Cozy and Wonderful Hotel. Accesible, easy to commute , lots of restaurants around.. front desk Mr. Andy and Silvia is really pleasant and helpful. I highly recommended this hotel for perfect price and location.

It looks old but quite clean. Window has no view facing emergency stairs. I felt a bit claustrophobic.

Excellent staff at this hotel. We have stayed here on 3 different occasions and have always been extremely satisfied. We are currently booked for the Christmas holiday 2024.

The location of the hotel is great. You have the metro right next to you so that you can go anywhere in Paris very quick.
The room was pretty small but clean and neat. It has to do with the character of being a historical building. But everything necessary is available!
When traveling alone this is worth a stay and the area in Montparnasse has also many things to offer!

A fantastic little hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Located mere steps from Metro and bus stops, it's a great base for your Paris adventures.

Unfortunately the photos on your web site do not reflect the room size in true perspective
The shower is tiny , un comfortable , feels very old and dirty .
The water pressure is very low.
Our room was at the sixth floor, where the elevator reach only to the fifth floor.
Floor is very noisy , you can hear the neighbors walking in their rooms, early in the morning and late at night.
Bed is only 140 cm– too small for a couple.
I think it's time for renovation.

Great location right across from Saint Placide Metro, and just a ten minute walk to the hustle and bustle and lots of restaurants around Montparnasse train station. Great boutique hotel, very professional and nice staff at the reception and very nice breakfast room with lovely staff and delicious food! Thank you for making our stay in Paris so great! Merci!

Terrific hotel, terrific location and terrific staff. Everyone spoke both English and French. The location could not be any more perfect. We felt close and within walking distance to all landmarks in Paris. They let us borrow their umbrellas with a deposit of course. Breakfast was wonderful and staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean but very small. Showers had great pressure. The soaps and shampoos can use an upgrade but they were ok. The room had AC which was great.

Everything was excellent! We would like to compliment the food server; we forgot her name but she was so awesome! Stay was almost perfect except for a rude staff member in the front desk—his name was Satik, very mean to us 😭

My wife and I stayed here for a week in April. Our stay was fantastic. I have zero complaints. The location is ideal. You'll be very close to several metro stations, thus unlocking access to the entire city. The staff are very helpful. The rooms are a bit small (typical for European), but it was easy to get adjusted. For the price, the value can't be beat. I would 100% stay here again.
