The staff is wonderful! From the doorman to the front desk, everyone was very kind and helpful! Check in was easy and we were so thankful to leave our bags at the hotel before our room was ready
Didn't really make use of the pool or the spa, it would have been nice if this was included in the price. The door men were very helpful offering to help us with our bags etc
The room was very clean and the location was amazing! Beautiful 5 minute walk every morning to the tube
Conveniently sited and well appointed. The hotel entrance gives a sense of size and space which is both relaxing and also in contrast with its small and compact guest rooms. Staff are helpful and pleasant
Room was very small but sufficient for a single traveler. Good service and convenient location near tube for circle and district lines. Concierge service was great and even lent me an umbrella for free
Rooms are quite small, but clean and comfortable. The shower hose had a slight hole in it but it was still usable. There was a huge choice at breakfast to set you up for the day

Breakfast was lovely and the spa and pool are free
A wonderful place, suitable for the price, with views of both the wheel and Big Ben. I took a room with a view of Big Ben, but did not take into account that it is under restoration. Well it's not their fault
Great location if visiting London. Easy access to 2 tube stations, and many attractions near by. Staff were great and rooms were clean and quiet. Great feature in the room was a side by side mini fridge
Beautiful lovely hotel had fantastic views x staff were out of this world couldn't do enough for you. Cocktails were a little bit pricey but didn't stop us
Staff speak all languages so good for all visitors from anywhere in the world. Central location so can get anywhere in london easily
It’s a pity that smoking is not allowed, they smoke on the street, but I understand that this is the case all over London

Breakfast was a highlight and rooms were amazing and spacious and silent at night. Restaurant is expensive but food is excellent quality. Hope to come back again soon !!!
Great experience I have to say. From the moment we entered untill we have to leave now. All staff more than courteous and went the extra mile to answer any questions
I was surprised how welcoming this place was, with a grand entrance and so close to Paddington the service was hard to beat. Quiet, and relatively spacious rooms
So easy to get to the platforms and the executive lounge was well stocked and has great food options
Spent several nights there recently in a room without air conditioning during a "heat wave". AC was out in most of the hotel the whole week. A hotel with this much traffic needs to make comfort priority one
A just average experience at a high priced Hilton. Desk staff not very responsive. Housekeeping manager very nice and helpful. They didn't fulfill my special orders until I complained

we were greeted by Mario on reception who was very welcoming and informative as it was our first stay! All staff we encountered were wonderful and helpful! Our room was amazing clean and had brilliant views of Canary Wharf! The bathroom just WOW! We were attending a concert at the O2 and you couldn’t of got any closer! We had breakfast included in our stay which was great and there was a wide selection...
You can get to the O2 through a special passageway too so no need to get wet! The rooms are spacious and well equipped with tea, coffee and toiletries. Breakfast is plentiful and worth every penny
The O2 at walking distance provides an alternative location to have dinner in one of many restaurants. Breakfast is great offering choices in bread and fresh fruit while providing a stunning view over the Thames river
The club lounge is a great value extra if you want to splash out for some peace and quiet. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from North Greenwich tube station and is easily accessible by car too
Staff were brilliant, professional and very polite. Overall impressions were outstanding. Whole hotel was clean in every area. One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in to date
Located next to the O2 the hotel offers a nice view of the skyline of London. Staff is very friendly and capable. Rooms are spacious and modern with excellent facilities

Be sure to have a swim in the pool! The decor in the downstairs areas is immaculate, upkept and not tired like many other London hotels
There are a few good places to eat on the doorstep of the hotel in Regent Street. So if you wish to escape the hotel catering which is brilliant but could be pricey for some, stroll around and you'll find ample places
The hotel is near the north end of Regent St, quiet, but at the feet of all the shopping, pubs and restaurants just blocks away. The doormen and staff are lovely. The rooms are cozy and the bed extremely comfortable
I swear they never made me feel like I was checking in or like I was incapable of finding the check in desk. or maybe they just treat you as a returning guest who knows the 5 star place but that was great
Had afternoon tea here with a friend last week. Lovely hotel and very decadent restaurant for lunch. Food was fantastic and service was excellent. Staff were very attentive and made experience super.
In regards to dining, the breakfast menu is delicious and the room whether in the morning or for high tea is delightful. You get what you pay for here and then some

