AC Hotel by Marriott Marseille Prado Velodrome

I am a Gold Elite member at Marriott. I booked by mistake the wrong Hotel on Marriott Bonvoy website. Tried to call 3 times, and tried to reach out the customer service via the Marriott App. Never had an answer. Got charged 400$ for not staying while I was paying for the other Hotel. I got ensured that I would be charged only for one night, they charged me both night. I stayed in Europe in 3 different Marriott hotel, and they would not even try to reduce the invoice for the mistaken reservation. Worse experience ever, do not book there. I'm considering going back to Hilton for my business.

Street parking is not safe for this hotel, you will get broken window! I have nothing outside in my car, they still broke my back windows.
In their parking garage is Euro 20+, and there's no staff in parking lot it's open so it can still get broken in the night.

When you arrive, there is no where to park to check in. My husband asked me to jump out of the car and go ask the staff where to park while he waited on the road as there is no where to pull over. When I went to the front desk, the staff did not tell me where to park, instead started asking me for check in information and last name and such. I explained again that my husband was waiting outside on the road, blocking because there is no where to go, yet she still insisted that we couldn’t park until we checked in. Someone, please help me understand how someone who is driving a car is supposed to check in before you park a car if there is not more than one person? Makes zero sense. She was so rude and unhelpful. On top of the dramatic and chaotic check in, the rooms feel like hospital rooms. Certainly would not stay here twice. Pro-tip... drive straight ahead, past the hotel. There is a gated parking area with the hotel name on the left of it. Drive up to the gate and push the hotel button. They should let you in, so you can park before checking in. She could have easily told me this, but was incredibly rude instead.
