese shops. Tian Tian Big Meat Buns is located here. The hotel offers free bottled water and candy for guests, and it's also very convenient to get to the attractions!

I went with my family and 3 kids, they give us a big room. The beds and the pillow s very comfortable. The place is quiet.

Well-maintained old budget hotel in the suburbs of Valencia.

Hotel is good but the decoration for the breakfast area is really bad. Especially if you have kids. Why are there XXL pictures of naked people? Looks satanic. —— They came back to me and had a very open feedback culture. Regardless of whether they implement it or not, I would love to support owners and people with that open communication style and open feedback culture!

The entrance and exit of the hotel's underground parking lot is on a one-way street, so you need to drive a few streets to get in! I would certainly stay here again, location is perfect, right in the old part of the city, super walkable and not loud. The hotel was nice, not much to complain. The room was okay, they cleaned the room and changed the towels. It was just lacking and felt very basic. No coffee and tea in the room, shower head was broken and the bed was hard. It is a standard 3 star hotel. Rooms are clean. If visiting Feria Valencia it is a great location, since it is 5minute walk.

The only complaint is the beds! We asked for a double bed and found two very small single beds! They say there were no double beds available!

It's pretty good, clean, and has a washing machine, coffee machine, refrigerator, and cooking area. We're a family with two children, but the sofa bed wasn't very comfortable. The room is spacious but not very well maintained.  There were holes on the wall of the washroom where we could see the pipes.  The air conditioner was not very good.  We asked for an electric fan but not available.  Front desk was quite nice but they could only understand simple English.

Regrettably, the room's ventilation was not ideal, as the only window faced the air conditioning units, leading to a warm, humid environment and considerable noise from the units. Furthermore, the bathroom lacked ventilation. Although the experience was passable, I would not opt to stay there again.

Hotel was in a good location close to public transport and near the city centre but the amenities were well below average. The photos provided when I made my booking indicated there would be a mini fridge however there wasn’t. I found out afterward that mini fridges are only included in superior room bookings, which I think is misleading to include in the photos for standard rooms. No other bathroom...

Unfortunately, there is an incident on our first night when someone just walk into our room, and the reason is some system failure. I didn't stay in the hotel, but I came to the rooftop bar quite often in summer, and every time two bartenders were trying their best to spoil my evening. They were rude, never smiled (especially the older guy), they almost spoiled my birthday there. Thay have no idea what good service is. Yeah, and the prices were higher than the normal ones.