We also used the spa for facials and massage which were great as well as the facilities like the whirlpool. Also, the Residence is a great concept and great place to get away and get some work done
I would like to emphasize the great service of Mrs. Celia Pena, who reads the guests' wishes from their lips in an exemplary manner and, together with her colleagues, has already made the check-in an experience
What a great Hotel in the middle of Leicester Square!! I had no idea when booking this hotel that it was less than a year old and neither would anybody walking through the front doors! It’s beautiful! Amazing service from start to finish
I feel those things are so important. It gives you a reason to come back each time. The hotel itself could not be in a better location and there are so many beautiful places within the lobby to enjoy a drink or a meal
I have stayed at many of the top hotels if not all of them in London and it’s refreshing to have people remember you when you walk by and acknowledge you when you walk in and out of the doors
Upon check in after a long flight I was greeted by Debora at the front desk. She was so very sweet and provided me with a full tour of the hotel and even escorted me to my room

A good hotel - stayed on a business trip, and got a decent rate when booking through Hilton Honors. Has a decently equipped gym, and a nice looking pool area (although I didn't try the latter)
Modern contemporary design lends a boutique feel, attentive friendly staff. Gym and pool are excellent, rooms are comfortably appointed
Bed was lovely, very comfortable. Included was access to the lounge on the ground floor, but I did not have the opportunity to visit. Sadly I did not have an opportunity to get to the gym, pool or spa facilities
1 star off for the proximity of the gym to the pool making it very much a sauna. Food for the rather pricy breakfast was great and i have paid the same or more for much less quality in the immediate area
This is a very nice 5 star hotel. They made my Christmas holiday wonderful. The room we got was very clean and spacious. We asked for a room with a bath and they were happy to give it to us without a fuss
Exec lounge has great food and drink variety, free beverages in room, great water pressure. On premise restaurant is excellent and the craft gin bar, while a little pricey, has excellent cocktails

Beautiful Ewardian hotel in the heart of London. Very good food and service from well-trained staff. Wonderful meeting rooms and function spaces - Palm Court is spectacular. Bedrooms are generally first-rate.
I liked the complimentary water, and the special effort the housekeeping made for our birthdays was delightful-Special pillows with Happy birthday on and a small cake
The hake was superb and the Lemon tart scrumptious! Our waitress Alice was delightful and knowledgeable recommending dishes from the menu and was very attentive
Had a lovely early dinner before going to the theatre next door
Amazing building and an incredible place to stay. Was not able to use the facilities to their max, but had a lovely stay in a small suite. Which was rather over the top with two TVs
Lovely place to spread out, lots of space, even being in the loft. Only down side is could not see much or the window. Staff did not stand out as being overly helpful or friendly

There is a swimming pool on site but it is regularly used for swimming lessons so unfortunately I was not able to use it during my visit. The hotel has a lounge with beer on tap, light refreshments and a pantry
Even in the current climate (weather and pandemic), the staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. Five stars for them! Breakfast was provided but had to be eaten in the room
I've stayed 3 times now at this hotel and it's grown on me. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, rooms spacious, and it's s family oriented place with many rooms having a balcony
Great restaurant. The food was great and the staff very nice. The menu is a good mix of classics and a little variety.
The Elite member lounge is well maintained with a hearty breakfast provided to start the day. The hotel is in a quaint location yet a few minutes from Swiss Cottage station (on the Jubilee line)
Very impressed with the mobile app. The service was excellent and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel has a restaurant and a small shop where you can buy essentials

Excellent hotel near downtown London. Superb service. Had two different rooms and in one of them was very tiny, though nicely appointed. Good value for the location of the hotel and it's condition.
The location is amazing if you planning to shop in Oxford Street as it few blocks behind John Louise. There is always taxis outside. As well as, there are a lovely cafes very close to it.
The internal decor is very contemporary, and it does not stay static. Each time I visit, there is always a positive change to the internal decoration. For a hotel situated in Central London, I find it really peaceful
The meals are also very good, from breakfast to dinner. As is expected, there may be one or two issues with a room, but this is usually fixed promptly if it is mentioned to reception
This hotel is very well situated, close to Bond Street, Oxford Circus, Baker Street and Regent's Park Underground Stations. The staff are very friendly and helpful

