The worst!
The room we got was a public handicapped toilet that served for the inner garden area/seating area, the room is normally unlocked, all they did was add a bed and a broken tv into the toilet room and told us that this was our room.

TV was broken, no heating, the toilet door did not close all the way at all, so if someone showered or used toilet no privacy at all, no shower curtain, no towels, first day no breakfast, very dirty under the bed. Also only 2 main lights, no smaller bedside lights, no WIFI. Just the bare minimum to call it a room, it legit is a toilet space in which they just installed a bed, crazy.

Very noisy because our room was litterly in the shared inner garden area so everyone walks there, smoke cigarettes next to you.

PS the pictures of the rooms are NOTHING like we got at all.

The neighbourhood is very dangerous full off albanian/arab hoodlums up to no good, i come from a ghetto town but it shocked me that it was a 10 fold more crazy in Paris. Only arab males aged 14 to 30 standing by the 100000s everywhere, you feel so unsafe, crazy!!

Good points were, the person working at the counter was nice and chill. It is close to the Gard Du Nord trainstation.

I paid 60 euro per night per person for this room, i shared it with my son for a Disney trip.

I am very disappointed that i took my son on his first trip to this dump of a place and crackhead area, i feel i failed him. He had a blast though in Disney land but man i feel bad about the hotel and area we stayed at.

We booked for some nights in 2024, which we had to end up cancelling (we cancelled a lot in advance, in may 2023, and WITHIN the free cancelation delays), and the hotel still didn't sent us back the amount.
The amount is not a little one, it's around 700€.
SCAMMERS!

Avoid, avoid prison cells. Not safe area as well so if you are stupidly brave and mindless then go for this disgusting hotel and don't listen to my advice. Good luck

Not a safe place to stay! Do not book this hotel if you are a female travelling on your own. I stayed in this hotel 3 nights and it was terrible - the service, the room itself was so old and broken and stinky that at night I felt terribly unsafe. The metro station nearby is a very dangerous zone for women at night! There are lots of homeless people, bored men and drug dealers nearby the hotel, it was just the worst hotel stay ever. And on top of that the hotel owner contacted the travel agency that I broke some of the furniture - what a joke! Luckily I speak French fluently and told the owner that I would contact the police if he would not take back the allegations. I personally think the good comments concerning this hotel are fake!

Our initial impression was worse than our actual full experience. The staff are friendly, the rooms were clean, the location is very handy for an early Eurostar departure. BUT......the location is a rough part of Paris, we were never threatened - but the graffiti and groups of men hanging around made me uncomfortable. The beds were comfortable, but other furniture was broken. The showers were good, but small. I wouldn't choose to stay here again, but it was cheap and convenient - so overall not complaining.

When I was booking a room in this hotel I gave my credit card through details and the next day they took the payment from my card but I received an email asking me to update my card details. I then gave them details of my other credit card and they did charged that one as well. Sadly, I still receive notification from them to update my card details. Please be extra careful if you want to book any room in this hotel.

Staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was in a state of repair during our stay, one day we had to walk over plaster to get access to our room, our room needed a make over, there is a small courtyard, the location was good for transport links, Metro & train, there is a nice Moroccan restaurant next door and other restaurants, cafes, bars nearby, the Sacre Couer is a 15 min walk, not sure how safe the area is for tourists after dark

Bed bugs all over. Husbond got 88 bites on his nack. Thought the hotellet had been forced to close years ago.

DONT STAY HERE!!! They are complete scammers, they took money out of my account, denied it, cleaners went through my belongings, was told multiple different stories by manager and staff, I had to leave my holiday early. When I arrived home, the hotel told booking.com that I never arrived at hotel

We chose this property for the price, knowing that quality would be basic. Unfortunately, it was much worse than our expectations and different from the photos that we’d seen on the Booking site. The room was noisy at night with the metro passing every couple of minutes and we felt quite unsafe, especially at night, because of the rough location.
