Austin's Saint Lazare Hotel

I absolutely loved this place and the service! The room had everything I needed to work and was designed with comfort in mind. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, and the location was fantastic—close to everything I needed. Highly recommend!

Fantastic hotel to stay in! The staff is extremely courteous, and the hospitality is exceptional. Initially, I was given a small room, but upon request, they were more than willing to accommodate me with a larger room offering a better view. The location is highly convenient, right at the main station in Paris, making commuting effortless.

Amazing price with the best location, is just next door from the station. This station have links to most of trains and tube.
There is a shopping centre inside the station, perfect for your shopping and a supermarket. The hotel is very calm, no noise from outside. It's clean and fresh! Breakfast it's the same everyday but it's all fresh and organised and for the price we paying we can't expect too much!
The staff speaks English if you need and they was very friendly!

The rooms are a bit small but for what we pay it's perfect! Need some hooks in the wall for jackets.

The location is really good. It’s very close to the bus/train/metro station. You can walk to Galleries Lafayette within 10 minutes. The staffs are helpful and friendly. The room is quite small but nice and comfortable. Anyway, I recommend it :D

Perfect hotel. The staff there were so lovely. Food great. Perfect location to train, bus and Big red Bus. Taxi just outside. Parking across the street. A definate place for Paris. Thank you again.

My experience with this hotel was amazing. The room is small indeed, but it's so beautiful, cozy, well decorated, and had everything we needed. The breakfast was always really good, and all the staff were super friendly. I hope to come back in the future, as the location of the hotel is great.

This hotel is definitely a great place to stay at in Paris. The room for two people was not big, but most certainly did the job. The breakfast overall was good, but the options were pretty limited. Though the location of this hotel is fabulous, because its located right next to a train station, which is helpful when travelling with public transport.

Very good location as it's in the shopping district, beside the gare Saint Lazare Station. Convenient as well if you want to take the bus to visit tourist spots, restaurants and clubs. The front desk managers and hotel staff are very helpful and friendly, very customer oriented. The hotel and rooms are modern and well maintained. There's a small breakfast area underground. Umbrellas are available if you wish to borrow.

The hotel is right next to the Saint Lazare station, and easily within biking distance to all the sites.

What really stood out were the hospitality of Sammy and Bell, who did all they could to make the stay great.

Although the rooms are very traditional, they are clean, and are serviced daily.

I got booked into a nice balcony room overlooking the cafe below. It was sweet, and would stay there again.
