Booked 2 rooms in this hotel for my trip , 2 rooms suffer air conditioning issue, problem resolved after changed the room, but it required to negotiate with the front desk for long time. For another room, the air-conditioning issue cannot be resolved and what we can do is to open the window.
Didn't know why room cleaning not being done at daytime while we weren't out for traveling but knocking to ask for room cleaning in evening hours
The hotel situates at a very good location, a short distance Heathrow Airport.  Could have been better if new tv sets to be installed, with Netflix and Youtube available, as well as mirroring function of mobile phones onto it.
If you are travelling with big bags, this hotel is definitely not for you. The rooms are tiny and not worth the price point. Most of the British staff are super racist and not friendly at all. The location is great, and the rooms seem clean but that’s about it.
Stay for 5 nights, close to the station, many shops and restaurant - Starbucks is in the hotel to grab quick coffee in the morning.
Amazing hotel - amazing location - amazing pricing. Highly recommended. Kensington High street is a good place to stay for personal trip in London

Fantastic location, breakfast was really good so much selection, staff so helpful love the pool and spa
The hotel itself is nice and clean, very well located. The problem is it is big so it is quite crowded especially during breakfast. Breakfast choices are quite limited. We have requested for extra towels, a shower cap but never received.
The location is the only reason why you would book this hotel. The guy at the front desk asked for my ID looked at it and confirmed the name on it and still somehow managed to assign me to a room that other people were already in. Open going down to correc this issue, no apology was given and he was very rude insisting that I made the mistake, even though he asked and looked at my ID to confirm my...
It's was quite crowded and had to queue for breakfast..room was quite dark but it's quite clean very business hotel you don't feel relax vibes.. because it's crowded but location is good near Waterloo station .
Location is excellent. Room is big enough. Highly recommended
We had a good time at Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge, from reception to room layout and super convenient location, we did enjoy our stay for 3 nights. One bonus at this hotel that we found out the room has a microwave and mini fridge, which is super useful if traveling with kids. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay at famous landmark like Big Ben, London Eye or Waterloo Station etc.

A pleasant enough stay. Food was pretty good in the onsite pub and the room was comfortable. The parking here is extremely expensive. £44 for stays of 12-24 hours (basically an overnight stay).
Clean room, bins emptied every day. Good selection of hot drinks. Fridge in the room. Toiletries in the bathroom. Really impressed with the overall experience. We didn't book a breakfast, but we did have it one morning we fancied it and you just go and pay for it.
Let me check in early at 8am, super friendly and professional service at the front desk and a really great price. The rooms are on the smaller side and a bit dated but clean, comfortable and quiet which is really the most important thing. Stayed at a much more expensive older hotel during the same trip but didn't stop hearing the floor boards squeaking above - no such thing here. Best of all, a really...
Great place great staff and a very friendly environment you feel right at home. I attend the carribean banqueting function that is held there regularly and always have a great night of good food and pleasant entertainment. I really recommend you try it out.
Super comfortable, the disabled bathroom was huge, everything we requested was put in the room prior to arrival. Blue Badge parking was free which was an amazing convenience for us. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and happy to go above and beyond for us. The best customer service we have ever received at any hotel. It was a nice stay. We just hoped that cleanliness and room service were better.
Excellent location with understanding duty managers Kris and Liliana
This is a beautiful and large hotel. We stayed here as 4 adults visiting London. It's nicely situated between two train stations, Edgeware and Paddington. Making it easy to get most places quickly. It's also a beautiful walk to lots of attractions. The breakfast is varied and good, we are vegans so we are very picky about breakfast and there was more than enough options to keep us happy. The breakfast...
Location and room was very nice for its price. It is a bit on the not popular area but its really close to marylebone and paddington. The rooms were huge so that was really comfortable
Disappointing. No housekeeping was done over the 4 days I was there. There was amenities in the toilet and all the shampoo and body gel bottles were empty
Really bad experience. We all developed skin rash sleeping on the beds check in took forever. Staff were very rude at reception. All night we heard banging sounds. Very unpleasant stay. We booked 2 rooms and paid a lot of money.

