Overall a solid choice if you want to be in a lovely area of Paris. Front desk staff was fantastic and honestly made our stay better. But the rooms were suffering from some poor maintenance and the housekeeping was hit or miss. One day they left the soap empty and didn’t replace the towels. Then the next day didn’t refill the sugar for the in-room coffee. And the bathroom shower had serious drainage issue and the glass partition had clearly not been cleaned in some time. The wallpaper was peeling and paint was scuffed quite a bit. Beds were comfortable and again the front desk team is top notch and never failed to address any concerns immediately.

It is dirtiest place what I ever have stayed, unfortunately. I liked the design, but cleaning service works very bad. I changed my room twice, because in every room we found ants. But it didn’t helped, insects were in every room, what I have changed. On pictures you can see cleanness after previous customer. Staff can do nothing.

Pleasant stay,l for overnight before flight. Convenient to Gare de Lyon for transportation. Rooms are clean and typical size for Paris. Hot breakfast served with good selection of fresh breads, fruit and beverages.

It’s a clean and functional hotel. I was surprised that all the amenities and drinks are free in the room. I stayed in the room with the bathtub, which I enjoy having. One small note, the bathtub looked clean and white but when I touched it, there was still scum left on the sides. So I had to wash it down thoroughly before using it. That was the only reason I gave 4 stars for this hotel.

Good:
The hotel location is very strategic, it near the Gare De Lyon Station, it give me travel very convenient.
Bad:
i have some bad experience during my stay.
1. on the fifth day morning, i only discovered my pillow case have black stain (look like mouldy). ( refer my photo) i did ask why the housekeeper did not changed it. the front desk did not answer me.
2. the toilet was very narrow, on the fifth day i have to check out early to catch my train , as i walked out from the shower room, the narrow walk path, have a sharp edge scratched my body, when i check out i do feed back to the front desk, however the front desk lady , seem very unfriendly dont even to concern about my feedback, she just listened.
3. i broke a glass on the second day during my breakfast. reason, the glass was placed at the edge of the table, this is just a small feedback, i dont understand why they want to place the glass at the edge of the table? this is winter time, we wore thicker, as i walked pass the narrow table path, my jacket drag the glass fell.

It was good hotel with some positive points as well some negative points:
Positive:
1. It is located very close to Gare de Lyon train station
2.. People are nice and friendly
3. It was nice for 3 people stay in one room
4. Breakfast was good, could have been better

3. Tea packets were not replaced during housekeeping. On enquiry, it was learnt that it is not done.

The room was small. Also, the outlet was broken so I couldn't use the charger. I had to charge my phone at the front desk. The air conditioner was broken too. Hmm. This is not a four-star hotel. It's about 2.5 star quality. The price and quality don't match.
