JW Marriott Grosvenor House London
London, 86-90 Park Lane 🧭 Map
I had the opportunity to stay at the Grosvenor House in London this past week. This hotel is beautiful and located in the heart of London and all it has to offer. The customer service was exceptional and the rooms are very nice. I have absolutely no complaints about this hotel at all. I would recommend, or stay there again in a heartbeat. The location puts you in walking distance from most major historical...
Went here for afternoon tea for my husband's birthday. Wonderful service and good food. Also gave us a slice of cake each to take away!!! Would definitely recommend the hot chocolate- delish. Had a lovely time (we had already eaten a lot of it before the pics was taken..) You can also ask for me scones , hot drinks, and sandwiches if you want them
Great hotel, located I'm central London, right on Park Lane! Rooms were spacious and clean! Lobby can be crowded at times. But the Hotel went above and beyond to find my grandmother more comfortable bedding! Would highly recommend this hotel!

Everything . It was really comfortable . The location was brillant because it was in central London . My room was really lovely and comfortable. I had a room overlooking Hyde park on the 12th floor of the hotel. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and just couldn’t do enough for you . I felt like I was being treated like a VIP. I’m a people person and like to chat to others a lot, I was there...
Excellent hotel with so much to offer. The Hilton Park lane is famous for being featured and referenced within movies time and time again. Making it one of The venues to stay at when visiting London. Situated in Mayfair, it is hard to top the Hilton Park Lane for class or location. Being a high rising hotel with the famous top floor bar and restaurant, this is one of the best venues in town. Having...
This is clearly one of the premium locations for Hilton in London and that showed throughout the whole visit. We stayed in a "King Executive Room", having received an Honors status upgrade at check in. Our room, on a high floor had westerly views over Hyde Park. The hotel's design means that other rooms are likely to have (limited) views into your room. Aside from this small reduction in privacy,...
Top notch location, service and amenities. We spent a week in London and this was the perfect place to use as a base for our adventures. We upgraded to the Executive level and got access to the Executive suite. They laid out scrumptious meals and snacks that were available from 6am-11pm. Will definitely stay here again!
It's was OK. I was expecting amazing but got allright. Christmas decorations in the restaurant was poor as we went for Nutcracker Tea theme teas all there was 2 Large nutcracker shape things to one side. Service from the friendly staff was very good. Gents toilets miles away upstairs and not signed posted, I was wandering around like a lemon looking for them.

Have stayed here many times in the last 18 months and am always pleased. Excellent staff all round, polite, friendly and professional. The club lounge is a great value extra if you want to splash out for some peace and quiet. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from North Greenwich tube station and is easily accessible by car too. If you have the budget, check out the tasting menu in the Peninsula restaurant...
Lovely hotel in a great location. Just a few minutes walk to the underground. You can get to the O2 through a special passageway too so no need to get wet! The rooms are spacious and well equipped with tea, coffee and toiletries. Breakfast is plentiful and worth every penny. Staff are polite and helpful. The Peninsula restaurant is fabulous with fantastic views across the river.
Very nice Hotel. Staff were brilliant, professional and very polite. Rooms were immaculate. Overall impressions were outstanding. Whole hotel was clean in every area. One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in to date.
Located next to the O2 the hotel offers a nice view of the skyline of London. Staff is very friendly and capable. Rooms are spacious and modern with excellent facilities. The O2 at walking distance provides an alternative location to have dinner in one of many restaurants. Breakfast is great offering choices in bread and fresh fruit while providing a stunning view over the Thames river. Take a boot...
Wonderful first stay at the Intercontinental last night.... we were greeted by Mario on reception who was very welcoming and informative as it was our first stay! All staff we encountered were wonderful and helpful! Our room was amazing clean and had brilliant views of Canary Wharf! The bathroom just WOW! We were attending a concert at the O2 and you couldn’t of got any closer! We had breakfast included...

Breakfast was very good and he staff excellent. Location perfect, room was very good. Although as a woman I would have liked a magnifying mirror to use for my make-up, not having to phone housekeeping to bring me one.
Arrived during "The Beast From The East" snowstorm to a warm greeting. Was already checked-in thanks to the Hyatt app but had to do the checked-in but must check-in "dance"; it would be better when the hotel industry catches up with the airline industry in its use of technology. Hotel is calm and elegant. The room is clean, comfortable and warm. I'm able to use the Regency Club which is charming with...
Looking in my picture folder I guess I should have taken a lot more pictures great Hotel great service used to be Winston Churchill's hang out. My favorite part is the Churchill Cigar Bar they have I wish I could just teleport that whole room to my house and make it a section of my place. I'll be back next time and I'll take a lot more and better pictures
Everything is excellent in this hotel, the service is quiet, the cleanliness is good, the food is excellent, the location is excellent
It was an unplanned visit but I will definitely come back here. Afternoon tea is very good. What can be better than having the tea sitting on a sofa in front of the fireplace
The staff was generally great, especially at breakfast and the concierge. We stayed on the second floor and the bathroom was great. The Toyo WC is an awesome luxury. I thought breakfast wasn't consistent in quality over a stay of at least nine nights. I also think they should do away with the carpet in the room and replace it with more hygienic flooring. Housekeeping could have been better but generally...

