This hotel was a very pleasant place to stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
There is a bakery next door. It is in walking distance of many great places to eat. It is not too far from the train station.

We loved this hotel. Very modern and clean in a fantastic neighborhood that was quiet, safe, and non-touristy, yet had a lot of awesome food nearby. There's even a boulangerie (bakery) right next door that has delicious pastries and coffee.

On this day Sept. 25th around 7:50am there’s this elder gentleman at the reception was implying my 65 year-old mother trying to be dishonest and he was extremely rude to her. First, I know you might encountered a lot of Asian look disrespectful clients but not everyone of them is trying to scam you, 2nd this is extremely disrespectful and racist behavior towards an innocent old lady. How can you rate as a 4-star hotel with this kind of service attitude? Don’t reflect your own miserable life on your guests. Except this incidents, according to my old mother everyone else was kind and she’s happy with her room.

We had such a wonderful stay at Le Grey Hotel in Paris. The location was perfect—close to great cafés, shops, and easy access to the metro. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with recommendations or anything we needed. Our room was stylish, comfortable, and very clean, with thoughtful touches that made it feel special.
Highly recommend Le Grey Hotel to anyone visiting Paris—we’ll definitely stay here again!

My partner and I have booked 6 nights for our first trip to Paris in the “Privilege” double room. For the first 3 nights, the air conditioning was not working at all, and no compensation or anything additional was provided - this severely disrupted our sleep, requiring us to open the window with very loud street noise all night and morning. We heard others complaining at reception, and they were just told it will be fixed.
On day 4 the air conditioning was “fixed”, and it seemed slightly better with some cold air coming from the vents, however the room temperature was still above 22 degrees while set at 16 degrees on high fan.
We told reception for the fourth time, that we were having to sleep with the window open and couldn’t sleep well due to the street noise and light - loud intoxicated people until 2-3am and extremely loud garbage trucks and other vehicles early morning. When we close the windows we cannot sleep at all due to the building heat and stuffy air.
The receptionist told us the manager would come to our room to speak to us - we waited for hours and she didn’t come. The receptionist later said she didn’t come because the matter had been resolved. This is further added disappointment and frustration.
We then requested a refund for the remaining 3 nights, which was declined.
We then asked the receptionist to come to the room - she acknowledged that the air outside (22 degrees) was cooler than the room, which was set to 16 degrees. This was proof the air conditioning was not working correctly, however she responded “you may be used to cooler rooms” - Yes, we are used to air conditioning that works and matches the display temperature, especially in European summers, especially when paying £1000+ for a hotel with air conditioning. We requested she speak to the manager again for a refund, and instead she sent us two fans, which did nothing to cool the room.
Overall we’re extremely disappointed with the way this was handled - this caused us a week of poor sleep and put a massive damper on our trip.

The hotel is mainly good for a 4 star hotel in Paris. The room as well as the bathroom was spacious, the toiletries were of high quality, bed was big and everything felt clean and comfortable. Location is good and quite central, staff at reception were lovely. The only problem i encountered was the heating in the room was not working and because the room and bathroom were freezing, it led me to catch a cold which made my trip less enjoyable. Reception gave me a heater the next day which solved the problem but still would have preferred to have the AC heating from the beginning to avoid this situation:)

I loved this hotel. Personally, I like to stay at hotels where there is peace and quiet, and this was it. Very peaceful yet close to everything. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They also have the best shower pressure lol. Would recommend!!

Small, cozy and comfortable hotel. Location is superb for travelers that enjoy footwork. Receptionists were very congenial and most helpful (Thank you Francois and thank you Rafaella) And thank u Manageress for the kindest of gestures that will be hard to forget.

The room is clean and tidy. The sense of space is good. It is also very convenient to travel. There is a Chinese restaurant next door, which is nice.
