Holiday Inn London Kensington High St., an IHG Hotel
London, Wrights Lane 🧭 Map
Good hotel. Room was very small but sufficient for a single traveler. Good service and convenient location near tube for circle and district lines. Concierge service was great and even lent me an umbrella for free. I would definitely go back.
The staff is wonderful! From the doorman to the front desk, everyone was very kind and helpful! Check in was easy and we were so thankful to leave our bags at the hotel before our room was ready. The room was very clean and the location was amazing! Beautiful 5 minute walk every morning to the tube. Would definitely stay again.
Conveniently sited and well appointed. The hotel entrance gives a sense of size and space which is both relaxing and also in contrast with its small and compact guest rooms. Staff are helpful and pleasant. Not overly expensive. Great for the weekend trip. Less so for the long stay guest
it's a top hotel!
Rooms are quite small, but clean and comfortable. The shower hose had a slight hole in it but it was still usable. There was a huge choice at breakfast to set you up for the day. Didn't really make use of the pool or the spa, it would have been nice if this was included in the price. All in all, a lovely staff. The door men were very helpful offering to help us with our bags etc.

The Tower Hotel, London
London, St Katherines' Way 🧭 Map
Stayed here just the once on memorial weekend in 2017. The hotel facilities are amazing and well worth the prices in my own opinion. The rooms aren’t cheap, but the location is fantastic! You are right outside the Tower of London and there’s a tube station round the corner. Staff are very friendly and helpful, there was a big group of us staying and all checking in at the same time so it could have...
A pretty crowded hotel - I had to wait for approximately 20 minutes at the check-in queue! The views are stunning - and even though I didn’t manage to get a room facing Tower Bridge, I was still impressed with the panorama. The room was quite large and the bed extremely comfortable. I only had a small issue, due to which I give this place 4 stars - long story short, I travelled for “business” purposes...
I attended a wedding here. Beautiful place with great views from the room windows. The function rooms and halls are also very well placed. Coatroom staff were a bit off in their own world and took about 20 minutes to carry out a simple task, but everything else made up for it. The layout is a little confusing at times, but the decor makes up for that.
Stunning view of Tower Bridge. Room was average, bed firm but comfortable. Hotel staff are polite. However... breakfast is a stressful challenging experience with queues for tables and food starting early. Xi bar - Often bar staff add their own tips to your bill without asking. Same experience in the coffee bar on the ground floor.
Just got back from a fabulous weekend with my sister! Hotel is in a wonderful position we had a Thames and Tower Bridge view - amazing at night!! Big thanks to Paulo who checked us in and to Fabio who sorted our WiFi (several times!) The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Would certainly recommend this hotel.

Love this hotel normally. Spent several nights there recently in a room without air conditioning during a "heat wave". AC was out in most of the hotel the whole week. A hotel with this much traffic needs to make comfort priority one. That said, I will stay there in the future. It is convenient if you need to move about the city or the country. I'll just make sure I ask about the AC before booking.
Great experience I have to say. From the moment we entered untill we have to leave now. All staff more than courteous and went the extra mile to answer any questions. Breakfast was a highlight and rooms were amazing and spacious and silent at night. Restaurant is expensive but food is excellent quality. Hope to come back again soon !!!
I was surprised how welcoming this place was, with a grand entrance and so close to Paddington the service was hard to beat. Quiet, and relatively spacious rooms. So easy to get to the platforms and the executive lounge was well stocked and has great food options.
A just average experience at a high priced Hilton. Desk staff not very responsive. Housekeeping manager very nice and helpful. They didn't fulfill my special orders until I complained. They can do better. I'm a diamond member. Diamond lounge is good, but food offered us pretty bad. Drink selections limited, but name brands.

