I don’t like this place at all and I have been regretting of selecting here ever since I entered.
1. This entire hotel is as small as a matchbox. The elevator, the room… everything. Your head is next to the bathroom door, every gap is fitting for one person only.
2. The bed is super uncomfortable. It is rough, bumpy, and for some reason the middle part is sunken! My sleeping condition was horrible, each day I wake up even more exhausted.
3. I stayed four nights. The fire alarm went off for two days. I know they didn’t cause the fire themselves, but the frequency is ridiculous.
4. So hot during nights! No air conditioner? Fine, apparently many places in Paris don’t have one. But the fan they provided is not functioning well! The air flow is terrible and it is super loud. Considering the tiny space of the room, it was stuffiness all the time.
5. Bad sound proof. I hear other people from hallway from time to time.
6. Considering all the unbearable things above, its price is not reasonable. Definitely will not recommend nor return.

1. Staffs are nice.
2. Close to metro station, of line 1 and 8

Lovely quiet spot in the 12th. Rooms and rates are fair and comfortable staying here. Place is clean and the breakfast option is great. Good typical euro buffet options. Someone always on duty on the Desk in the foyer. Bathroom is small but this is Paris, typical. Hot water and shower is great my only complaint is it’s a bit tight and easy to bump the handle and get surprised hot or cold blast, and the shower head could use some tightening but overall the shower is enjoyable, the staff accommodating, the location near metro and trains easy to navigate, good restaurants nearby (try Mutfak a Turkish place 5 minutes walk was so good we ate there 2x). Rates are reasonable we would definitely return

Wasn't a fan of this hotel at all. I booked due to all the positive reviews but felt pretty misled after check in. I think they must have some nicer rooms due to pictures listed here? But the room we got was horrible and did not compare to photos here. So maybe it's just a gamble that we lost.
Our room was very small but also falling apart. The floor was literally caving in around the bed, mold in the bathroom, the shower head was a joke, totally useless. The fan supplied for the room was partially broken but it did work. The shower is very small and the doors don't seal shut so it's very hard to prevent water from getting all over the bathroom. The bed wasn't very comfortable either.
Met 2 staff, one was very nice, the other was rude. Overall, wouldn't recommend staying here due to our experience. I think there's probably better hotels for the price.

The room was not very clean. There was a lot of dirt on the ground but bed sheets were clean. The floor of the room was not in level, but descending which was funny.. But we were there just for sleep so no big deal. The service was perfect, kind and helpful. Recommend.

We were made to feel very welcome at reception, and having arrived at 9am it was no problem for us to leave our luggage until 2pm. The room was very Parisian (small in size, clean & functional) with opening windows and shutter. Our stay coincided with 35 degree temperatures, so the fan in the room was greatly appreciated.
We left a phone in the room on day of departure. The hotel staff went above and beyond and were able to post the phone to our next Hotel in Toulouse which we received the very next day.

Charming little hotel with superfriendly staff and an excellent location. My single room was small but really cosy and clean with a comfortable bed. The house is old and narrow but has an elevator. Really great value for the price you pay and ideal for people who don’t like mainstream hotel change! I’ll definitely go back there.

Very clean, nice, and comfortable stay, only 10 minutes walk away from Gare de Lyon.
Zazie hotel is a cute and well taken care of hotel, with welcoming staff, a nice breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms.

I stayed with my 12-year-old son for 2 nights. The bed was comfortable, rooms are clean though small (which was expected), the location is great, the staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The hotel provides a simple, typical French breakfast for a reasonable price. The shower drained a bit slowly, but other than that everything worked great. The hotel has a unique room key system, where you leave your key with staff at the front desk (which is open 24 hours) anytime you leave the hotel. I will stay here again.

All the staff was very cordial and we had a very nice journey.
Location is well connected with all services even if we enjoy walking to the city center.
