Hotel room is big and very clean. Shower water pressure was amazing! Reception staff were very nice and helpful. Perfect location.
Very friendly and kind staff. Overall a great hotel! Would definitely recommend :)
Super nice staff, comfy bed, good air conditioning. Central location convenient for shopping and restaurants - highly recommended
It was an excellent hotel, the staff was amazing, the room was very spacious, the breakfast was delicious. The best hotel in Valencia. Great location too!
The bed was too hard so we had a very uncomfortable sleep. We asked for a mattress topper and was told this is not a option. We would have liked to be able to plug our firestick in but this could not be done as the tv was framed. Disappointed having only 2 English channels
Prime area for visiting Valencia, close to everything, shopping, dining, transportation. Would recommend.

Holiday Inn Express Valencia was a comfortable place to stay in the city of Valencia. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, everything was very clean. The service was pleasant, there was included breakfast too. The location is really convenient, it is right next to the Centro Commercial El Saler mall, and is waking distance from the science museum. Overall a wonderful experience at the Holiday Inn Express...
The staff on reception were very helpful. The breakfast was good as expected. The pool was long but thin and mainly deep so not great for children
Great accommodation with a good location and excellent service. Thank you.
Rooms: Spacious, clean rooms. A coffee/tea spot, TV that u can log into for netflix, an open plan wardrobe space to hang a few items and store things. The bathrooms have a bin but our room didn't, there is also a note in the bathroom in case you forgot anything and you can ask the desk for it. The bathrooms are quite small but just right, the shower has a great water pressure and the sink. The air...
Basic but decent HI Express at a good location for touring the Arts & Sciences area. The Saler Mall and Alquería del Pou restaurant are within easy walking distance. Breakfast area is large and comfortable with plenty of food, espresso coffee machines and fresh juices (no bacon strips or scrambled eggs - boo). Our two-bed room wasn't huge but kept us comfortably cool in the summer heat. The bathroom...
We were treated as family. Very welcoming staff, they gave us a map with directions for tour beat routes.
Our kid was sick and they took good care of him, even during sleep hours, staff was available to provide us with water, towels, ice, etc.
And this place is also a great spot for your visit in Valencia. Prices are really good for the amount of service and convenience that you get.

This is a wonderful hotel! It is beautifully appointed and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It is in a great location, walking distance to the central market and silk exchange etc.but also to great shopping as well.
Amazing hotel
Beautiful laidback hotel with outstanding breakfast and rooftop terrace. Great location and tentative staff. Well appointed room
This is a gorgeous hotel! So comfortable and beautifully designed. Center of Valencia so it was easy to walk to many places. Highly recommend! Staff were great too! Rooftop bar and pool an added perk.
Located near Valencia's Ruzafa district, it's not far from the historic center and the Tech City. We walked to almost every attraction. The hotel is clean and well-equipped. The style is retro and the rooftop is stunning. Every night, we were given chocolates upon arrival. The drinking water was always replenished promptly, which is truly important. The only minor flaws were: 1. The room was small...
From the moment we checked in , all staff who worked there were incredibly friendly . A big thank you to the top restaurant recommendations . A great place , delicious endless breakfast. Roof bar and pool, a hidden gem after a day sight seeing
This hotel is old. The room is small and looks like it needs to be renovated.
The room we booked is not as good as the room we redeemed with points.
The location of the hotel is OK, of course, because the old town of Valencia is very large, you can basically walk to the main attractions in 15 minutes. It is very close to the North Railway Station, but it is not actually useful because the commonly...

We were quite impressed with this hotel. It’s recently renovated and rooms are large and bright. Great breakfast and nice gym, small but with almost everything you need. Amazing location near the old city, you can walk everywhere and lots of bars and restaurants nearby.
Unfortunately I didn't like it
It seemed that because the booking was not made directly at the hotel, but through an agency, the attitude was different. For any requests and wishes at the reception they send you to talk to the agency; it seems wrong to me, since I am talking to the person standing in front of me. We sent a request for a room on the quiet side several times, they said that they did...
The hotel is slightly small and the configuration is average
The location is pretty good. It's not far from the train station and you can walk to the central area. This room is in a building opposite, not upstairs from the lobby. The room is pretty, but the layout is a bit awkward. The bathroom decoration design is also very exquisite
Amazing hotel ! we stayed here and next day we had another hotel but canceled and came here . İts good city hotel. Good location easy to walk center , clean and friendly place . I will definetely stay here again ! İf you are coming to valencia center , just go for it . Also dont forget to book it with breakfast its good one .

