Didn't really make use of the pool or the spa, it would have been nice if this was included in the price. The door men were very helpful offering to help us with our bags etc
The staff is wonderful! From the doorman to the front desk, everyone was very kind and helpful! Check in was easy and we were so thankful to leave our bags at the hotel before our room was ready
The room was very clean and the location was amazing! Beautiful 5 minute walk every morning to the tube
it's a top hotel!
Conveniently sited and well appointed. The hotel entrance gives a sense of size and space which is both relaxing and also in contrast with its small and compact guest rooms. Staff are helpful and pleasant
Room was very small but sufficient for a single traveler. Good service and convenient location near tube for circle and district lines. Concierge service was great and even lent me an umbrella for free

Breakfast was a highlight and rooms were amazing and spacious and silent at night. Restaurant is expensive but food is excellent quality. Hope to come back again soon !!!
Great experience I have to say. From the moment we entered untill we have to leave now. All staff more than courteous and went the extra mile to answer any questions
I was surprised how welcoming this place was, with a grand entrance and so close to Paddington the service was hard to beat. Quiet, and relatively spacious rooms
So easy to get to the platforms and the executive lounge was well stocked and has great food options
Spent several nights there recently in a room without air conditioning during a "heat wave". AC was out in most of the hotel the whole week. A hotel with this much traffic needs to make comfort priority one
A just average experience at a high priced Hilton. Desk staff not very responsive. Housekeeping manager very nice and helpful. They didn't fulfill my special orders until I complained

we were greeted by Mario on reception who was very welcoming and informative as it was our first stay! All staff we encountered were wonderful and helpful! Our room was amazing clean and had brilliant views of Canary Wharf! The bathroom just WOW! We were attending a concert at the O2 and you couldn’t of got any closer! We had breakfast included in our stay which was great and there was a wide selection...
You can get to the O2 through a special passageway too so no need to get wet! The rooms are spacious and well equipped with tea, coffee and toiletries. Breakfast is plentiful and worth every penny
The O2 at walking distance provides an alternative location to have dinner in one of many restaurants. Breakfast is great offering choices in bread and fresh fruit while providing a stunning view over the Thames river
The club lounge is a great value extra if you want to splash out for some peace and quiet. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from North Greenwich tube station and is easily accessible by car too
Staff were brilliant, professional and very polite. Overall impressions were outstanding. Whole hotel was clean in every area. One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in to date
Located next to the O2 the hotel offers a nice view of the skyline of London. Staff is very friendly and capable. Rooms are spacious and modern with excellent facilities

Oh, I must not forget the lovely gym and swimming pool as well
Excellent hotel near downtown London. Superb service. Had two different rooms and in one of them was very tiny, though nicely appointed. Good value for the location of the hotel and it's condition.
The location is amazing if you planning to shop in Oxford Street as it few blocks behind John Louise. There is always taxis outside. As well as, there are a lovely cafes very close to it.
The internal decor is very contemporary, and it does not stay static. Each time I visit, there is always a positive change to the internal decoration. For a hotel situated in Central London, I find it really peaceful
The meals are also very good, from breakfast to dinner. As is expected, there may be one or two issues with a room, but this is usually fixed promptly if it is mentioned to reception
This hotel is very well situated, close to Bond Street, Oxford Circus, Baker Street and Regent's Park Underground Stations. The staff are very friendly and helpful

It’s a major testament to the effectiveness of training and management at the hotel. Pancras Concierge Team defines helpful. Professional, knowledgeable and warm are the ways I describe the team
Chelsea at the spa was especially brilliant when I had my treatment. My partner had someone else and he was unfortunately less impressed. Francesco looked after us at Hansom and was fantastic
All the staff were very attentive and friendly and they all wore their masks correctly! I really like the app for ordering in-room amenities, which came in handy when we ran out of shampoo
The staff are helpful and polite without coming across as patronising or fake. They can't do enough to help you, and the food is also amazing (but prepared to pay city prices)
He has a great memory for seeing guests again the next day and he really knows how to take care of you in just the right amount. Looking forward to staying here again
St Pancras Renaissance was a wonderful stay. It is connected to Kings Cross and St Pancras International tube stations. So it's a great option to stay nearby

Amazing building and an incredible place to stay. Was not able to use the facilities to their max, but had a lovely stay in a small suite. Which was rather over the top with two TVs
Beautiful Ewardian hotel in the heart of London. Very good food and service from well-trained staff. Wonderful meeting rooms and function spaces - Palm Court is spectacular. Bedrooms are generally first-rate.
Lovely place to spread out, lots of space, even being in the loft. Only down side is could not see much or the window. Staff did not stand out as being overly helpful or friendly
All the staff were friendly and very helpful, getting a taxi and advising about the best tube to use
The hotel was beautiful And the breakfast was the best I've had in a hotel
Had a lovely early dinner before going to the theatre next door

