Quaint clean hotel in Paris!
In a quiet Paris street near Place d'Italie so just a few minutes walk to the Metro. Very friendly welcome from the owner, a deposit was required but it was fine. The room was excellent, very clean, comfortable bed, fridge and even a sink and microwave if you needed it. And the windows were openable. The neighbourhood was very quiet. Some noise could be heard by other guests leaving and entering their rooms and there are steep steps to the higher floors with no lift but it wasn't a problem for us.
I can only recommend this hotel, excellent in every way. Just perfect in our romantic holiday to Paris!

Friendly hotel with good links
We were in Paris for the weekend to watch some rugby and do some touristing. Hotel was REALLY easy to get to, close to good cafes and restaurants and very close to the public transport network. If you have trouble with stairs I would avoid, but for us it was fine. People working there were friendly and sorted us out when my credit card kept getting declined for no reason. Hotel was clean but not modern, great for a short stay. Comfortable beds, good shower and lots of hot water. Perfect for the price if you just need a bed for a weekend. Don't expect the Ritz ;)

Location: a little bit outside the tourist area but still close. Cafes street market and metro 6 and 7 close Rooms: very small, includes coffee maker, hair dryer, mini fridge and television Front desk offered luggage storage but is not 34 hours closes at 9 pm. No elevator and spiral staircase to tote your suitcase up. Breakfast not served but you can buy a basket from them at 5 euro which they will deliver the night before.

The hotel is conveniently located in the 13th arrondisement, near 3 metro lines, a large shopping mall and many restaurants. The staff were very congenial and helpful. The rooms are reasonably sized and include fridge. Visitors with mobility concerns should note there is no elevator and the stairs are winding.

We stayed here whilst visiting Roland Garros (40 mins away). When we first walked in the room, we thought it was small, but then we remembered we were in Paris, and what we had paid. The location of the hotel is perfect. It is a 5 minute walk to the metro (Place d'Italie), 2 mins to a great Boulangerie (turn left out of the hotel and then right, and it is opposite), 3 mins to a great mall (turn right out of the hotel and then it is opposite at the end of the road). There is a very decent Carrefour supermarket in the mall, which is handy for provisions. The road the hotel is on, is pedestrianised and is very quiet at night. We found the beds to be low, but very comfortable, and the pillows were fine. The room was very clean, and the wardrobe had plenty of hangers. There was a free safe within the wardrobe. Overall I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. Don't hesitate to book here, and enjoy your stay!

The hotel is in a very convenient location for getting around and in a nice and liveable neighborhood. The room is very simple, small and too expensive for what it is. The receptionists were friendly and communicative, but I would not return to this hotel due to poor housekeeping. The room was redone roughly and late. When I returned I found red, itchy bites on my arms, hands and décolleté and had to apply antibiotic cream to make them go away - I can't say for sure what caused them but I certainly didn't have them before. At the entrance, especially in the evening when the door was closed, there was a strong animal smell. I love animals but it is right to keep spaces clean and fragrant even in their presence.

Nice cozy place in a very quiet street, though pretty close to Place d'Italie with a metro station. Friendly staff. The rooms are very modest, but then the price matches it, so it's a good place to stay in otherwise pricey Paris