Lady Fahzay at reception was so helpful n friendly. Night shift reception is also resourceful. If u wish to leave luggage after checkout it’s £2.50 each piece, that’s unheard of
Booked a Superia twin room which was very adequate. Small fridge, shower over the bath, plenty of storage and places to put suitcases. Room refreshed everyday.
The hotel is ideally located just a 5-minute walk from the underground station. However, I was disappointed to find that luggage storage incurs a fee of £2.5 per item, which was not mentioned when I booked. This lack of transparency affected my decision to stay here. Additionally, the air conditioning vent is blocked by the curtains, making the room warm, and the soundproofing is poor, with disruptive...
The room is spacious and well air-conditioned, though a bit worn, particularly the toilet. However, the service from the front desk is excellent; the staff is very nice and helpful.

Room was hot and stuffy, hotter than outside at times. The ventilation system didn’t work and they knew it, as there were 3 fans in the room when we arrived. The fan for the ‘A/C’ didn’t work. When I notified the staff they put a ‘cooler’ in the room that did absolutely nothing. The hotel had renovation going on which was only noticeable from the outside but was not disclosed when booking. I have stayed...
The hotel offers an excellent location with clean and well-maintained facilities and rooms. Overall, our stay was very pleasant. One minor observation is that housekeeping is not available in the evenings, so we had to go down to concierge and request shower gel from them as it was not stocked in our room.
Great location. Easy to park the car. Room view excellent I will stay there again no problem
The hotel is perfectly located and easy to reach. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes located nearby. The best view from the window is guaranteed no matter where your room is located: river or marina side.
Best location I’ve ever stayed at in London.  We asked and paid for a tower view which was amazing. The hotel is on the district and circle line and easy to get where you want or take a comfortable stroll along the Thames.  Our room was spotless and had everything we needed.  The only reason I’ve given fewer points on service is because we didn’t need it.  Everything was so easy from the self check...

I first went to the strand Palace in1970 when I was six and have been many times since even though we live in Cheltenham. Central location to all you need this hotel has never disappointed me and now older my wife. 🇬🇧🥂
The location was good. The room was not spacious. I left my adapter in the room but never get it back. The breakfast was good too.
Location is perfect to Theatre Royal Drury Lane. A warm welcome from reception when checking in. Water re fill stations. Our room was spacious. Highly recommend Would return
A strong choice if staying at Covent Garden. It is walking distance to many eateries (though many overpriced, use Google Map reviews to find the reasonably priced options), many West End theatres, and also to the Westminster area (Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Parliament). I did not have breakfast, nor did I dine at their restaurants or bars so I cannot comment. I did not use their facilities as well...

Great location, had everything we needed for a weekend away.
Great location as usual. Is just 10 min walk from the new Elizabeth line which go directly to Heathrow Airport. Reception is great. Just that there is a small steps from main entrance to the reception where you need to pick up your own luggage. Other than that, there is lift access to your own floor. Room is slightly small with some mild mold odour. However, bed and pillow is good. I would come back...
The room was comfortable, though the bathroom was a bit small, but functional. Housekeeping was consistent—beds were made, and supplies restocked whenever we used the "Please Clean The Room" sign. Breakfast costs £15 per person, with a standard selection served early (from 6:30 am), convenient if you're in a rush. Noise insulation could be better; sirens from the main street were noticeable at night
Nice location, hotel staffs are accommodating and friendly
Small hotel with very basic amenities but in a very convenient location walking distance from Tottenham court road station. No issues with big luggage as there is lift access. Direct train from Heathrow Airport. Will definitely come back again. Sainsbury supermarket just across the road. We stayed 3 nights and very impressed about the hotel, the location is very close to bus/underground stations. The room is clean and tidy especially the bed and pillows are very soft that we slept so well
I had to leave the hotel a few days early due to a family problem and requested a refund. Unfortunately, even though I sent the hotel five emails, the hotel refused to even respond. This is disappointing and I request the hotel management to follow up. The answer is not important, but the fact that they are mishandling the customer is very, very bad.
Pretty basic - not hugely impressive, but has what you need. Location is good
Room is comparably spacious . Very Good Service. Thank you Sunanda for arranging the doctor immediately . She is very helpful ☺️, and thank you Rebecca explaining the express check out service . She is very helpful too ☺️. Only the water pressure for the shower is not good enough . Others were all fine .
It was a good stay .some rules were confusing as 200 pound was asked before check in as a security deposit if any damage has be done during or stay .the amount was debited and it was credited but it was not reflecting in our bank account once we land back in our home country.so I didn't know how it works and one more thing we were given a room but when we checked the bed was broken from beneath...
Highly recommended. Within walking distance of the train station, places to eat and shopping areas. I was the only one in our travelling group of 4 who had issues with getting my room cleaned...I had to make several complaints at the front desk before it was resolved. Aside that, I had an awesome, convenient stay. Shout out to ******* at the front desk!

