The property was in a good location. When we checked in, the staff asked us if we smoke, and gave us a balcony when we said that we do. That’s all from pluses unfortunetly.
There were some renovations going on in the cafe next doors, and you could hear everything from 9 am. The hotel is no soundproof at all. Breakfast is a scam. It is until 10am, at 9, there was literally no food. When we complained, we heard it's not there fault, because some guy didn't do the shopping. I don't care if someone didn't do their job- I payed for a breakfast, I expect it. Someone went to buy some croissants and baguettes, but it was all. Very bad breakfast.
Choose some other hotel, this one should not use „ibis” name.

I booked two rooms for one night on Ctrip, but when I got to the front desk, they told me they only had one. I contacted Ctrip's human customer service, but the AI customer service was busy and gave me a lot of nonsense. After more than half an hour of frustration, the front desk said they had found another one. It felt like I had no way to complain, and it was incredibly frustrating.

Located in the 19th arrondissement of Paris, it's conveniently located near restaurants and bars. The rooms are small and the amenities are basic. Breakfast is just bread, milk, and eggs—very basic. This hotel's prices fluctuate greatly, so book early, as you can cancel.

Amazing, kind and helpful staff ATB this hotel. The receptionist Basyt and la femme de chambre Annick, were ai kind and helpful throughout our stay. This is a simple hotel with top notch service thanks to them.

A good hotel for a short stay, comfortable bed and pillows, hot water and good heating, which is very important in the cold season. Breakfasts are always the same, but you will find something to eat. I was quite satisfied with my stay, the only thing is that there is no kettle in the room, but this is not critical.

We stayed here for 2 nights and everything was perfect. Room was a bit small but that is expected. Location was 10 out of 10, very close to the metro and a walking distance to Montmartre and even to a city centre. Staff was very lovely and helpful. Even thought it was surrounded by quite a few night club, we could have a peaceful sleep. Definitely coming back for our next stay in Paris.
