Could do with a little updating the spa facilities are good but could have done with a clean towards the afternoon. Overall its value for money for a spa hotel.

Spent two nights at the hotel. Had problems with our water. They change our rooms, upgraded us, and gave us free breakfast for two mornings. Nothing too much trouble. Friendly staff. Great breakfast, lots of choice. Only ten minute walk to old Street tube. Would recommend, and competitive price. Best to be in the main hotel check when booking.

Room OK for London. Dirty carpet but otherwise fairly clean. Incredibly hot throughout with no air con and windows screwed shut. Prepare to bake if temperature is over 10 degrees. Good breakfast- a buffet style where the food is actually hot. Staff friendly and helpful.

Room was dated but clean and a good size. Bathroom was good with a bath / shower and plenty of toiletries provided. Staff at reception were very helpful and courteous and there is plenty of choice to eat and drink on site or nearby.

Hotel is very dated and in need of a refresh. Stayed here especially for the running machines in the gym, but 3 of the 4 machines were out of order. At the restaurant, I was asked if I'd like my chicken breast well done, medium or rare!!!. On the positive side, hotel was quiet, comfortable and had lots of independent bars and restaurants near by. It was also easy walking distance to my work location...

Spacious rooms with complimentary mini bar. The rooms are rather tired and in need of refurbishment, especially the noisy air con. On the plus side, the rooms were very clean and breakfast was great. Staff very nice, especially Molly on reception. The one major blip was that we requested the mini bar was topped up after breakfast with cokes/water and this did not happen. My parents needed a place to stay while visiting and this was the perfect option. The check-in process was easy, the staff were very friendly and the rooms were great value. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a central London stay.

Lovely hotel, very reasonably priced. Close to the centre of London and on a bus route from the end of the road. Staff extremely helpful, could not do enough for us and looked after us well. And the bed was amazing, so comfy and soft. Lovely roomy bathroom and shower too. Bar on site and food available to order as well.

Great location, near to central line and bus routes and a stone's throw from Hyde Park, great restaurants nearby. Room was simple but clean and had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. Staff were extremely helpful. Would stay here again.

The hotel - Hampton by Hilton London, is very conveniently located 2 blocks from Waterloo Station. Also nearby a helpful convenience store and a restaurant that serves the best fish & chips in London. I really have no complaints! The towels could be softer? One of our rooms was beside the hall door which slammed fairly regularly early in the morning which was disruptive. Otherwise it was quiet, exceptionally clean, the staff was delightful, and we were very comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again.

Welcoming attitude at the front desk. It is a 3-5 minute walk from London Waterloo Station depending on your walk speed. All the staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good quality too. Overall I would recommend this hotel for anything from overnight to a long period

Loved our stay at this hotel! It's is just minutes away from the Train/underground station and a short walk to the London eye. The breakfast they offer was lovely. The on-site restaurant offered more American type cuisine but it was good food albeit a little pricey for somethings. Staff were friendly and helpful. Luck of straw with this one as there are quite a lot of 5 star reviews. Was placed in a disabled room for some reason although I'm a 5'11 with a muscular build. Was only here for a day so thought nothing of it, especially looking at the price considering I've been in worse rooms. Also not the first time I've been given a disabled room for the night. Absolutely loved this hotel located on Tower Hill near Aldgate Station. Fantastic rooms with spectacular views of East End London. The staff were professional and friendly. My only feedback is for a desk chair, not an Ottoman and a stand to place your suitcase and extra hanging space.. other than that, it was nearly perfect!

Cheap and cheerful wouldn't really do this place justice. It's clean, bright and modern, a bit cheesy decor wise but at least they're consistent with the theme. The food in the restaurant was beyond expectations and really good value as well. If you're staying in the area I'd highly recommend this place.

Lovely place to stay. Comfy bed and a good choice of breakfasts. Also a very good 3 course roast for the evening meal and the bar meals were good too. The Staff were delightful and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed in a different wing this time. There where some rooms being restored. The room we stayed in was very nice and new however it was extremely hot and only had a fan on the wall in the room which created noise at night and so disturbed our sleep. Great breakfast but again the breakfast room was like an oven. Too hot to relax.

Highly recommend- stayed for a week & it was like home away from home. The staff were friendly, accommodating and highly professional. I was in on one of the very warm nights when temp touched 30 and the a/C was not working. Manager arranged an alternative room but a/C was not brilliant there either. But overall experience is not bad for the friendly attitude of the staff. Can recommend.

Typical London price for your standard comfortable room. Not bad, not brilliant. Twin room was of a decent size for two people. Bathroom had a shower with dispensing gel, sink, mirror, and toilet. Towels provided. Niceties such as instant coffee and tea available to be made in the room. No issues with temperature. Bed was nice to sleep in, pillows were soft. Check in was done quickly by friendly and helpful staff. The check in desk is a bit awkward being on the 1st floor so you need to walk up a flight of stairs or use the elevator to get to it. The elevators are fitted with key card access for security but they do not work. So much for security. Rooms were clean and spacious. I will use again in the future.

Average Holiday inn express hotel with very friendly and helpful staff creating welcoming atmosphere. Very nice breakfast buffet offering english breakfast. The only disadvantage is the busy road creating noisiness and the dark tunnels on the route from the train station to the hotel. Walking late at night didn't make me feel very safe.

A very standard Holiday Inn, which I guess is what they aim to be. Staff were helpful and accommodated our requests. You do have to ask for an ironing board and iron as they are not in the room but they do have them. The breakfast consists of bacon, sausages, beans, eggs, toast, cereals, yogurt, coffee, juices, fruit and pastries. It certainly isn't bad but you are hard of choice if you are looking...

It was a welcoming visit. The staff were pleasant and everything was to mine and my company's satisfaction. Would definitely book there again for future sessions. The only discrepancy was no lunch was provided.

Good hotel but the beer on tap was never available. Breakfast was a bit bland and they use cheap ingredients like spongy sausages and tasteless scrambled eggs. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was the usual buffet and there were plenty of options to choose from. Hotel rooms were clean and modern, and accessible room we had was very good, even with light switches at lower level. Only a ten minute walk to the Oval cricket ground too.

Rooms are great, with plenty of space and are modern in look. Facilities are basic though. It's an express hotel so it's understandable. There is an eating area where they serve a basic menu and breakfast in the morning which is included for everyone. Make sure to join the membership programme even if you don't plan to use them regularly. You'll get a free drink or points.

Stayed 3 nights in April 2018. The hotel was clean and very nice. Staff were courteous. Despite being in the middle of a building site. Either side, they were building. But the builders never made a noise before 8.30am.

Room was small but nice enough. Lovely soft bed. Breakfast only costs £10.45 a head for the buffet, which is reasonable for London pricing. The only major draw back is that on site parking is severely limited, only around half a dozen places. You can however obtain parking at the holiday Inn around the corner but if you're travelling on a match day be prepared to pay through the nose for it.
