Could have been better if new tv sets to be installed, with Netflix and Youtube available, as well as mirroring function of mobile phones onto it
Stay for 5 nights, close to the station, many shops and restaurant - Starbucks is in the hotel to grab quick coffee in the morning.
The hotel situates at a very good location, a short distance Heathrow Airport
Amazing hotel - amazing location - amazing pricing. Highly recommended. Kensington High street is a good place to stay for personal trip in London
If you are travelling with big bags, this hotel is definitely not for you. The rooms are tiny and not worth the price point. Most of the British staff are super racist and not friendly at all
Didn't know why room cleaning not being done at daytime while we weren't out for traveling but knocking to ask for room cleaning in evening hours

Fantastic location, breakfast was really good so much selection, staff so helpful love the pool and spa
We have requested for extra towels, a shower cap but never received
Best hotel in London, real value for money. The room size was very good and location perfect , near to Westminister and other attractions like London Eye, London Bridge, Tower of London
We had a good time at Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge, from reception to room layout and super convenient location, we did enjoy our stay for 3 nights
One bonus at this hotel that we found out the room has a microwave and mini fridge, which is super useful if traveling with kids
Highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay at famous landmark like Big Ben, London Eye or Waterloo Station etc

This is a beautiful and large hotel. We stayed here as 4 adults visiting London. It's nicely situated between two train stations, Edgeware and Paddington. Making it easy to get most places quickly
It's also a beautiful walk to lots of attractions. The breakfast is varied and good, we are vegans so we are very picky about breakfast and there was more than enough options to keep us happy
The breakfast staff is incredibly nice and helpful. There is a lot going on all the time, there is a lovely bar and there are no annoying keypasses on the elevators
Despite its size and how busy it is, the rooms are quiet and our view was nice. I would totally recommend this hotel!
Excellent location with understanding duty managers Kris and Liliana
Location and room was very nice for its price. It is a bit on the not popular area but its really close to marylebone and paddington. The rooms were huge so that was really comfortable

Is just 10 min walk from the new Elizabeth line which go directly to Heathrow Airport. Just that there is a small steps from main entrance to the reception where you need to pick up your own luggage
Breakfast costs £15 per person, with a standard selection served early (from 6:30 am), convenient if you're in a rush. Noise insulation could be better; sirens from the main street were noticeable at night
Other than that, there is lift access to your own floor. Room is slightly small with some mild mold odour. However, bed and pillow is good. I would come back again but maybe ask for another room next time
The room was comfortable, though the bathroom was a bit small, but functional. Housekeeping was consistent—beds were made, and supplies restocked whenever we used the "Please Clean The Room" sign
Superb location at Tottenham court near Oxford street and Covent Garden where all the shopping and dinning places. Direct train from Heathrow airport. Cozy and clean room for solo traveller
The hotel is in a perfect location for a West End break although it is very noisy at night. Staff are friendly and efficient. The bed was very comfortable but overall the room was ‘tired’

We booked an "Executive Double Room with River View" with a double bed. Initially, the hotel reception made a mistake and assigned us a room with two single beds. Later, the hotel assigned us another room with river view
We could see Westminster Abbey, Big Ben and London Eye, and there was a big sky, which was pleasing to the eyes. In addition, there was a bus stop near the hotel, which was very convenient
The view and location is great! The only thing that it could be better is the food. I ordered room service breakfast but the food seems to be too cold when it reaches to our room.
The hotel is very well situated opposite bus station. Superb easy access and reception was very helpful. Super fast check in
This hotel trip of two nights was for my girlfriends birthday celebration, so i did inform them about decorating
Good location and the hotel staff were really good. Some nice restaurants close by. Enjoyed the stay very much

The service is very good, the staff is friendly, the hotel is very beautiful and clean, and the location is also very good. It is close to Oxford Street, Bond Street and Regent Street, and it is convenient for shopping.
Had a lovely time (we had already eaten a lot of it before the pics was taken. ) You can also ask for me scones , hot drinks, and sandwiches if you want them
The location is in a high-end community. It's a 3-minute walk to Hyde Park. The hotel is elegant and the rooms are large
London hotels are old, broken and small, and the cost performance is almost negligible. However, when titanium gold is everywhere in China, I unexpectedly succeeded in upgrading to a suite in London, which touched me
The hotel has a beautiful and clean environment. The room facilities are clean and comfortable. We stayed for two consecutive nights. It is close to Hyde Park and Buckingham Palace. It is very convenient for travel
The location is excellent, the environment is good, and the hotel has its own restaurants. It is within 30 minutes walking distance from major shopping malls

