Amazing location, and excellent service!

Got to hotel around 12:30 didn’t expect the room to be ready but dropped bag and was told by hotel that they would text as soon as room was ready as it was our wedding anniversary and we needed to get changed. We received no text and did not get into our room until 8pm

We stay at the Mayfair every time we go to London. It is in the perfect location for shopping on New Bond Street and not far from Oxford street.

I had a very comfortable stay for three days. I recommend the afternoon tea, which is beautiful and delicious. There is a pianist, and I really like the flowers in the lobby.

First of all, this is a famous hotel, located in a very good place. It is especially convenient for those who love shopping to go to Niujie Street, which can be reached on foot.

The location is great but my experience was somewhat marred by the service. Our room was well-decorated, featuring a comfortable bed. The amenities were satisfactory, including a mini-fridge and complimentary Wi-Fi. Housekeeping was efficient, keeping the room clean and tidy. Unfortunately, this was where my experience fell short. Don’t have baby play rooms and you have to have breakfast at your rooms they don’t have Lobby for having breakfast

Super location and welcome hospitality. We got a wonderful welcome drink at the beautiful lobby lounge. Room is fabulous, clean and stylish. We also tried the restaurant which has excellent food. Will definitely recommend and will go back.

Absolutely fantastic location! Will definitely stay here again if just for the heated toilet seat…what a great hotel. Rooms very comfortable and the staff can’t do enough for you. The doormen and concierge are super helpful. We didn’t get to try any of the restaurants but we will be returning so we will try then.

U get 0 service out from a so called 5 star hotel. No one is picking it up from the front desk line. The noise isolation is basically terrible. We kept hearing noise from upstairs during mid night. Upon checkout, we are requesting someone to help us carry the luggage but no one is attending

This hotel locates central, close to british museum. Location is quite good, close to underground (Piccadilly line) and bus stop. However the front desk staff are rude.

Great hotel, well maintained, good sized rooms in a fantastic location close to southbank/ Waterloo, a short walk to Southwark station.  Great facilities, although we didn’t have time to use the pool or gym this time.

Will stay there every time in London

The check in was amazing friendly receptionist, we were offered a upgrade which we accepted for a executive room with lounge access. We visited for a couple of shows,udeal location never used a tube,everything we need was in walking distance.

We stayed here as our normal hotel was fully booked, we weren’t disappointed. We booked a basic double room. Lovely hotel, great location and the fastest filling bath ever!!! The only downside was the breakfast which was pretty average considering the reputation of the hotel generally.

The hotel is located on the south bank of the Thames, 5 minutes' walk to the north bank and 10 minutes' walk to the city center, which is very convenient. There are many supermarkets nearby, and the Chinese Super League "Tiantian Store" is next door. The sanitation is cleaned every day, and the guys at the door are very enthusiastic. It is a hotel worth staying in.

The room was simply and stylishly decorated, the bedding was clean and hygienic, and someone cleaned the room every day. The only drawback was that we couldn't find slippers. When we ordered the hotel, they said they would provide slippers, but fortunately we brought our own slippers to wear on the plane, so we didn't ask the hotel for them in the end.

The staff of this place is more than amazing. they went above and beyond to provide us with an available room that another guest had booked. The service was great. The rooms are classically decorated but very clean and medium in size. I will definitely book again in London.