Had a relaxed night in the bar, a leisurely swim in the pool and a comfortable night's rest after a long day. Great views of Wembley stadium, and walking distance from my client's office
Just that executive lounge doesn't have nuts as I expected. I also suggest they change their towels; not that the towels are old but not that new and classy as I expected. But generally, you'll enjoy your stay here
location was perfect for the football and the breakfast was lovely and staff where very helpful. Love the fact kids can use the pool etc kept my nephew entertained
I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were spotless and the availability of ice machines made my stay even better. The breakfast staff on the thrid floor were always very friendly and our check in and out was very quick.
The only downside was the parking arrangements: not the cost, that's par for the course these days, more like the distance from the hotel to the car park two buildings away. This hotel comes near enough though
The hotel was clean and well decorated, check in and check out was very easy and the suite was luxurious, spacious and well stocked. We would definitely recommend this Hilton to anyone considering it!

I have stayed in many of the hotel's rooms, from the standard wing to the Chambers. As a Platinum Premier Member, I stay in a lot of hotel room, many of which often look the same no matter where you are in the world
All the staff were very attentive and friendly and they all wore their masks correctly! I really like the app for ordering in-room amenities, which came in handy when we ran out of shampoo
Chelsea at the spa was especially brilliant when I had my treatment. My partner had someone else and he was unfortunately less impressed. Francesco looked after us at Hansom and was fantastic
He has a great memory for seeing guests again the next day and he really knows how to take care of you in just the right amount. Looking forward to staying here again
St Pancras Renaissance was a wonderful stay. It is connected to Kings Cross and St Pancras International tube stations. So it's a great option to stay nearby
Easy and fast access to rail and tube, and within walking distance of many great places in central London. The staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant

Swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna were great. A very well decorated, traditional building. Location was brilliant, 2 seconds away from the tube station. Plenty are restaurants within a 20 minute walk
Breakfast was lovely and facilities (gym, pool, sauna, steam room, aromatherapy room) were brilliant. Sadly the jacuzzi was out of action during the stay
Great location, right next to the tube. Good value and breakfast included if booked through the site. Got a free upgrade to an executive suite. Pool, hot tub and aromatherapy room we're great
Breakfast was fine (could be hotter) and the pool, sauna and other fitness rooms are excellent
The hotel emailed me within 24 hours to advise me of my dietary requirements, which was lovely. Very convenient for transport, food and tower bridge
Very disappointed when going in to our first room because it wasn't clean and we found rubbish (cigarette butts) left on the balcony. The second room wasn't much better because of dust and a dirty phone

Graham at the front door was amazing. He made us feel like we were at home. The staff and room were amazing. Short walk to Westminster tube station. The boat tour across the river was very fun and convenient
Hotel with the best views in London, it’s a absolute treat to stay here in London. Historic building with nice modern British furniture. Extremely friendly staff, very welcoming
It's an absolutely enchanting entrance to start. The staff are lovely, from the doormen to the desk staff to the bar and restaurant staff. The beds, the views, the amenities
Also, it's right next to the London Eye which makes for a splendid evening experience so you'll never be far from something to do! Would recommend
The building is in a prime central location where you can access all the city in under an hour, and it's got a marvellous view on the Thames
I only wish I had stayed for more than just the one night. Thank you to all of the staff for making it a stay to remember

Absolutely excellent - lovely staff throughout the hotel. Requests gets dealt with immediately and in a very friendly manner. The staff will do anything to make it happen, whatever your request may be
During my civilian service and stay there I never encountered any problems, their service is very good, the oven is always friendly and the quality of the food is amazing
We stayed for my husbands 45th birthday surprise and the team went out of their way to plan every minute of our stay full of surprises for my husband. I would highly recommend it and I would stay there again
Beach Huts - Sofia, our waitress was absolutely amazing. Sofia and I had a small child with us and the rest of the staff were very helpful and sweet to my little one
Located in a very good location where everything is around you, a hidden park is a few steps away. Situated in a unique location between Knights Bridge and Mayfair
The seafood was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed the day

