I stayed at this hotel and was promised that the invoice would be sent via email. Despite repeated assurances during my stay, I never received it. I've followed up multiple times via email with no response, and there is no way to reach them by phone. This lack of communication and accountability is extremely disappointing, especially for business travelers who rely on proper documentation. I expected better service and reliability.

Rooms are very small bur extremely clean and well presented.
Dont stay here if you have mobility problems as the stairs are very typical of older parisian buildings. Narrow & wonky. There is not a lift. Having said that it has a wonderful charm about it and is in a brilliant location for exploring Paris. The staff are very friendly.

The comments made refer correctly to its size but it's a great little hotel in an historic area of France with a strong local community. Excellent advice from the receptionist. As with all Parisian hotels the higher the room, the lower the price! The French-style breakfast provides plenty of choice with superb bread. Several bars, cafes and brasseries on the Rue itself. A fantastic patisserie and a bakery opposite a few steps away. Rooms cleaned promptly, daily.

The room is too small. Only one person finds it difficult to take a shower alone too small. Good and Clean. No Lifts so no good for old people. We had a room on the 4th floor I am young but still tired keep going up and down. We paid £110 but it's not worth to spend that money in this little room. If you are a couple and want to save money get a room/apartment near to Eiffel Tower you get the same facility at a cheap price. Breakfast was not as we expected but still good. You pay a little more and get better at a nearby pub in the early morning. Overall hotel was clean customer service was superb. We had a great trip. Best to travel by train and save money.

DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!! We chose this hotel because me and my husband wanted to extend our holiday in Paris with 3 more days. We were very unhappy and disappointed with this hotel for many reasons !
1- they charged with 30€ more then they said on phone
2- don’t have elevator and you need to climb very small stairs with your luggage’s in your arms which is very hard!
3- as soon as we arrived and went to the shower they stopped the water in the middle of our shower with SOAP ON US WITHOUT LETTING US KNOW THEY WOULD !!
4- the room was very very cold, heat was not working and had to stay all 3 nights with an electric heater non stop even when sleeping which is not so safe . They said will fix but did NOT happen!
5- the personal of the hotel very unfriendly with tourists, they only answer in French even if they know English
6- the guy from front desk at night knows nothing if you need help and always said to talk in the morning with the other person.
7- extremely small rooms !
8- extremely poor internet connection and WiFi!!
I do NOT RECOMMEND this hotel for a long staying but sincerely not even for just 1 night ! Only thing good about it it’s its position but you don’t have any comfort or enjoyment in staying there !!

Perfect hotel in Paris! Can't be located better, everything is around - museums or stores or metro. Hotel is owned by family, the home ambiance is there. Clean, nice, on small calm street, what else to ask? Wonderful find for me, will always stay there!

Fab location. Good sized but outdated rooms. Price/quality for the area is ok. Walls are thin. Cigar smoke at night. Alas the service! Why oh why are you in hospitality if you don’t like people? It reminds me of Parisian hospitality (FYI I am myself French) in the 1980s: the guest is lucky to be acknowledged unless s/he is a regular. Luckily that no longer applies for most of the rest of the city. Time to retire folks.

Great location!
Room 9 is a good size with a bathtub and comfortable single beds.
The hotel is under refurbishment which is well needed.
Greetings and customer service can be improved, reasons of the two stars missing.

Amazing location! Can’t beat that. The staff were very nice & responsive. Nice sized rooms with big bathrooms (paris compared). The rooms were cleaned daily. However if you plan to have heavy luggage or anything other than a carry on ask for a room on the lower stairs because the stairs are horrible and no one helps you with the luggage!

The hotel cancelled my reservation without informing me...when I arrived at the hotel there were no rooms available. Employee povided zero assistance in finding alternative accomodation while admitting they often have problems with their reservation process...make sure you have a backup plan...

Cute little hotel in a great district, nice and clean, nice personnel. There's no elevator, which may be a bit unfortunate if you're staying at one of the top floors, but besides that, great!