The customer service experience, notably David the Reception Manager
Location is pretty good, very close to Buckingham palace. The rooms are what you would expect in a European hotel. I do think they are nicer than most I've stayed in. Our room was small but that's expected. Our AC worked great and the breakfast was probably the best I'd ever had in a European hotel.
This hotel is beautifully elegant. I was upgraded to a lovely suite. Furnishings are stunning, bathroom and amenities superb, in room amazing coffee and tea selection, gorgeous lobby, great restaurants and bar. Beautiful hotel with impeccable and speedy service at all hours. It is an elegant jewel in the Marriott hotels stable of upmarket hotels.
Lovely hotel, conveniently located next to Victoria Station. We had a suite, which was spacious and very comfortable. Staff was attentive and gracious. Generous complimentary breakfasts and happy hours. No real complaints. I would definitely stay there again.
I stayed here on two separate trips for roughly 1 week a piece. The hotel is extremely charming to a London first-timer, and is located at the all too convenient Victoria Underground station(it's literally built into the hotel). The restaurants, gym and rooms were all wonderful. I did have an issue with my room being too noisy (the bed was next to the door), and Ashu, a concierge member worked diligently...
Very nice place to stay, fantastic position, nice room and the staff is very kindly.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The room was very comfortable, exactly what you need after a very busy day sightseeing and shopping. The staff were amazing. The extra cost of the executive suite with access to the Amba Lounge was well worth it. I’m already plotting an excuse to come and stay here again.
What an amazing hotel with luxury and wonderful staff. I have used this hotel for years and I keep coming back because of the people that work here. They are welcoming and pleasant and try their hardest to make sure you have a memorable stay
As for my experience of this hotel the location is excellent and the rooms I have stayed in are good but the service is not good for cleaning the rooms
Short walk from Marble Arch tube and bus routes. Concierge service. Have not stayed overnight so unable to comment on accommodation, however conference room facilities are very good as is the catering which is served in a spacious restaurant with comfortable seating. Nicely decorated and presented. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Great location, helpful staff nothing to say about the hotel but needs improvement in breakfast

Comfortable and pleasant. Staff helpful. Everything you need. Good value. Cooking, fridge, washer/drier. Good air conditioning. Have no idea what the others are complaining about. Well serviced.

Beautiful hotel, modern fun decor, super clean, and the colleagues were really accommodating and let us check in early. It's also a perfect location to be close to King's cross/St pancras station for easy access the underground.
Location and service of staff Room being available at 9am was also a life saver after 16 hours of travelling.
This is my favourite hotel in Central London. It's good for the Underground (Euston or Kings Cross). The Pullman describes itself as "upscale" which to me means good quality facilities, but of course the price goes with it. Specifically I find you get a very comfortable bedroom and bathroom. The restaurant food is very good and the service is excellent throughout.
I was here for a conference. It is very convenient for Kings Cross St Pancras rail and tube stations. The conference theatre room we were in was fantastic - really big, with great acoustics, very well set up and well run (I guess by event staff and hotel staff). The ante room was also nice and big, with good space for exhibitors and multiple areas for refreshments. Also good acoustics here - even when...
I organized a group bloc at the hotel as we had an event at the Shaw Theatre. Pullman is a very chic, upscale hotel. Clean, nice facilities. Breakfast was great and the bar vibe at night was cool. The guest services manager took the time to write a personal note and had treats delivered to the room, which was a really nice touch. Something you would think more hotels would do when you bring them...
Of the minuses - no bath in the bathroom. Accordingly, it is impossible to rise in the morning, turn on MTV and watch it from the bathroom. MTV no way, too. Have a shower, but there is no door, drops often fly out. Room cold, though, put the temperature from the maximum and this is in September when the need for a +20. Night be sure to wear pajamas, a blanket doesn't help. Bed nobody spreads out before...

Lovely hotel.Clean and modern.Good location near to public transport and Westfield shopping centre. One problem it is next to railway and tube lines and if your room is trackside the trains start at around 5.30am an will probably wake you up.Take some earplugs as a precaution.Mentioned it to staff and they asked us if we wanted to move to road side.We declined as was only there for 2 nights. But fair...
Well located in an area close to a huge shopping center and the Olympic Park! Super chic and affordable hotel. Really clean room, top comfort. The metro can be heard depending on the location of the room.. not really disturbing either. Decent breakfast with everything, we appreciated the lady at the reception who tried to speak French! Thank you! 😁
Good Marriott hotel, friendly staff, good bar. Clean rooms. Perfect location and good price