Located very near Lambert North station, within walking distance from Waterloo station. Features a spacious bathroom and large window with scenic views, and a swimming pool is an added bonus.
Had a great little upgrade on the day from the hotel staff when we checked in. The view from our room was great. Can see the london eye and all the trains leaving from waterloo. The sauna and pool was great too.
This hotel was great. Good location. Nice pool, sauna and steam room. Receptionist was very nice.
A really quality hotel experience all around. The room prices were competitive and for what I got I was really pleased. The location of the hotel is a 10min walk to Big Ben, the Eye and Westminster Abbey
The hotel is amazing, and the trainees at the reception were very helpful. The concierge provided useful information about parking our motorbike nearby at a good price. Thank you!
We easily walked passed Buckingham and a few other locations within 30min. The accommodations were great. The room is updated and modern. No view from the lower floors

Got to hotel around 12:30 didn’t expect the room to be ready but dropped bag and was told by hotel that they would text as soon as room was ready as it was our wedding anniversary and we needed to get changed
Hilton Park Lane London: I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Park Lane in London, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish
Overall good experience and location is very good. Service could be a bit more tentative.
Fantastic hotel, good location. Booked a river view room and has been upgraded to a signature suite, The room is amazing with a wonderful view. Would re-visit if I come to London again.
Situated right on Park Lane, it offers easy access to some of London's most iconic attractions. Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, and Oxford Street are all within walking distance, making it an ideal choice for tourists

We booked this hotel mainly for using the spa facilities, but I’ve been kicked out from the pool area in the first day we arrived, they close the pool due to someone making 💩 in the pool. The staff was not helpful at all
We tried to get an entry for a different day to use the pool but they didn't want to give us another entry
Seamless stay, very polite staff and great breakfast with fresh juices and a'la carte selection. Walking distance to metro station and Cable Car if yoy're heading to Excel.
We went to see Tate McRae at the O2 and with the link from the hotel to the O2 we were there in minutes. Amazing Hotel, Amazing breakfast and an amazing location.
I booked this hotel on behalf of my brother for his wedding night. They loved the room but wasn’t a great view. Cleanliness was good and service was great.
Amazing facilities and great location for concert! Very clean and provided everything you need along with an amazing view from the room. Highly recommend!

Melissa’s attention to detail stood out as she remembered my preferences, which made me feel truly valued and at home. Their enthusiasm extended to my departure, ensuring that my check-out process was just as smooth
The location is excellent, shopping is convenient, and there are various restaurants within walking distance. The service is also very considerate, and they proactively helped with luggage
I had a very comfortable stay for three days. I recommend the afternoon tea, which is beautiful and delicious. There is a pianist, and I really like the flowers in the lobby
A Memorable Stay at The Langham: Exceptional Service and Hospitality I had an amazing stay at The Langham, thanks to the exceptional hospitality of the staff
First and foremost, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the front desk team, Melissa and Pallmeet, for their warm welcome upon my arrival
The accommodation service is very good. The breakfast is the best I have ever cooked in so many five-star hotels. It is very, very rich.

Super location and welcome hospitality. We got a wonderful welcome drink at the beautiful lobby lounge. Room is fabulous, clean and stylish. We also tried the restaurant which has excellent food
I was a guest of the hotel for one night and I really have to admit that it is an outstanding hotel. Very modern, very stylish and above all the staff do an outstanding service oriented job
We stayed at the Londoner for 2 nights. This hotel is perfect to enjoy living in the great city center of London. We stayed in the corner suite which is really spacious and comfortable
Absolutely fantastic location! Will definitely stay here again if just for the heated toilet seat…what a great hotel. Rooms very comfortable and the staff can’t do enough for you
The doormen and concierge are super helpful. We didn’t get to try any of the restaurants but we will be returning so we will try then

FANTASTIC hotel for central London. Wonderful staff, comfy (& massive) beds, fabulous pool & great location for exploring London! Stayed with my son (7) and we are both GF. Fantastic GF breakfast options!

