The location was great. Many sites and great restaurants nearby. Room was smallish, but very comfortable. Hotel staff were very helpful. We would stay here again.

Horrible experience at this hotel. We had cash in our backpack that we had put in so we don’t forget to take it. The cleaning team at the hotel stole $8,000 from us, they were the only people to walk in the room. The hotel manager was very unhelpful mentioning that he can not even tell us who the person is, and that they outsource their cleaning to a different company. Stay away from this hotel while you can, they will look through your bags and steal whatever you have.

Beni and the team were very helpful. We had an excellent stay. I come often to le marais for work but this was a trip with my 11 yr old daughter. The room 103 was beautiful corner room loads bigger than most rooms in marais hotels. Location is excellent right near the metro and central enough to walk to main sights. We will return.

We loved our stay at Hotel Bastille Spéria! The staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the location was great. The hotel staff even left me a small treat for my birthday. We look forward to staying here again on our next Paris visit.

The hotel is located in a perfect location, walking distance to plenty of restaurants, bars and attractions. Whilst the rooms are on the smaller side, this is usual for Paris and the cleanliness and overall feel of the hotel makes up for this. Breakfast is exceptional, and the staff can't do enough for you. This was my second time staying in this hotel and I would definitely return again. Thanks for a great stay!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The rooms are very cozy and nicely decorated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Get room 603 if it's available. It's on the top corner. It has an amazing view and two dormer windows, unless you are over 5'10". The rafters and shower (tub combo) take up some overhead space, but for us, it was perfect and charming

We enjoyed the stay in Paris because of the hotel position, large windows and very nice decoration inside the room. Also, the staff was very kind and the proximity to many cafes and metro station is fantastic. Thanks and See you soon!

The hotel has no hot water from the shower/tap when we came back to the room last night. We called the receptionist and was told that the whole hotel has no hot water and they are trying to fix the problem.

Then at 1.13 am, the receptionist called us, woke all of us up, to tell us that the hot water is now available!

A modern hotel having no hot water in winter is not acceptable. But a receptionist who woke up the guests at 1.13 am on non-emergency matters is totally unprofessional!

I am staying at the hotel for 4 nights. Tonight, 23 Dec, there is no hot water from the taps. I got caught up in the shower with icy cold water in winter.

The reception makes no apologies and asked to wait 10 minutes. All he can offer is that they are fixing it.

No service, no apologies, no hot water in winter.

A 3-star hotel without hot water is rare. Consider this hotel if you like a cold shower in winter.
