Lovely hotel & lovely staff who were very welcoming who gave us some useful tips on our 1st visit to Paris. The rooms where very nice and clean, we also got a free upgrade on the room upon arrival. The local area has some fantastic bars and resturants within walking distance, it also has good metro links to get around the city.

I had to cancel my stay last minute due to unforeseen circumstances. Despite being charged for the first night for cancellation, I chose to cancel my entire stay (instead of keeping the first night) since that’s the right thing to do: release the room for someone else. I fully understand the cancellation policy and hence I wrote in to nicely ask for some flexibility in terms of partial refund. However, through my correspondence with Valerie, she was very confrontational and accusing. In the replies, it is mostly “you should do this and that”. Despite me explaining the situation with her politely and calmly, she hit back with more hostile replies. I am deeply disappointed by how you handle your potential guests. You could have nicely and respectfully decline my request. Instead, you choose the insolent way.

Cute little hotel. Staff was very friendly and room was clean and not too small. In a great area as well. Good price.

This hotel is a pure gem. It is in the perfect location in Paris - great neighborhood and major attractions are a quick metro ride away. The staff are incredible. Tom, one of of the concierges, went out of his way to make us feel like family. Because of meeting him at this hotel, our trip to Paris was unforgettable. Book this hotel!

Was a lovely stay. Room was clean and the staff were super friendly. In the middle of the night I had some acid reflux and the staff helped enter a 24 hour pharmacy on my maps so I could get something to relieve the pain. Just super helpful lovely stay.
