I made a booking at this hotel for 7 nights during the Paris Olympics for a great rate that I found online. Unfortunately they cancelled on me and then I saw the same room type available for $1500 more for the same dates and it is still available to this day. I would not trust them to honor your reservation because they can easily cancel it to make more money if they think they can get a better rate.

Location cannot be beat its so underrated. Definitely an authentic local experience with tons of stuff around.

The hotel staff were friendly and the rooms were very nice and comfortable. The bed was excellent.
The only strange thing was that the toilet was separate to the bathroom and had no ventilation. It actually smelt like someone had been smoking weed in there. The wallpaper was peeling a little but that's an easy fix with glue.
The shower was excellent and I enjoyed the shampoo and shower gel,.from L'Octaine.
We only stayed one night and it was easy to get back to Gare du Nord the next day via one bus.
There are plenty of restaurants, bars and takeaways in the area. We ate at Bangkok which was great.

This September was our first time staying here, since our regular hotel drastically increased their prices.
The rooms were nice and clean, although the bed is a bit small - other than that I think the room size is pretty standard for Paris, and we managed to fit all of our things.
The bathroom is great and big enough, the shower was one of the best I've ever experienced in a Hotel - it was spacious, worked perfectly and didn't leak.
We got to check in early which was a nice perk and definitely appreciated.
We're gonna come back next time we visit Paris.

Quiet, small, hotel in central Paris. Rooms were of reasonable size (for Paris), clean, and well-appointed. Nespresso machine in each room and madeleines left for you each night. There was a safe in each room. Staff were friendly and polite. Hotel is close to transport links. I think it's been recently refurbished. I felt very safe in the hotel and in the area as a solo female traveller. Would definitely stay here again. Paid 110 euros per night.

Excellent hotel! we booked 2 nights, the welcome is impeccable, the staff welcoming, respectful and professional.
The bedding is comfortable and the rooms are tastefully decorated, as is the warm and cozy lobby. Very good value for money, other hotels (without mentioning them ...) should take the example of the Katorze.
Also, when they can, they are very accommodating about the time of departure.
Real favorite, we will be back with pleasure!

The Night was perfectly calm, in a comfortable warm room for the month of December. The bedding is very comfortable and I emphasize the professionalism of the receptionist. A good address.

Brand new hotel with welcoming and friendly staff. It is very clean the rooms are very well appointed, nice and modern as is the whole infrastructure. Very compliant in terms of accessibility for people with reduced mobility. The hotel is very well located (restaurants, mini markets, etc.) and is very well served by transport. I highly recommend it because I myself will be back.

Nice surprise by staying in this completely renovated hotel! Cozy and cozy room in which you feel good. Coffee machine available in addition 🙂 Nice little glass roof under which you can take your breakfast quietly. I recommend