The stay was wonderful from the moment we arrived to check in. The front desk staff was professional, helpful and friendly. A wonderful surprise for the expectant mother with chocolate strawberries and drinks in the room
Was a little disappointed that the gym and pool were not open
Unfortunately you can't open the windows and it was a very hot night. I understand the health and safety concerns of allowing guests to open windows, but I had a balcony! so I guess that negated the security issue
So I didn't sleep well because I didn't want to leave the balcony door open all night, and anyway it was in another room. But it was still a wonderful stay and all the staff were very friendly and helpful
The catering staff at the bar and restaurant are very nice and professional! The room was amazing, the only two problems were the lack of sockets in the bedroom and the rain shower in need of descaling
Beautiful location, tube station 2 mins walk away, very big hotel attentive and welcoming staff. Great views over the harbour. Didn't get to see any rooms as was there for a business function.

All the staff were attentive and friendly. Highly recommended, better to go here and have a chat with an expert who's passionate rather than pay over the odds at a festival where people don't really care
It is very classy, though: you get as much tea and as many sandwiches (both salty and sweet) as you want. They have high quality and fancy teas: I had the Oscar and another oolong one: both were lovely
Derren the Bar Manger was informative, engaging and a lovely guy. Had a whiskey tasting masterclass. It's a refreshing change to go somewhere where people actually care you enjoy what your drinking
A great place to have high tea. It’s expensive (45£ + VAT & service charge for basic package, add more to include champagne and/or candle as a gift), and you must make a reservation
Fantastic, superb, modern and clean hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Super convenient location for Central London. Thank you Cafe Hotel Royal for meeting all of needs ❤
Fantastic hotel, brilliant service and a superb spa. Great location in central London with spacious, comfortable and well-designed rooms. The spa alone is worth a visit.

The spa was is out of this world. The heated pool was so warm and good for the bones. Afternoon tea was very nice and relaxing. Rooms are very up to date and new. Small but what do you expect in central London
Very friendly staff, as it was my birthday on my stay here they upgraded my room to the Park Lane Suite, was very thoughtful of them. The room was beautiful, great room service and their concierge team were very helpful
The prices in the hotel for food and drink were a bit steep, and the jacuzzi wasnt working in the spa. However, I can't complain as I got an upgraded room at no extra cost and was overall a great experience
Fantastic hotel great location at ion delicious good food and drinks and extremely helpful staff would highly recommend this hotel

Lovely place staff were very friendly and helpful, wonderful atmosphere. Had a Charlie and the chocolate factory afternoon tea and it was worth every penny!! We were thoroughly spoilt and were stuffed when we left
With a menu that's dairy and gluten free you'd never know it until someone highlights it to you. Every dish was executed perfectly and served hot (I hate getting cold dishes in a restaurant)
the onion bread, which is also gluten free, is delicious. scallops as a main course, lamb or fish for mains- both yummy - and desserts to die for. and some of the best hot chocolate in town
our daughter loves to eat out but it is always a challenge to find nice restaurants that serves high quality food in lovely surroundings. the service is top notch and very attentive
Felt really made to feel special and enjoyed the food. Although initially looking at food portions looked small quantity but were offered seconds of everything
Contemporary design done well with a few quirks thrown in to keep things interesting. The food is first class and deserves a review of its own

Their restaurant Celeste is my absolute favourite French restaurant in London. The only “downside” could be that at lunch time it can be quite empty, which means slightly over-attentive staff
Always welcoming and great cocktails and appetizers. This is a great place to celebrate special occasions in a fantastic setting. Provides the right balance between formal and relaxed.
Literally the best tea I've had in my life. The sandwiches, scones and treats were also both gorgeous and tasted great, especially the sandwiches
Before I was bearnapped in Tanzania I used to go with my owner/mummy finding it to be a quiet, relaxing, haven amid the frenzy Hyde Park Corner
6 stars are more appropriate. Oozes class! Superb charming staff. Beutiful landmark building, inside and out. The benchmark hotel in London
I used to prefer the Library bar by the tinkering piano, especially when The Pianist played a jazzy version of teddy Bears Picnic for me!