They added some treats to the room for my sister's birthday. Could no fault the staff at all. The waiters were very friendly and chatty. Hopefully we can go again when the spa is open
Unfortunately you can't open the windows and it was a very hot night. I understand the health and safety concerns of allowing guests to open windows, but I had a balcony! so I guess that negated the security issue
We booked 6 rooms for a hen party in London, one of which was a suite. The staff were very polite and accommodating when we asked if we could send people to decorate the suite
The views from the balcony over the marina were incredible. Cleanliness and service were fantastic and the whole stay was excellent value for money. I would absolutely stay again!
Was a little disappointed that the gym and pool were not open
The stay was wonderful from the moment we arrived to check in. The front desk staff was professional, helpful and friendly. A wonderful surprise for the expectant mother with chocolate strawberries and drinks in the room

Lovely place staff were very friendly and helpful, wonderful atmosphere. Had a Charlie and the chocolate factory afternoon tea and it was worth every penny!! We were thoroughly spoilt and were stuffed when we left
With a menu that's dairy and gluten free you'd never know it until someone highlights it to you. Every dish was executed perfectly and served hot (I hate getting cold dishes in a restaurant)
the onion bread, which is also gluten free, is delicious. scallops as a main course, lamb or fish for mains- both yummy - and desserts to die for. and some of the best hot chocolate in town
our daughter loves to eat out but it is always a challenge to find nice restaurants that serves high quality food in lovely surroundings. the service is top notch and very attentive
Felt really made to feel special and enjoyed the food. Although initially looking at food portions looked small quantity but were offered seconds of everything
Contemporary design done well with a few quirks thrown in to keep things interesting. The food is first class and deserves a review of its own

Bathroom is large and includes oversized towels. Staff was very accommodating. Spent 11 nights and would book again in the future
This is definitely a hotel that I would like to visit when I come to London again. If the staff is reading this, Thank you for everything again, and thank you for this experience of what a hotel should be like! T
Close to 3 underground stations. Have a market close by for fruit & veggies. And if you walk to the right of the hotel. There's a Starbucks, Tesco express, and other shops. Great place to walk outside for exercise
Modern, clean hotel with a convenient location. The rooms are large by European standards. Large bedroom with plenty of storage space. Plenty of outlets for your electronics. Even some with 115v capability
This is definitely the best hotel I have experienced yet. Their service was very pleasant. They are very helpful with everything we needed
A fabulous hotel with a great ombience.Lovely staff and a delightful breakfast. The rooms are spacious and very tasteful in the decor

Our favorite hotel for vacation by far. We've stayed at 45 Park Lane, The Mayfair, Four Seasons and Mandarin Oriental. Haymarket stands apart as a boutique hotel that has staff better than the other hotels
Loved it. The people who work there were lovely and so helpful. Wonderful hotel that is smart and well placed. I also noticed that it was quiet at night. I will be visiting again oh and again.
The rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Service is outstanding, the concierge is super helpful, the managers and front of house place a premium on excellent service
I've been staying at the Firmdale Hotels since 1992, starting with the Pelham in South Kensington. I have stayed at all their London hotels and my personal favorite is the Haymarket
Breakfast is a real treat, the restaurant is an excellent location for business meetings over coffee or a meal. The location is steps from Trafalgar and the whole of the West End
If you are looking for a warm, personal hotel for either a business trip or special vacation then, without reservation I would recommend the Haymarket

The Dukes Hotel has all of the sophistication and clubbish ambiance one would expect of a First Class hotel, indeed. It is in an exceptional location and off noisy London main streets
The bartender will remember your name next time you visit. The location of the Dukes Hotel just down St. James and close to Green Park station is ideal for being near the heart of London
I am sure if I had asked for the Queen's Brandy, some would have appeared. This is one of many stories where the hotel staff naturally perceives the need of a guest and then meets it
The staff is exceptionally accommodating with a proper balance of quiet service neither aloof nor obsequious. Once upon my arriving very late the Hall Porter asked if I was hungry
Rooms are a bit small but adequate and completed with high quality furnishings, fabrics, and bed linens. Besides, if you are in your hotel in London, you should be sleeping or
It is subdued and clubby generally with some business or pleasure travelers that may be found pleasant to engage conversationally or merely enjoy well-made drinks

