Stayed here in January on a ski trip. Great hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Located close to the main restaurants and shops. Short walk to the ski lifts. Safe storage rooms for all ski gear and luggage if required. Views out the window are stunning. Would highly recommend.

Had dinner here during my time in Chamonix. Not recommended for dinner, however I ordered basic stuff i.e. salad and pasta, the food was poorly made. Salad was over drenched in sauce and pasta was overcooked and dry. Staff tried their best and when I rejected the salad, they replaced it with another one which didn’t taste any better. Not a good experience overall.

Read the other reviews, I wish I did. The hotel is decently nice, can't complain about that. But there is a club across the street that BLARES club music until midnight every night. I wish I could upload a video of how loud it is in my room, and it's a Wednesday night.
Another annoying thing is the wifi doesn't work in the rooms. They tried to say it was cause the weather, but it works just fine in the lobby. The second you leave the lobby it drops. (And the weather is clear now).

Very comfortable Hotel experience. It's not the Ritz-Carlton but I'm not paying those prices either! The staff was very helpful and friendly and the service was great. It's in a wonderful part of town with easy access and incredible views!!

I stayed here for almost a week. It’s a lovely place! The room I was in was fairly basic (3 twin beds), but it had a nice balcony with a little table and chairs. There were two of us sharing the room, and it was comfortable (bed was great, not too hard or soft!). Very clean.
The sauna has a fantastic view of the mountains, and using it is included with your stay. A friend utilized the gym and liked having it available. Breakfast is also included, and it’s impressive! Assorted breads and pastries (even a whole grain, seeded loaf, and gluten free bread kept in a different location), muesli, cereals, fresh fruit (when melon was set out we loved that!), coffee, hot chocolate packets, good organic teas, cucumber water, apple and orange juices, at least four different tasty fruit jams, honey, yogurts, applesauce, scrambled eggs, bacon, ham and salami, cheese, cucumber and tomato slices, and more!
The restaurant is very good. I ate there twice, and was pleased both times.
The hotel had guest umbrellas to borrow, and the front desk staff were really kind and helpful. The location can’t be beat!
I do wish that breakfast had started just a little earlier, maybe 6:30 instead of 7. Most days we had to leave at 7:30, so this was a tight squeeze. As a spoiled American, I love having a mini fridge, especially since I have food allergies, and I missed that here. Friday night the bar across the street played very loud techno music until about 2am; I was very glad for the white noise feature on my iPhone and earbuds (even through those I could hear the incessant beat). I was grateful that was the only night that happened (Sat was quiet, as were the weekdays).

Adorable people in a versatile, generous and beautiful space. Delicious coffee, cocktails and main courses. A new must in Chamonix. Keep it up!

Modern and stylish hotel in the heart of Chamonix. We booked last minute and were pleasantly surprised. Room was spacious, bathroom modern and super clean. The food at the restaurant was a bit average but otherwise we liked everything about the hotel!

Very comfortable and warm hotel with nice stylish ("timeless not trendy") rooms. Slightly noisy in the mornings because all rooms have balconies onto the roads. Breakfast was good but not a lot of choices. Excellent service throughout.