We had a very good living-in experience. Good location( close to victory line and St. James station of circle line) , delicious breakfast ( include western and india food ) and dinner
The bathing pool was good and we enjoyed using it
Clean and good location Good breakfast and good restaurant I like the stay in the hotel as usual rooms in most London Hotels are small
The only thing is that hotel charges 10 pounds every day. I did not know until I checked out. Is this common in England hotels?
We appreciate the service of every department..its a wonderful place to stay.
Friendly staff, lovely room and clean, would recommend

Great hotel, well maintained, good sized rooms in a fantastic location close to southbank/ Waterloo, a short walk to Southwark station.  Great facilities, although we didn’t have time to use the pool or gym this time.
A good hotel - stayed on a business trip, and got a decent rate when booking through Hilton Honors. Has a decently equipped gym, and a nice looking pool area (although I didn't try the latter)
Modern contemporary design lends a boutique feel, attentive friendly staff. Gym and pool are excellent, rooms are comfortably appointed
Bed was lovely, very comfortable. Included was access to the lounge on the ground floor, but I did not have the opportunity to visit. Sadly I did not have an opportunity to get to the gym, pool or spa facilities
Exec lounge has great food and drink variety, free beverages in room, great water pressure. On premise restaurant is excellent and the craft gin bar, while a little pricey, has excellent cocktails
This is a very nice 5 star hotel. They made my Christmas holiday wonderful. The room we got was very clean and spacious. We asked for a room with a bath and they were happy to give it to us without a fuss

The room is big. The breakfast is good and rich. There is also Chinese food.
Great hotel. Nice location and has good facilities for work and a spa.
Probably the best afternoon tea we've ever had. Delicious finger sandwiches made with different types of bread, exquisite patisserie and wonderful service
Classic old money style hotel, quite good
It's a great hotel in London. The room is small but the location is great. The breakfast is great and the service is excellent. The room cleaning service is also very user-friendly and I will choose it again next time.

Stayed here on several occasions when we visit London The hotel is alway spotless Great location Breakfast is fabulous Dinner was good too. little dessert to finish 😊
The check in was amazing friendly receptionist, we were offered a upgrade which we accepted for a executive room with lounge access
Lovely hotel in a strategic location. The staff was helpful and the check in & check out were really easy. The room was cozy and clean. The food at the restaurant is also delicious!
We visited for a couple of shows, udeal location never used a tube, everything we need was in walking distance
We stayed here as our normal hotel was fully booked, we weren’t disappointed. We booked a basic double room
Lovely hotel, great location and the fastest filling bath ever!!! The only downside was the breakfast which was pretty average considering the reputation of the hotel generally

Even in the current climate (weather and pandemic), the staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. Five stars for them! Breakfast was provided but had to be eaten in the room
Good bed, good location, good staff, everything is good, my family & I like it so much.
Perfect if you don't need to be in the city but just close enough. Modern rooms with a great gym and pool.
Staff are courteous and professional Swimming pool needs a upgrade looks wise overall a a very good hotel
The first night of check in, our tv was not working properly and the manager came right away to fix it! We booked a room with club access, however during check in the clerk upgraded our room which ended up taking away our club access however, the manager was able to fix the booking and restored our club access
I think the club could be expanded more as there was not a lot of room and also the beverage options could be upgraded. The hotel was not too far away from the subway lines so we were able to walk and explore London

Outstanding hotel! I love here everything about it Great gym and indoor pool Ask for upgrade
A lovely reading room where you could read newspapers and have a drink in a quiet place. The whole place was a quiet place really. The swimming pool is good plus the steam room and sauna
Disappointed with the food While Ramsey grill served an excellent a bennet soufflé the Beef Wellington was extremely average with a paste for what should have been a mushroom mixture No Kippers on the breakfast menu a quintessential English breakfast was a disappointment too Staff excellent especially the door men who are now celebrities and rightly so
We went to see Back to the future musical and it was only over the road, that’s how good the location it is as well as Covent Garden being more or less over the road too. You really do feel like a film star staying there
We arrived to be greeted by service and manners from the start to the time we left. Fantastic location, beautiful lobby and eating areas
Lovely room, excellent bed and facilities. Service at breakfast too slow, very good when it arrived

I’m a regular business traveller and this hotel is perfect. It’s close enough to the main Oxford Street by foot, and 5 min walking distance from Bond Street tube station, 20 min by car to Marylebone train station
The location is amazing if you planning to shop in Oxford Street as it few blocks behind John Louise. There is always taxis outside. As well as, there are a lovely cafes very close to it.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist. The location was ideal, within walking distance of major attractions
Booked deluxe King and due to a unsealed window and it was late the friendly staff upgraded my booking to a King suite no extra charges. Very friendly and hard working staffs.
In a city that has so many overpriced hotels, The Marylebone is by far, the best VFM. Its location, service, staff, everything is excellent. I love going there.
