Amazing 2BR Apt With Big Patio 3 Mins From Poissonnière in Paris

I stayed at this hotel for six days, and it was a nightmare experience. Without exaggeration, it’s the worst choice I’ve ever made. The low price isn’t a bargain — it’s a clear sign that the quality is far below any reasonable expectation. The online photos are completely misleading.

Room 14, The Suite, had a suffocating smell of mold and dampness that was unbearable. The odor also came from behind the sofa, and in the bathroom the so-called “ventilation” was just a large hole in the wall, constantly releasing a strong sewage smell. I reported the issue to the reception, but their reaction was mocking — they simply threw two air fresheners in the bathroom without offering any real solution.

I developed an allergy, caught a cold, and the only way to breathe was to keep the window open even when it rained. The air conditioning unit was dirty and non-functional, the room doors were so narrow you could barely fit through with luggage, and the mornings were unbearably noisy — the staff slammed doors and made a racket with no respect for guests.

The lady at the reception had an aggressive attitude, followed guests around, and spoke as if you were bothering her just by being there. A total lack of professionalism and basic decency.

The hotel only looks good in pictures. In reality, it’s run-down, poorly maintained, and has serious hygiene problems.
A place to avoid at all costs — don’t be fooled by the photos or online listings.

Came here for a long weekend. The area was totally fine, restaurants and bars everywhere. We could easily walk to wherever we wanted to.
Unfortunately the staff at the reception was super unfriendly. They seemed very unhappy that people came in for check up.
The room was quiet good, although the bathroom was pretty dark.

The hotel is lacking a major security system that can void their responsibilities at any events of lost items in the room. First, every guest has to give the key to the reception, then the camera is not working as a secured camera, ironically, they said the camera “is working” but not able to view the previous days (what kind of camera system is that). This leads to the issue that the polices or guests can’t verify who entered the room as the camera in the corridor is only used for live streaming. So if you lost something in the room, in the case of us, they can easily deny by saying we lost it elsewhere instead of taking responsibilities. They keep the key, camera is not having data saved from previous days, so any staff or friends of staffs or enter our room without being recorded. The two things combination raise a very suspicious situation (is it on purposed???) , and serious weak secured environment for guests to stay here as the safeness of items in the room based on a mercy of a single human being at the reception.

With this system, their guests can become their cash machine. They can enter rooms, take money. And just tell guests that they lost it outside, deny all the responsibility of providing a safe environtment

Would highly advise against booking with this hotel. We had a death in the family that required us to change our travel plans and when we called asking to move our booking by 4 days, there was no sympathy or flexibility at all. We were lectured on the policy and at no point did the receptionist say anything along the lines of “I am sorry for your loss.” Rather than sympathy, we were met with heavy skepticism. I fully understand that policies are in place for certain reasons, but at the bare minimum I would expect some acknowledgment of the difficult circumstance. I’m still shocked and upset by the whole conversation and the lack of customer service and hospitality. Please be careful before booking this hotel.

We been there as a couple for 5 days and our experience was awful and all the images in the web was a lie the room Was look different. In the lobby bathroom, there was a cockroach The key policy is stupid to leave the keys in the desk and not be able to keep the keys The cleaning stuff was cleaning dirty and touching too much of our stuff was not worth the money not

HORRIBLE BEDBUG EXPERIENCE!!!
My recent stay at WIT Hotel Paris was a nightmare. I encountered a bedbug infestation in my room, which left me covered in bites on my arms, neck, ankles, and back. I immediately reported this to the management, showing them my bites and after my leave sending clear evidence in the form of photos and videos, yet I have received *no response whatsoever.*
The complete lack of communication is unacceptable, especially considering the distress and physical discomfort I suffered. Days have gone by, and not a single reply, apology, or plan to address my complaint has been offered. I had requested a full refund due to the terrible experience, which seems more than fair given the circumstances, but even this basic request has been ignored.
If you're looking for a clean, safe place to stay in Paris with a responsive management team, AVOID WIT Hotel Paris AT ALL COSTS. Their indifference to serious issues, like a bedbug infestation, speaks volumes about their lack of professionalism and respect for guests. Do yourself a favor and book anywhere else.

The room was very small. I was not allowed to cancel my reservation. The value was not consistent. The air conditioner was broken and I had to wait six hours for a room change. The waitress had a bad attitude. I do not recommend staying in this rubbish hotel. This stay was really disappointing.