Staff can not do enough for you and it certainly has a luxurious feel.
From the outside, it looks something already of Caro Hotel. Step in, checkin process, service started from the first day till the end of the staying is amazing, especially liked the minimalism a lot, the room is spacious.

Gorgeous room. Great ac. Friendly staff
The best hotel we stayed at in our whole time in Spain. From the lovely front desk at check in, to the amazingly well designed and built room and bath, to the first hotel that had strong ac, and a lovely made to order breakfast that was of the highest quality.
I used the Trip.com app, checked the parking facilities, and there was no information about a separate fee, and I was not notified by the hotel. Other hotels state that a separate fee is charged. When checking out, they suddenly asked me to pay 47 euros for parking for two days. This amount is equivalent to 70,000 to 80,000 won in Korean currency, so it doesn't make sense that they didn't notify me...

Location is excellent and the staff are also friendly and helpful. We didn’t try to restaurant. The towels were not changed daily.
It's close to Valencia Station, which is convenient for sightseeing.
GOOD LOCATION, CLOSE (IN THE MIDDLE OF) TWO TRAIN STATIONS.
A well positioned, clean hotel with helpful staff at reception.
Room was a good size with coffee making facilities and a TV with English programmes.
Shower and bathroom was fine.
Unfortunately the bed mattress was hard and uncomfortable. Pillows were okay, but not great quality.
Parking available, but very expensive.
Top location steps from the main train station and metro station. The hotel is very modern and despite the rather noisy location one cannot hear anything due to noise insulated windows etc. Also the breakfast buffet is very good. The old town is just a few walking minutes away. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Valencia.
The hotel is right next to the North Railway Station, and the street next door is almost entirely lined with Chinese shops. Tian Tian Big Meat Buns is located here. The hotel offers free bottled water and candy for guests, and it's also very convenient to get to the attractions!

The beds and the pillow s very comfortable.

Well-maintained old budget hotel in the suburbs of Valencia.
Hotel is good but the decoration for the breakfast area is really bad. Especially if you have kids. Why are there XXL pictures of naked people? Looks satanic.

Great hotel in a fantastic area.
The entrance and exit of the hotel's underground parking lot is on a one-way street, so you need to drive a few streets to get in! The room is not big and it is a bit difficult to put two 26-inch luggage! The breakfast variety is very rich and there is a separate menu that can be ordered separately! The taste and presentation are good
Excellent location, elegant hotel decoration, simple breakfast, small room, average value for money
THE CORDIAL AND PLEASANT TREATMENT IN GENERAL, VERY EFFICIENT BREAKFAST SERVICE WITH QUALITY, VERY WELL DECORATED ROOMS, BUT NOT VERY SPACIOUS, BOTH IN REST EQUIPMENT AND IN PASSAGE AREA.

The hotel was nice, not much to complain. The room was okay, they cleaned the room and changed the towels. It was just lacking and felt very basic. No coffee and tea in the room, shower head was broken and the bed was hard. It just felt outdated especially downstairs( and the elevator was weird, only 2 people allowed)and you could hear other guests in the hall very easily and especially for the price...
It is a standard 3 star hotel. Rooms are clean. If visiting Feria Valencia it is a great location, since it is 5minute walk.
The only complaint is the beds! We asked for a double bed and found two very small single beds! They say there were no double beds available!
It's pretty good, clean, and has a washing machine, coffee machine, refrigerator, and cooking area. We're a family with two children, but the sofa bed wasn't very comfortable. It's important to contact the host in advance and check in online. It was a bit difficult to find at first, and the signs weren't very clear. There was no place to dry clothes, so we just put them on the small balcony outside
The room is spacious but not very well maintained. There were holes on the wall of the washroom where we could see the pipes. The air conditioner was not very good. We asked for an electric fan but not available. Front desk was quite nice but they could only understand simple English.

the location is very nice as it places you one bus ride away from the beach, the tourist attractions, and the airport.
The room view was toward the inside of the building, which wasn't great, but you're not there to stay in the room, are you?
Regrettably, the room's ventilation was not ideal, as the only window faced the air conditioning units, leading to a warm, humid environment and considerable noise from the units. Furthermore, the bathroom lacked ventilation. Although the experience was passable, I would not opt to stay there again.
Good price deal. The beds were very comfortable and the room big too

However, there is a transport stop in front of the hotel which is perfect for travelling to places, whether it's the markets, the City of Arts and Sciences, or Valencia Cathedral.
The hotel was welcoming, with staff at the desk at all times to assist with queries and questions...
Very nice hotels.
Big, nice rooms and bathrooms.
We had 2 big beds inside our room.
The breakfast was also very good.
Location was fine, metro and tram just in front of the hotel.
Value for money. Good staff service.