London, Lancaster Terrace 🧭 Map
The hotel has undergone significant renovation. Great venue for a two day conference with meeting rooms to accommodate different sizes of breakout sessions. The hotel is right next to the Lancaster Gate tube station and about 7 minute walk from Paddington station.
This was one of the nicest hotels that I have had the pleasure to stay at. The staff was friendly and the service was good. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.
A fabulous hotel. Near underground and easy to get taxi. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. Highly recommended.
Love this hotel cos of the location. The facilities are good too. Pity they don't offer hot choc drink in the room anymore. Before their renovation they used to.
I generally like the hotel. We/I have stayed there over the years. Handy walking for Central London. We enjoy the Island Restaurant. The lounge bar currently under refurbishment. Room was on the smaller side though comfortable except, for me, too warm during the night even with the wall temperature control down to their allowable minimum. This could be to do with my poor sleep pattern. Don't think...
My girlfriend and I stayed here over the weekend to celebrate our one year anniversary. We were greeted by very friendly front of house staff who offered to take out bags and showed us to the check in desk. Very polite and friendly members of staff here! Classic Edwardian style. English 5 star luxury hotel. They have a may fair kitchen with amazing cuisine. Great rooms. Service is excellent. Staffs are pleasant. Good ambience. Near to green park station. Near hyde park
2 night stay, king deluxe room 6th floor. 606 Great room size, superb location to shops/restaurants. Service has been great, been really looked after
Great hotel with perfect location. Extremely friendly staff. Loved the virtual friend Edward that you might text about everything you need during your stay. Everything was perfect! Recommend!!!
I fell in love with London and I think the May Fair might have helped. So happy I chose such a trendy hotel with yet a old world charm. Perfect location and charming setting. The next time I go to London I'll be staying at the May Fair as corny as that sounds.
Attended a company meetings there. Main room was well laid out but a little warm for me. Plenty of water available. Food and drinks were served after the meeting with drinks readily available and food delivered quickly and in good quantity. The atrium was a little small and echoed a lot but that may have been a mistake on our part based on numbers.
Great hotel. Spent 2 nights there for our wedding and staff were very accommodating. Food was also very good.

Had afternoon tea here with a friend last week. Lovely hotel and very decadent restaurant for lunch. Food was fantastic and service was excellent. Staff were very attentive and made experience super.
This is a five-star experience if you get one of the larger rooms, the smaller ones are utterly disappointing. Staff are very attentive. The bar serves up lovely concoctions, Afternoon tea is creative. Be sure to have a swim in the pool! The decor in the downstairs areas is immaculate, upkept and not tired like many other London hotels.
My wife and I enjoyed five nights whilst visiting family. The location at the intersection of Mayfair, Marylebone and Soho is as good as it gets to access the city. The hotel is near the north end of Regent St, quiet, but at the feet of all the shopping, pubs and restaurants just blocks away. The doormen and staff are lovely. The rooms are cozy and the bed extremely comfortable. In regards to dining...
Beautiful and warm place, very and well dressed staff, catering for more or less all individual from vegetarian to gluten free. The place itself was nice, tidy and clean. I would recommend it to those who like this kind of my place. It really wasn't for me as I like big portion of food and that was not what was served but its still a nice place.
We began with a cocktail in the bar. Staff were super friendly. Try the whiskey cocktail. We then had afternoon tea with the Wedgwood settings. Staff were excellent and the food was really tasty. We ordered gluten free scones but as they are hard to get right, they were rather crumby. The tea options are vast so step out and try something different
Dashing and totally at the top of the list for hotel accommodation in London. l stayed here for a few days. Upon entry you are met with lovely, friendly (not too nosey) staff. I swear they never made me feel like I was checking in or like I was incapable of finding the check in desk... or maybe they just treat you as a returning guest who knows the 5 star place but that was great. If you get to stay...