I use this hotel as a meeting venue. It's convenient in London just next door to the Gloucester Road tube. The hotel itself is excellent value for money considering it's location. The meeting rooms I have used are perfectly fine for an internal meeting, they are abit tired As are the bedrooms but perfectly adequate. The staff are helpful but trying to find one sometimes can be a little tricky!
For a large hotel with a diversity of customers, the Millennium Gloucester delivered a consistency with staff friendliness and helpfulness including the restaurant hostess and wait personnel, reception, concierge and maintenance staff. We stayed for a week, and our room was exceptionally quiet and functional. The housekeeping supervisor came to our room to inquire about our satisfaction. The features...
These guys are the best. Yes the Hotel is elegant and is perfectly positioned in Kensington but what sets them apart is after arriving at 640AM a wretched night in a sleeper car from Edinburgh where the mattress was shedding fiberglass so that every inch of me itched and my AirBNB did not open until 3pm, these folks answered the phone at 5 AM while inbound on the train, confirmed a room would be available...
This hotel is amazing. Rom the room to the location. It's right next to Gloucester Road station and there are so many restaurants and and supermarkets around which makes it so easy to find whatever you need at whatever time. Staff are amazingly friendly and so helpful. The gym is big and so are the rooms. My stay here is always so wonderful.

What seems will be my last stay here now for a while doe to the hotel closing. I was given a lovely room and complimentary breakfast doe to a TV issue on my last stay. Staff as always were helpful and friendly. Shame it’s now closed as great location and value
The room was slightly more modern than my previous visit which was good. Basic but good price and location
good location in canary wharf. decent size room (standard double) with a bath tub. Wifi is just OK. it's got an old skool look and feel, which is a little out of place in the area, but i like it .
This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel. The reception staff treat me nicely and the areas is safe and easy to walk around. The tube station is near by and being close to the water is nice. The decor is a little old and tired but it is clean and is fine for a night or so.
No aircon, very unhelpful staff, it’s annoying as it looks beautiful from outside and in the foyer, but then you realise why you get the location for cheap. Our room hit a temp of 34•C and they apparently had no spare fans. It’s handy for the price but not ideal for a great night sleep or if a warm room bothers you
We stayed in the no window room, as we were just sleeping in the hotel.its in a good location in Canary Warf. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the hallway was quiet. The WiFi wasn't that fast.

The hotel staff are friendly, room is spacious enough for 2 pax and our bags, toiletries and towels are provided. Conveniently located near Great Portland Road (3 min walk) and Warren Street Station (9 min walk). Felt safe to walk back alone as a female at night as well. Only thing to note is that there is no lift at Great Portland Street station so you'll need to carry the luggage up the stairs....
The most satisfying hotel I've ever stayed in London. The breakfast is very rich and delicious, and drinks and snacks are provided during the day. It is very close to the subway station and Regent's Park, which is very convenient for bird hunting!
Nice hotel, friendly staff, worth recommending to everyone
There was someone talking in the next room at 5am, and it didn't stop for half an hour, so I walked directly to the front desk to complain. The front desk was in front of me and called the next room to ask them to lower the sound.
This hotel is where I stay often. The key is that it is close to Euston Station and it is also convenient to buy things nearby! There are also desserts for check-in. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
I have stayed in this hotel many times. I recommend it to my friends. The premium breakfast and afternoon tea are very cost-effective. I highly recommend it. Convenient transportation, within 10 minutes walk to the train station

I had booked an executive twin room but, on arrival, was advised that we were being upgraded to a suite. We booked an "Executive Double Room with River View" with a double bed. Initially, the hotel reception made a mistake and assigned us a room with two single beds.
