Clarion Hotel

Craziest hotel I have recently visited. We can spend a full day at the hotel just to chill and relax.
Skypool, sauna and Skybar are pretty awesome, marvellous view up top, and with lots of facilities.
Hotel restaurant with very nice food and breakfast.
Room environment is awesome, too. Enjoyed sunset directly sitting near the window

Room was clean and with all the necessities needed. Good breakfast options.
We asked the reception to borrow some slippers to use in the Pool area but they said those were only for certain rooms. We could not use the chromecast (tv went black as soon as we entered chromecasting and no options to connect appeared), asked reception about this and they rebooted the system but we could still not use it. There were no other apps to use so without this feature the tv had limited options. When we wanted to call down to the reception about this, the phone in the room didn't work.
Overall, clean and good room but definitely lacking in service.

New with modern style with excellent facilities, but a little bit far from metro

Staff didn’t help with luggage and claimed that management prevented them to help guest …! We will not stay again when there’s no guest serveip, especially when management say not to help, what kind of hotel is this ,,,?

A nice upmarket place but not so expensive. Good rooftop pool / gym / bar

The hotel is situated a bit further from the city center, but there is no need to worry because the public transport around the hotel is excellent and efficient. The breakfast offered is great, and while the bed is quite soft, I would prefer it to be a bit firmer for better back support. The housekeeping staff was very helpful. Overall, my stay was pleasant, and I look forward to staying at the hotel again in the future.

The facilities were great. Breakfast was also good.
No amenities in the bathroom tho like comb or else for a hotel this level. One thing that bothered me the most was the curtains did not completely block the light and the light just straight into our eyes in bed :(

I stayed here for three nights in September 2024.

The self check-in process is straightforward and doesn't take long.

The room was decent and had a kettle and and tea and coffee provision, a minibar, a safe big enough for a 15" laptop and some shelves and hanging space to store clothes so it would be a good option for a stay of a week (or maybe more) because you wouldn't be living out of your suitcase. There is good provision of sockets.

The room is 13.5 square metres, with 3 square metres of this being from the door to the main part if the room, so it is not a big room.

The shower room is fine and the shower cubicle is a reasonable size with good water pressure and the options of regular shower and rainfall shower.

The shower room is 3.0 square metres so it is big enough to fulfil its purpose.

The gym is open from 07:00 until 22:00 each day and has a limited selection of equipment. The pool is on the roof level and is open air with the saunas (separate saunas for male and female) are on the same level. The pool and saunas also open at 07:00 and close at 22:00 but are closed around lunchtime each day.

The breakfast area is a good size, with sufficient tables and seating, and there is a good choice of food on offer.

The hotel is about half a mile from the ferry terminal (West Terminal 2) and a short ride on a tram from the central railway station. The no 7 tram travels between the railway station and the ferry terminal and has a stop right outside the hotel.

I would recommend this hotel for stays of several nights because storage for clothing is somewhat limited, especially if two people were sharing the double room.