Loved our stay at the Royal garden. The staff really made it feel special. The location is great and restaurant views over the park. Hoping to return for another visit soon
Worked at the RGH on a conference. Staff on site & catering were outstanding. Facilities clean and welcoming. However the rooms were ice cold. Plus I would have likes to have seen greener products and more evidence of Eco business.
Located right next to Kensington Palace and on Kensington high Street gives the hotel an impressive location both in terms of the beauty around and in terms of access / practicality. Oxford Street is a short bus trip away, Harrods is close (if that's your thing ), all of Kensington high Street (nothing spectacular but nice to look around). The Kensington palace grounds are quite nice and lots of people...
What a beautiful time I had with my love ❤ staying here a few weeks ago. We had a gorgeous room with an amazing view of the park. The high tea with great friends was a special moment. Wow. The location is incredible. Being right next to the parks and gardens I really enjoyed running in the morning and then having breakfast. Breakfast was fantastic! Definitely the best continental I have ever had.
Wonderful hotel. Staff are very attentive and nothing seems to be too much hassle. Food is very good in the restaurant, with desert looking like a work of art. The rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, with feather pillows. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again.

I was a guest of the hotel for one night and I really have to admit that it is an outstanding hotel. Very modern, very stylish and above all the staff do an outstanding service oriented job. What a great Hotel in the middle of Leicester Square!! I had no idea when booking this hotel that it was less than a year old and neither would anybody walking through the front doors! It’s beautiful! Amazing service from start to finish. Upon check in after a long flight I was greeted by Debora at the front desk. She was so very sweet and provided me with a full tour of the hotel and even escorted...
Literally everything. The staff is so friendly, accommodating and professional. We loved every little detail - our room was amazing, the rooftop lounge and the music they had on, the complimentary breakfast is TOP never had such good breakfast at another hotel. Even the toilets are great 😂😂😂. We came for the Queens funeral all the way from the US and the hotel hosted a viewing in the ballroom with...
Great staff and facilities. Love the modern bathroom and colourful hallways. In room dining is also running 24/7 (breakfast 6am-12pm, day menu 12pm-6am) which is great if you want French onion soup at 2am. Although during my stay there was a private function which took over a lot of the hotel and resulted in a breakfast backlog so I waited over an hour for breakfast to be delivered which was lukewarm...
One of the most beautiful hotels I've been in. Very modern but luxurious style and, I was impressed by the number of art pieces dotted around! One of the highlights was a very relaxing evening in the Residence bar, it felt very intimate and kind of magical :) The breakfast was lovely too. Would love to go there again!

Just opened two weeks ago and all the staff is still very excited about it. Good clean room. And a good bar too with plenty of interesting choices.
I love this hotel it is the first time I've stayed and it was refurbished only a couple of days ago the rooms are really nice with little touches like a tuck box with a few snacks in and a fridge with a little carton of proper milk. Hotel staff is incredibly friendly and accommodates every need or questions I have. Room was made and organized every morning. Mattress is incredibly comfortable. Absolutely recommend for a few nights stay.
Wonderful Hotel in a great Location. As a London Wedding Photographer I've been lucky to photograph some lovely weddings here and this location is always spectacular. Not to mention those wonderful birds next to the marble staircase :)
I would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a high standard service and facilities with cosy feel to them. I photographed part of a wedding there recently and was very impressed with the exterior and interior of the hotel. All the rooms, the restaurants, the bar made for beautiful backdrops for the photos. Staff were helpful and attentive. If you're looking for a great venue for your celebration...

Excellent hotel right next to Green Park in Mayfair. It is within walking distance of many of London's landmarks, such as the Queen's Palace, a 5-minute walk away. We were accommodated in an executive room, much larger than the usual room in London. The room was very good, with extremely comfortable beds and views of Green Park. We had access to the executive lounge, which offers a very good breakfast...
I loved my stay here. The hotel was located just across the park from Buckingham Palace and it was easy to access anywhere I need by just walking. The rooms were extremely nice and updated. Lovely place, amazing customer service, beautiful clean rooms! Large well equipped gym, too hot temperatures in it though! Great bar setting with lot of tables on the main floor! The Club Lounge is great, large and alcohol access (beer/wine). Good breakfast in the Lounge as well!

Stayed in an executive king room for a work event. Room was neat and clean, with a well stocked minibar and tea and coffee facilities. Lovely Hilton. Modern contemporary design lends a boutique feel, attentive friendly staff. Gym and pool are excellent, rooms are comfortably appointed. Exec lounge has great food and drink variety, free beverages in room, great water pressure. On premise restaurant is excellent and the craft gin bar, while a little pricey, has excellent cocktails.
A good hotel - stayed on a business trip, and got a decent rate when booking through Hilton Honors. Has a decently equipped gym, and a nice looking pool area (although I didn't try the latter). Rooms are well equipped and modern.
This is a very nice 5 star hotel. They made my Christmas holiday wonderful. The room we got was very clean and spacious. We asked for a room with a bath and they were happy to give it to us without a fuss. The bed was very comfy! The service was perfect and the breakfast buffet was very lovely. The staff are friendly. Had a stay last week here. Amazingly friendly staff. Great bar tenders. Room was lovely. 1 star off for the proximity of the gym to the pool making it very much a sauna. Food for the rather pricy breakfast was great and i have paid the same or more for much less quality in the immediate area

