Where to stay in London

Booked 2 rooms in this hotel for my trip , 2 rooms suffer air conditioning issue, problem resolved after changed the room, but it required to negotiate with the front desk for long time. For another room, the air-conditioning issue cannot be resolved and what we can do is to open the window.

Didn't know why room cleaning not being done at daytime while we weren't out for traveling but knocking to ask for room cleaning in evening hours

The hotel situates at a very good location, a short distance Heathrow Airport.  Could have been better if new tv sets to be installed, with Netflix and Youtube available, as well as mirroring function of mobile phones onto it.

If you are travelling with big bags, this hotel is definitely not for you. The rooms are tiny and not worth the price point. Most of the British staff are super racist and not friendly at all. The location is great, and the rooms seem clean but that’s about it.

Stay for 5 nights, close to the station, many shops and restaurant - Starbucks is in the hotel to grab quick coffee in the morning.

The hotel itself is nice and clean, very well located. The problem is it is big so it is quite crowded especially during breakfast. Breakfast choices are quite limited. We have requested for extra towels, a shower cap but never received.

It's was quite crowded and had to queue for breakfast..room was quite dark but it's quite clean very business hotel you don't feel relax vibes.. because it's crowded but location is good near Waterloo station .

We had a good time at Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge, from reception to room layout and super convenient location, we did enjoy our stay for 3 nights. One bonus at this hotel that we found out the room has a microwave and mini fridge, which is super useful if traveling with kids. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay at famous landmark like Big Ben, London Eye or Waterloo Station etc.

A pleasant enough stay. Food was pretty good in the onsite pub and the room was comfortable. The parking here is extremely expensive. £44 for stays of 12-24 hours (basically an overnight stay).

Clean room, bins emptied every day. Good selection of hot drinks. Fridge in the room. Toiletries in the bathroom. Really impressed with the overall experience. We didn't book a breakfast, but we did have it one morning we fancied it and you just go and pay for it.

Great place great staff and a very friendly environment you feel right at home. I attend the carribean banqueting function that is held there regularly and always have a great night of good food and pleasant entertainment. I really recommend you try it out.

Super comfortable, the disabled bathroom was huge, everything we requested was put in the room prior to arrival. Blue Badge parking was free which was an amazing convenience for us. Booked a Superia twin room which was very adequate. Small fridge, shower over the bath, plenty of storage and places to put suitcases. Room refreshed everyday.

The hotel offers an excellent location with clean and well-maintained facilities and rooms. Overall, our stay was very pleasant. One minor observation is that housekeeping is not available in the evenings, so we had to go down to concierge and request shower gel from them as it was not stocked in our room.

A strong choice if staying at Covent Garden. It is walking distance to many eateries (though many overpriced, use Google Map reviews to find the reasonably priced options), many West End theatres, and also to the Westminster area (Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Parliament). We stayed 3 nights and very impressed about the hotel, the location is very close to bus/underground stations. The room is clean and tidy especially the bed and pillows are very soft that we slept so well

I had to leave the hotel a few days early due to a family problem and requested a refund. Unfortunately, even though I sent the hotel five emails, the hotel refused to even respond. This is disappointing and I request the hotel management to follow up. The answer is not important, but the fact that they are mishandling the customer is very, very bad.

Highly recommended. Within walking distance of the train station, places to eat and shopping areas. I was the only one in our travelling group of 4 who had issues with getting my room cleaned...I had to make several complaints at the front desk before it was resolved. I use this hotel as a meeting venue. It's convenient in London just next door to the Gloucester Road tube. The hotel itself is excellent value for money considering it's location. The meeting rooms I have used are perfectly fine for an internal meeting, they are abit tired As are the bedrooms but perfectly adequate. The staff are helpful but trying to find one sometimes can be a little tricky!

Yes the Hotel is elegant and is perfectly positioned in Kensington but what sets them apart is after arriving at 640AM a wretched night in a sleeper car from Edinburgh where the mattress was shedding fiberglass so that every inch of me itched and my AirBNB did not open until 3pm, these folks answered the phone at 5 AM while inbound on the train, confirmed a room would be available...

This hotel is amazing. Rom the room to the location. It's right next to Gloucester Road station and there are so many restaurants and and supermarkets around which makes it so easy to find whatever you need at whatever time. Staff are amazingly friendly and so helpful. The gym is big and so are the rooms. My stay here is always so wonderful.

good location in canary wharf. decent size room (standard double) with a bath tub. Wifi is just OK. it's got an old skool look and feel, which is a little out of place in the area, but i like it .

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel. The reception staff treat me nicely and the areas is safe and easy to walk around. The tube station is near by and being close to the water is nice. The decor is a little old and tired but it is clean and is fine for a night or so.

No aircon, very unhelpful staff, it’s annoying as it looks beautiful from outside and in the foyer, but then you realise why you get the location for cheap. Our room hit a temp of 34•C and they apparently had no spare fans. It’s handy for the price but not ideal for a great night sleep or if a warm room bothers you

We stayed in the no window room, as we were just sleeping in the hotel.its in a good location in Canary Warf. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the hallway was quiet. The WiFi wasn't that fast.

The hotel staff are friendly, room is spacious enough for 2 pax and our bags, toiletries and towels are provided. Conveniently located near Great Portland Road (3 min walk) and Warren Street Station (9 min walk). Felt safe to walk back alone as a female at night as well. Only thing to note is that there is no lift at Great Portland Street station so you'll need to carry the luggage up the stairs....

The most satisfying hotel I've ever stayed in London. The breakfast is very rich and delicious, and drinks and snacks are provided during the day. It is very close to the subway station and Regent's Park, which is very convenient for bird hunting!

There was someone talking in the next room at 5am, and it didn't stop for half an hour, so I walked directly to the front desk to complain. The front desk was in front of me and called the next room to ask them to lower the sound.

This hotel is where I stay often. The key is that it is close to Euston Station and it is also convenient to buy things nearby! There are also desserts for check-in. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

The location is in a high-end community. It's a 3-minute walk to Hyde Park. The hotel is elegant and the rooms are large. The Chinese guy at the front desk is very nice! All the staff will take the initiative to greet guests and ask if everything is okay. Very considerate!

Rooms need to be updated but other than that, it’s great. Bed was comfortable and the towels were good to! Breakfast was good, staff was very friendly. The last morning they had the GM in the breakfast room helping out. Very nice and friendly lady.

Got to hotel around 12:30 didn’t expect the room to be ready but dropped bag and was told by hotel that they would text as soon as room was ready as it was our wedding anniversary and we needed to get changed. We received no text and did not get into our room until 8pm
