Terrible hotel — completely unprofessional and unsafe.
We booked this as a 4-star hotel, but it’s actually only 3 stars. From the start, the receptionist (Arabic guy) was aggressive and rude, shouting at us for no reason when I tried to look for the bathroom while he was assisting other guests.
The cleaner was vacuuming loudly, and when my cousin politely asked for respect, both the receptionist and cleaner mocked us in French. We felt unsafe with our luxury watches and gold bracelet, especially after reading a review from another guest who had jewelry stolen.
The receptionist refused to check us in, kicked us out, and we had to book another hotel for €1,300, ruining our trip. Later, they even tried to demand extra money after Booking.com confirmed free cancellation and refund.
This hotel is noisy, unsafe, dishonest, and misrepresented online. The staff should never work in hospitality.
Avoid it — 1 star max.
The rooms were clean, spacious with good shower facilities.
Not all rooms have fridges and a mini bar.
The rooms also have television and air conditioning.
The staff were all incredibly helpful especially Magdalena.
A great place to stay as there are numerous places to eat in the vicinity.
Certainly will stay there again when next in Paris.
