The staff went out of there way to help me multiple times. They were the nicest hosts I've ever had. So glad I chose this hotel. It's a short walk to the lake and there are outdoor shops and restaurants right outside the hotel.

I would not come back! Booked 2 nights: the first room (23) smelled horribly like drainage and I was informed that the hotel is fully booked that night - so I couldn't move rooms immediately.. It was disgusting and I almost left in the morning. Thankfully they were able to give me another room (46) and it was cute on the top floor, smelled okay! But soon I realized that the walls and doors were thin like paper. I woke up like 20 times because of people coming, going, being loud in their rooms. The location is good, and it's cheaper than most other hotels but still quite a bad experience.

What a hotel! It deserves more than 2 stars, fantastic personell, kind and helpfull. Super comfortable beds, clean rooms, lovely bathtub and right in the city centre. But whats best is the service, absolutely amazing.

Good value but needs work
Good price for a good location, staff is nice and helpful, bed is comfy, room is very dark. But soundproofing is very bad, AC is too low to cool room and there’s no remote, and you have to return the keys every time you leave which can get annoying.

Stayed 3 nights around mid of Nov 2024. Room was as is in the picture. The staff i met was excellent always smiling The lady reminded me of the closing of station due to war bomb discovered.

Rooms are tiny and you can hear your neighbours. A 4 minute walk from the train station, location is excellent, staff helpful and friendly. It's clean and safe. One of the most comfortable beds ever! Lots of towels
