I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It has a great location - just a 15-minute walk to the Opera, Galeries Lafayette, Montmartre, and Gare du Nord, with a metro station only 4-5 minutes away. The breakfasts were excellent, featuring fresh pastries every day. I particularly appreciated the 24/7 availability of water, tea, and coffee in the lobby.
While the soundproofing could be better, the street is quiet, and we didn’t hear our neighbors. The ventilation was a bit uncomfortable and occasionally noisy at night, but after a full day in Paris, you’ll sleep soundly regardless.
The staff was exceptional - friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The room was small but well-equipped with a comfortable bed, quality linens, a large TV, and a decent shower (based on reviews, I expected it to be smaller). The housekeeping was excellent, with daily cleaning and towels changed twice during our 4-night stay.
We visited during Christmas, and the hotel surprised us with gingerbread, which was a lovely touch. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!

This is a hotel I have come back to more than once. The hotel is brilliantly located for what my wife and i like doing (art, museums and beer) and only a short walk to Gare de Nord making it perfect for all Eurostar passengers. The breakfast is super...with proper tea.....read that again....proper tea. Assam - oh joy. Most importantly, the hotel staff are super and exceptionally helpful and I would give a big shout out to the two members who were working the night shift when we were there. From memory, I think the names were Abdul and Allain.

I stayed with my boyfriend for 2 nights and absolutely loved our stay! It’s a 10 min walk from Euro star/ main station, 25 min from monmarte and less than 5 to the metro with lots of e-scooters and bikes available. The staff were absolutely wonderful. Very friendly and helpful and even printed us instructions for tram options. I’ve stayed at a lot of budget hotels in many countries and they’re always pretty small and basic but was suprised how much space we had and lovely big bed! Rooms extremely clean and tidied daily, and the cheap breakfast option and free hot chocolate and coffee downstairs is a lovely touch! Thank you to the staff for making are stay so special! We hope to be back soon!

Lovely hotel with comfortable rooms in a quiet side street just 14 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bus from Gare du Nord. It was the perfect location for Paris 2024 with its excellent connections to the Metro (Poissonnière just five minutes on foot) and bus routes close by. Lovely helpful staff, spotless room, good continental breakfast and with a fab array of restaurants and cafes minutes away. Yes the lift is on the small size but nothing that is unmanageable.

We stayed a single night at this hotel based on its proximity to Gare du Nord. I have to say I was very impressed. Certainly the rooms were compact. But for a very well priced hotel I find it hard to fault the quality of the room, which seemed newly renovated, and the pretty generous breakfast facilities. We also found the staff helpful and welcoming. It was also within walking distance of Montmartre and the South Pigalle bars and restaurants that we like to go to.

Our first visit here & we will return next time we visit Paris. It was a short walk from Gare Du Nord & 2 Metro stations are also v close by. Room was v comfortable & v clean. The breakfast was great & set us up for the day. We also enjoyed the 'free' hot & cold drinks available during the day. Staff also v helpful & it was no bother leaqving our luggage on last day before our evening trip home.

The rooms will get a 5 star when renovations are complete. This is the friendliest small hotel I have ever stayed at in France. Every single staff member is outstanding. We had a snafu with the elevator but the staff more than made up for any short term inconvenience and in fact went the extra mile to accommodate us. Breakfast is well run and nice choices. Good value.

They don't appreciate business from family guests. Maybe it should be in the hotel policy.

Poor service from the receptionist. We came a bit early and asked if the room was ready - the receptionist went to check and said it was all fine and issued us a key card saying this room is usually for 1 person so it's going to be small. We went up to find that the room has not been made, the bed was messy and rubbish was left everywhere. I don't understand how she has personally went to check the room and passed this as ready. You can also barely fit two people in that room. We went back down to tell the receptionist that the room was not at all ready. She didn't say anything so we proposed that we leave our luggage and come back ideally to a different room. Before she let us leave our bags she said that I had to pay for the room which was confusing because I prepaid online. She is adamant it us outstanding and if I want to pay now or tomorrow when we check out. I opted for the latter so I could double check - it was all paid for as stated in my confirmation email and bank statement. I don't know why she was pressuring me to pay. The other two receptionists that looked after me said that it was all fine and taken care of...
