Even though I am a member we could not have earlier check-in however the service was nice. The location is a bit of walking distance from the city center. Pet friendly as all Radisson hotels which İs important for us. They give nice information about the bars with views in Helsinki at the reception.

The hotel location is very strategic and the view from the room was very nice. My only problem was that there were thieves, my bag got stolen when I was having breakfast. The hotel receptionist helped me call the police relatively quickly (about 7 minutes after we told the staff) then the police came to the hotel and helped us to find some of my stuff back after 7 hours (except the bag, the cash, the watch, lipstick, and AirPods), luckily I got my passport and my phone back. If you're going to Helsinki and considering staying at Radisson Blu you need to take care of your belongings. But if you want a hotel close to the coast, you can consider Radisson Blu for your stay in Helsinki, it would be worth it for the view.

-arrived early morning. Emailed month ago asking about early check in, was told €40. Upon arrival we were charged €50... Then we later found out others in our tour group were given early check in for free...?!??
-one of the top hotel breakfasts we've ever had, variety, quality amazing
-a lot of outside room noise. One morning some crazy tune going on for over half an hour. Was it someone's alarm? Could hear hallway conversations as well
-room quite small, bathroom especially. Ended up changing rooms. Was given something much larger and nicer, really appreciated.

Simply outstanding value for money. Stayed here with two children. Breakfast much better than expected. View great. Morton’s burger cafe 2 min walk was also excellent.

“An excellent hotel with a stunning view of the bay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the beds are exceptionally spacious, with double beds at least 2.3 meters wide. The bedding is incredibly comfortable. The breakfast is fantastic, offering a wide variety of high-quality options. The service is attentive and warm. Highly recommended!”

Excellent waterfront hotel. Clean, spacious, and well-appointed rooms. Nice bar with average drink prices. Probably the best breakfast buffet on the planet. A safe location with jogging and biking paths across the street. A long way from Market Square (25 Euros by cab or 30 minute easy walk). We walked :-).

Pros: 1- Amazing gym with bench presses, squat racks, and dumbbells over 40kg.
2- Decent breakfast, though all the waiters are constantly "too busy" to look after you. So you'll see flyers saying you can order "falafel" but then no one will want to take the order. The place can be packed too and you often have to share small tables with strangers or ask 3 people sitting at 4 person table if you can sit there, which is really awkward to do in the morning.
3- Location is all right.
Cons: 1- Thermostat doesn't seem to do anything - it will tell you it will get hotter "in 4.5 hours" but then nothing happens. We had gotten two rooms and it happened in both. Ended up getting extra blankets.
2- Perfunctory room service. Housekeeping would forget or not do a bunch of the tasks they were supposed to - for example, we were out of toilet paper and the cleaner didn't change it. Another time there were like 10 squares of toilet paper left and they just folded the top square into a triangle but then didn't replace the other one.
3- The shower temperature will go from hot to cold several times in a minute without you changing anything.
Overall I don't think I'd go back here. The only really great thing about this hotel it was the gym.

Very easy access with public transportation and cruises. Our room was very clean and modern. We loved the facilities and stylish interior throughout, especially in the restaurant and the room. There was Finnish touch in the room deco which was really nice. Bathroom floor was heated. The menu in their restaurant provided a great selection of food and drink. The service was excellent in both the hotel and the restaurant. Easy check in and helpful staff. Overall, it was a really nice stay.
We had only two issues during our stay. The toilets in the reception area were small and not very clean. Unfortunately, the fitness area was closed for renovation. Although it was mentioned here that there is a sauna, we struggled finding its location or schedule. As the reception was crowded with guest checkin, after trying to search it by ourselves for a while we eventually learned from the fitness area renovation staff that the sauna is also closed. A simple notice in the reception area could have saved us from wasting our time.

The hotel delivers a good experience during my stay at the end of Jul 24. Staff at the front desk was so helpful and friendly.
Hotel seems to be dated and quite dark as limited light was turned on when I arrived. It is located near the tram stops; thus making it easier travel to city center. I got assigned to a large room with 2 queen bed, however, with limited sea view. The room comes with one bathroom and one toilet. The bath room comes with bath tube that ones need to climb to take shower. As a part of campaign, I got a sparkling wine upon my visit.
Breakfast in the morning was excellent. Hotel also offers very limited grab-and-go for guests who need to leave early than 7 am when the breakfast starts.
Overall, Great hotel. Friendly staff. Clean and large room. Good breakfast.

A nice 4-star hotel with all the expected amenities. We got a double queen room, very spacious and well kept. Staff were generally very nice. Breakfast options were fantastic - possibly the best we ever saw in a hotel, even though the breakfast room did get very crowded every morning. A bit outside of the centre of Helsinki but still within walking distance if one had the time. Overall, we found this to be good value for money.