Booked on the basis of location. Room was great, stylish, comfortable and super clean. Staff were friendly and was very happy when we arrived in time for happy hour oysters!! Not crazy expensive but much nicer than the usual chain hotels so worth it.
Located near the Thames, in zone 1 underground, but not well connected by main transport links. If you’re driving, pita as there is no drop off zone. I recommend 3W pouch.order.copies which has a bit of space to stand your car for a minute while your travel mates unload your luggage and wheel it around the corner into the hotel. You can walk to Borough market in 16 minutes. Seabird rooftop bar and...
I found this amazing location from Amex hotel collection. Hands down - best location and great team of people. I highly recommend this place to stay if you're visiting London. They nailed in every segment starting from easy check in process to fantastic room view to fabulous room service and tasty breakfast. Last but not least, the people who are working at this location - humblest team I have come...
Rooms are lovely, a little tight with the table and chairs. Great selection of teas and coffee in the room. Unfortunately our air con wasn't working and could get the room less than 23 degrees. The hotel is a great location and perfect walking distance to lots of areas.
A huge thank you to the Hoxton and team. We stayed for one night while my partner, dog and I were moving house. We had a snug room, ordered room service and relaxed! After an incredibly stressful few weeks it was lovely to relax in the room. The room was beautiful, the facilities are excellent and genuinely it was the best room service food we’ve ever had… and my husband and I have stayed in a lot...
Listen, the true customer service really kicks in when something goes wrong. Upon arriving we noticed our room had not been cleaned. The wonderful Owen steps straight in and not only got us a new room and moved our luggage. But also arranged for free drinks and free breakfast. Massive thank you to Owen for making our stay wonderful. Also, just as a side note the rooftop bar is amazing 👏

A fabulous hotel with a great ombience.Lovely staff and a delightful breakfast. The rooms are spacious and very tasteful in the decor
Very comfortable and nice rooms. I particularly liked the shower system. Very nice and tasty breakfast as well.
Nice central in high road location, close to many amenities
Modern, clean hotel with a convenient location. The rooms are large by European standards. Large bedroom with plenty of storage space. Big screen television. Nice size refrigerator. Plenty of outlets for your electronics. Even some with 115v capability. Bathroom is large and includes oversized towels. Staff was very accommodating. Spent 11 nights and would book again in the future.
Breakfast is excellent. Omelet. Sausage. Bacon. Fried beans. Hash brown. Orange juice. Yummy. Close to 3 underground stations. Have a market close by for fruit & veggies. A pub and restaurant. And if you walk to the right of the hotel.. There's a Starbucks, Tesco express, and other shops.. Great place to walk outside for exercise.. Staff helpful.
This is definitely the best hotel I have experienced yet. Their service was very pleasant. They are very helpful with everything we needed. This is definitely a hotel that I would like to visit when I come to London again. If the staff is reading this, Thank you for everything again, and thank you for this experience of what a hotel should be like! T. Yilmaz

Inexpensive (for London), clean rooms, comfy beds (that incline/recline). LED lighting and room that have a pull out desk and chair. Rainwater shower and handheld. 'compact' but adequate for a few day stay. Was a solo traveller
We had a fantastic stay here and next time we go down we will definitely be staying here. The hotel is spotless, the breakfast buffet was delicious (the pastries are especially worth trying), the bed is very comfortable and the fact that you can raise it or lower it adds to the comfort. The only criticism I have is that there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room and they charge £2 for a...

London, 19 New Bridge Street 🧭 Map
Firstly, the hotel is located right in Central London. The nearest Underground station is Black Friars. The hotel rooms are very spacious and the ambience is very good. Didn't get to try the breakfast but I hear it is very good. This meets the IHG standards for a Crowne Plaza. Very happy with the stay.
Location by the river is great, but there are things to be desired. There is only one available power plug, they only give you three hangers, and not a single wash cloth. They do have a really good breakfast.
Excellent location near Black Friars station and London red buses just near the entrance. I liked the running tracks map near the entrance to lifts on Ground Floor. The employees at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is awesome with a lot of nice yummy selection.
Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is pretty decent with some good pubs close by (Blackfriars just across the road, both the pub and train station). Breakfast buffet downstairs was simple enough. Also be aware that the mini fridges have a scanner, so if you take stuff out to put your own food and drinks in, they will automatically be charged. We just mentioned to the front desk, and they...

