The room was clean and very comfortable. There was air conditioning.
The staff were cheerful and nice.
However, the elevator was the smallest I've ever seen. It could only fit one person. But it wasn't that inconvenient.

The elevator is very small, only fitting one person at a time.

Extremely small and cramped but you get what you paid for. Corridors and lift only fits 1 person at a time. The classic room can only accommodate 1 person, definitely too small if you are a party of 2

This is a small hotel but with everything you need for just a few days. Great location near to the Opera house and Galeries La Fayette. The staff could not be more helpful and the little extra complimentary treats of the drinks machine and cakes was a wonderful gesture.

The hotel is just a 500-meter walk from the opera house, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. We stayed for 6 nights in a double room; it was small but still quite comfortable.
Cleanliness: Good.
Environment: Satisfied.
Service: The ladies at the front desk were all incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions.
Facilities: The only downside was that the bathroom was indeed very small.

It was very convenient, just a short walk from the Opera Garnier! It's a shame that there is no refrigerator in the room, but there is unlimited water and coffee on the first floor. The elevator is very narrow, which is interesting. Lol