Our second time at The Corinthia Hotel for afternoon tea and an absolute delight again. The service, sandwiches, warm scones, array of cakes, marshmallow, hot chocolate and choice of teas were out of this world and in such a decadent setting. We won’t consider anywhere else to have afternoon tea when we come back to London. You have us hooked! Thank you.
Probably the best afternoon tea we've ever had. Delicious finger sandwiches made with different types of bread, exquisite patisserie and wonderful service. Since this was a birthday celebration for my daughter they presented her with a cake and candle. I mentioned it was also my wedding anniversary and I was given chocolate mousse with Happy anniversary written on chocolate. Wonderful memorable afternoon
Afternoon Tea celebration for a birthday. A beautiful room and lovely setting, attentive polite staff, extensive choice of teas, good advise, a great selection of indulgent food - shout out to the pianist. Nothing was rushed or too much trouble... and then extras were boxed for another day. Thanks to Thomas and his team in the Crystal Moon Lounge. Would we recommend? Of course!
My favorite hotel. Absolute bliss staying here. Wonderful staff, amazing spa, and delicious breakfast. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches to make your stay special. Will definitely be back and hope to stay in their new location in New York someday!
The very definition of a 5 star hotel experience. Absolutely faultless from start to finish. Every member of staff we encountered did whatever they could to enrich our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. Everyone who works there knows what their job is, and why they are there - they are always looking for ways to serve - in an authentic way. I could not recommend the Corinthia highly enough. Chapeau...

Our room was clean quiet and had everything we needed. I liked the complimentary water, and the special effort the housekeeping made for our birthdays was delightful-Special pillows with Happy birthday on and a small cake. All the staff were friendly and very helpful, getting a taxi and advising about the best tube to use.
Very nice location. Amazing building and an incredible place to stay. Was not able to use the facilities to their max, but had a lovely stay in a small suite. Which was rather over the top with two TVs. Lovely place to spread out, lots of space, even being in the loft. Only down side is could not see much or the window. Staff did not stand out as being overly helpful or friendly. Thus loss of star
Beautiful Ewardian hotel in the heart of London. Very good food and service from well-trained staff. Wonderful meeting rooms and function spaces - Palm Court is spectacular. Bedrooms are generally first-rate.
Had a lovely early dinner before going to the theatre next door. The hake was superb and the Lemon tart scrumptious! Our waitress Alice was delightful and knowledgeable recommending dishes from the menu and was very attentive. Both my friend and I enjoyed our dining experience and look forward to returning.
I stayed a week there and found the level of service to be generally good. My towel heater wasn't working and nobody fixed the situation until I called the front desk. Such a nice hotel. Great location, lovely view of the Thames and the London Eye if you get a river facing room. We had a bit of trouble in our room with the facilities and were quickly moved to another room. Staff is friendly and accommodating. So happy we booked here, will definitely return.
Beautiful hotel in a perfect location with fantastic views over the Thames. Staff were very helpful and friendly. There was a nice relaxing atmosphere throughout the hotel. Our room was a little noisy due to roadworks the original windows weren't the best at keeping the noise out. Buffet breakfast had a very good selection the bar area was nice. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.
Beautiful hotel with very good service. Fantastic location and wonderful views from our river facing room overlooking the Thames and London Eye. Only negative is the noise from the traffic was quite loud even though we were on floor 7! Woke us up a couple of times but the comfy bed and dark room meant that we found it easy yo go back to sleep quickly. We look forward to our next stay.

Stunning hotel with designs by Philippe Starck. Lovely bath products and amenities. I got a room with a little patio which was lovely. Location is close to the Tate Modern however not too accessible to the tube. The value is very good though and overall highly recommended.
Very nice hotel with good quality food in it's restaurants. Everyone was great and no problems with service. Had room with a view of the river which was great! Very easy to get to the Underground and easy access to waking areas. While I was there the showers were extremely loud. That's the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. Would stay there again.

100% customer service and satisfaction, at a cost. American Bar cocktails a MUST do. The Savoy Grill food very very tasty. The room was just stunning. Great two day stay here, will return.
This hotel is just excellent. This is a top spot in London. Friendly staff, outstanding premises, great atmosphere, extremely central, best restaurants around, best transport and surrounding. Whatever you can think of in a hotel, you will experience it at the Savoy Hotel. You can't go wrong if you book a room in this beautiful place.
Stunningly beautiful. All the history and charm has been preserved through excellent upkeep and renovations. Has everything you need; swimming pool, gym, tea room, restaurant and an amazing 1920s bar. Staff are attentive and friendly.
The Savoy in London is one of my favourite places to go. The hotel is gorgeous and elegant and the staff are outstanding. You are treated so nicely whether your staying for a weekend or just a couple of hours. Our favourite treat is a hot chocolate and a cupcake best I have ever tasted. We will be back.