Absolutely fantastic service. Giuseppe was such a gentleman and gave us such wonderful service. They prepared blankets for us and truly cared about our evening. Big thanks to Oliver on his first day which was great too!! Loved every moment, great food and wonderful atmosphere/location. I'll definitely be back.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms are nice and clean, good value for money. The hotel itself has a really good atmosphere and is in a quiet location close to everything London has to offer. The photos show a superior room, I think.
Wonderful hotel in London, everything is close, good breakfast.
The staff was very friendly and the location is amazing. You do still have to walk a lot but 10 minutes is the longest you would have to take in any situation. Only negative is that there seemed to be construction and the rooms just didn't have a home like vibe. There was no view. It is much smaller than the average rooms I'm accustomed to in the states. If you are adventurous and are there to...
The Apex Temple Court Hotel is in a great location. The hotel itself sits in the middle of a court yard, which prevents the annoyance of street noise. The room was spotless. The bathtub and shower were huge for European standards. The staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. Its less than a 10 minute walk from the tube (Temple station). I got a deal and was very happy with the location and almost everything about the hotel... but the room was very small. I almost knocked off a star for the schizophrenic shower I had, but in fairness I didn't complain and the staff are lovely! There was a lot that was better than I expected. I'd certainly look to stay here again, but if I had paid full price I would have been a bit disappointed with...
Good location. Had a few issues with being near the generator at the back room 208 and 328. However thanks to Thomas the duty manager he was so good and moved us a few times. If it wasn’t for him we would of been unhappy. Thank you Thomas . Great location good food but most of all Thomas the manager .
Fantastic hotel with bags of character, outstanding location for exploring London on foot or via public transport, impeccable service from friendly and professional staff. Found it easy to get a good online deal which was better than other hotels in the neighborhood and was given a complimentary upgrade on arrival. Slept really well with Egyptian cotton bedding.
Had a one night stay. Staff were superb, helpful and friendly - couldn't fault. Location is great, few minutes from Gloucester Road tube. Room was a bit small but comfortable. Slightly tired decor but clean and well maintained. Layout of the hotel is a total maze, but at least we'll signed so didn't get too lost.
Very nice and fancy. They have some really nice deals. Breakfast is a bit overpriced but still tasty. A meager selection of movies on demand, and the HDMI port on the TV is disabled, so you can't use your own devices. Also there's no microwave in the deluxe room. Overall really nice hotel. Great location.
Nice big open space. Doesn't feel rushed or crampt at all. Which is a nice change in London... The food was lovely and presented well. The choices were good. A good selection of drinks. Cocktails wines and beers. Nice big windows to sit in, too.

Stayed at the Hotel Mercure for one night to attend a work event nearby. The hotel was clean and the open plan lobby was nice. Slightly confusing as to where the check desk was as it is just a table in the middle of the lobby. The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and well kept. Breakfast was good and catered for everyone. Overall a good hotel in London for business.
Free upgrade to junior suite when I arrived. Gorgeous room on the top floor. Beautiful purple lights outside that lit up the room. Loved the decor and the dual shower head, one that was a overhead rain one. Also loved that it had two toilets. I would definitely stay here again.
Great staff, clean rooms, lots of space, the bed is big. Shower very good! Metro station around 7min walking and bus lines at the door of the hotel. The only downside is the lift, only one for the whole hotel and for no more than 4 persons. I fully recommend this hotel.

First things first, this hotel is located in an amazing location. It's near multiple types of public transportation. Service was good, they were gracious enough to give extra hours on check out time. However, housekeeping wasn't always the best...
We stayed here two nights. The hotel was fine. Below were some issues we ran into: Friday night. The elevators were very busy at times. We were on level 21. As we were going down to the lobby, it stopped at other floors but other people couldn’t get in because it was too full. It didn’t happen all the time. The pool is in level -1. Booked this hotel on the look initially and once I looked at room detail, it was a no brained. Once we arrived, we parked our car in the previously booked parking area. A beautiful modern boutique hotel. Our room was lovely. The only criticism of it was the poor supplies of milk. Minor, but for the price of the room I think a few more of those tiny pots of milk would not have broke the bank.