It didn’t happen all the time. It wasn’t big enough for the number of people inside. We always place a do not disturb sign on our door. A staff came in anyway and did our sheets and towels
Below were some issues we ran into: Friday night. The elevators were very busy at times. As we were going down to the lobby, it stopped at other floors but other people couldn’t get in because it was too full
Also, I would like to give my thanks to Samantha who contacted Michael asap so the decorations could be sorted
First things first, this hotel is located in an amazing location. It's near multiple types of public transportation. Also there are many restaurants and shops nearby so very nice area to spend your afternoon
A 38 floor building with a modern hotel, including a basement with a small swimming pool and a room with a gym - some free weight lifting, a boxing sack, spinning bikes, treadmills and free towels for clients
I would like to give my thanks and give my appreciation to Michael for making mine and my friends stay spectacular! Michael went above and beyond with his customer service and helped with birthday decorations on such short notice! A very hard working individual and a great asset to the hotel

Rooms could be a bit more modern. Friendly staff, very nice wellness area - water was not too cold for me and that means something. Great Japanese restaurant on site

Good location, only 3min walk to the underground station, near to the Oxford Street shopping area. The hotel rooms are a nice size, clean too.
The DoubleTree by Hilton hotel at Marble Arch, London was good for our work presentations. There was ample space for our team with tea and coffee provided.
Been at better Double Trees. Not bad but not up to standard.
Vegan menu OK. We went NYE. Was quite rushed and not much choice. But the food that we could eat was delicious and well made. Lack of atmosphere was likely due to the day. Worth a visit all the same. Tasty

A really quality hotel experience all around. The room prices were competitive and for what I got I was really pleased. The location of the hotel is a 10min walk to Big Ben, the Eye and Westminster Abbey
We easily walked passed Buckingham and a few other locations within 30min. The accommodations were great. The room is updated and modern. No view from the lower floors
There is a restaurant I didn't get to try but the Illy Cafe is great to grab a quick snack and coffee to start your day. The staff were really helpful and quick
Standard English breakfast in the morning, some baguettes and cereals offered too. Lots of tea, coffee and juice options. Overall hotel seems pretty high-tech and stylish
There are omelettes and poached eggs at on offer but I ordered a poached egg one morning which never arrived. The usual breakfast fare was there anyway so it was fine
Modern look and romantic atmosphere. You are paying mostly for the convenient location. Poor variety of services offered for the price payed

A wonderful place, suitable for the price, with views of both the wheel and Big Ben. I took a room with a view of Big Ben, but did not take into account that it is under restoration. Well it's not their fault
Great location if visiting London. Easy access to 2 tube stations, and many attractions near by. Staff were great and rooms were clean and quiet. Great feature in the room was a side by side mini fridge
Beautiful lovely hotel had fantastic views x staff were out of this world couldn't do enough for you. Cocktails were a little bit pricey but didn't stop us
Staff speak all languages so good for all visitors from anywhere in the world. Central location so can get anywhere in london easily
It’s a pity that smoking is not allowed, they smoke on the street, but I understand that this is the case all over London

Great stay... Perfect location and excellent quality throughout. Great pool and gym. Staff very personable and professional... Will return.
The swimming pool is beautifully done and heated and is great for kids as it is rarely busy! The location of the hotel is really second to none on the corner of Marble Arch
Location and service is really premium! Staff is really Friendly and always proactively helpful! Rooms were quite nice furnitured and everything was quite clean! Also the welcome gesture aswell the proactive information about possible busy roads due to London Marathon was great! The only thing I didn't like was that the window of the room was tiny and you weren't able to look outside as it was 'too...
We had an afternoon tea booked with free flowing champagne and we were not disappointed, they food was fantastic, the champagne top class and the staff amazing. Highly recommend this place for afternoon tea.
We stayed here in Feb 2018 for 5 days and I can only say good things. This property is exceptional in almost every way, the rooms are not large but you expect that in London, however they are tastefully done
The lounge is well worth paying extra to get the access as it offers afternoon tea and good level of snacks, and if you eat Halal they can offer halal options

This is a great Hotel in a good location. Swimming pool is decent along with the sauna and steam room. Gym not as big as I thought and I'd like to see a cable cross machine in there instead of leg and chest press machine
Central location and prices were reasonable. Recently refurbished so rooms were clean and in good condition. Bonus was a nice pool / spa that you don’t normally find in a hotel at this price
The minibar has a wide range of alcoholic drinks, there could be a few more soft drinks. The swimming pool and sauna steam rooms in the basement were clean and of a good size. The bar was nice with a live DJ
The pool, steam room and sauna were lovely, although the hotel need to repair the steps in the pool, apologies, I forgot to let you know, before someone has an accident
But Bedrooms are big, bed comfortable, shower fantastic and very big. All round decent and got at a great price too
The TV is a good size, the bed is comfortable but I did wakeup with a lower back pain, the mattress could do with being a little firmer. The room over was clean and felt fresh
