A wonderful place, suitable for the price, with views of both the wheel and Big Ben. I took a room with a view of Big Ben, but did not take into account that it is under restoration. Well it's not their fault

Staff speak all languages so good for all visitors from anywhere in the world. Central location so can get anywhere in london easily

Great location if visiting London. Easy access to 2 tube stations, and many attractions near by. Staff were great and rooms were clean and quiet. Great feature in the room was a side by side mini fridge

Beautiful lovely hotel had fantastic views x staff were out of this world couldn't do enough for you. Cocktails were a little bit pricey but didn't stop us

It’s a pity that smoking is not allowed, they smoke on the street, but I understand that this is the case all over London

One side stocked with items for purchase the other empty allowing u to store essentials like beer

This was definitely a wonderful hotel to stay in. Although in the higher price range for a quick stay it was close to almost everything so it made it accessible. Close to public transportation and shopping

PS: I couldn't figure out how to work the heater for the life of me lol

I really enjoyed my stay at the Strand Palace. The rooms are small compared to Canadian hotels which I was familiar. We upgraded to a king room and that felt better. The included daily breakfast was excellent

You have to ask for cream for your coffee, as all the tables normally have milk

The rooms were big and comfortable, and the hotel is located in a walkable distance from a tube station. The bathrooms were spacious and clean and you'd do well to find a hotel of a better quality for the same price

Found 24hr parking for £7 3 minutes walk from hotel at Black Prince Trust using Parkbee website (hotel offers £45 per day parking through a partner). Great food and drinks in the restaurant too

I came here for a business conference. It was an excellent venue for the conference. The rooms were very nice but small (typical for Europe though)

The onsite restaurant served great food with a beautiful view of the river. The hotel was beautiful throughout and the conference areas as well. Bonus points for having a rowing machine in the fitness center!

The only small shortcoming of the place (it isn't even their fault) is that there aren't a lot of good food options located in its vicinity

Always a good hotel to stay in. Just south of the river but well placed for a short walk to Westminster or Vauxhall. Rooms are well maintained and modern

This hotel is beautifully elegant. I was upgraded to a lovely suite. Furnishings are stunning, bathroom and amenities superb, in room amazing coffee and tea selection, gorgeous lobby, great restaurants and bar

Lovely hotel, conveniently located next to Victoria Station. We had a suite, which was spacious and very comfortable. Staff was attentive and gracious. Generous complimentary breakfasts and happy hours

Breakfast was great!! Loved staying here as it is very closely located to several tourist attractions in downtown London and in close proximity to some out of this world historic pubs

We easily walked passed Buckingham and a few other locations within 30min. The accommodations were great. The room is updated and modern. No view from the lower floors

There is a restaurant I didn't get to try but the Illy Cafe is great to grab a quick snack and coffee to start your day. The staff were really helpful and quick

Standard English breakfast in the morning, some baguettes and cereals offered too. Lots of tea, coffee and juice options. Overall hotel seems pretty high-tech and stylish

There are omelettes and poached eggs at on offer but I ordered a poached egg one morning which never arrived. The usual breakfast fare was there anyway so it was fine

The location was brillant because it was in central London. My room was really lovely and comfortable. I had a room overlooking Hyde park on the 12th floor of the hotel

2 night stay, king deluxe room 6th floor. 606 Great room size, superb location to shops/restaurants. Service has been great, been really looked after

Attended a company meetings there. Main room was well laid out but a little warm for me. Food and drinks were served after the meeting with drinks readily available and food delivered quickly and in good quantity

I was a guest of my daughter and her boyfriend who was staying in one of the penthouse suites the service was absolutely perfection the staff on duty were very very polite the whole atmosphere was euforic

Excellent hotel with nice suited rooms. The food was good on the restaurant and the spa massage enjoyable. Very well placed for the train station and underground also very close to the London Eye.

Just had a drink at the bar. Staff were nice although assumed the man in our party was paying, rather than my female friend. Atmosphere was lovely, drinks reasonably priced and the seats were comfortable.

What a great Hotel in the middle of Leicester Square!! I had no idea when booking this hotel that it was less than a year old and neither would anybody walking through the front doors! It’s beautiful! Amazing service from start to finish

I feel those things are so important. It gives you a reason to come back each time. The hotel itself could not be in a better location and there are so many beautiful places within the lobby to enjoy a drink or a meal

We also used the spa for facials and massage which were great as well as the facilities like the whirlpool. Also, the Residence is a great concept and great place to get away and get some work done

Upon check in after a long flight I was greeted by Debora at the front desk. She was so very sweet and provided me with a full tour of the hotel and even escorted me to my room

Hotel staff is incredibly friendly and accommodates every need or questions I have. Room was made and organized every morning. Mattress is incredibly comfortable. Absolutely recommend for a few nights stay.

Staff were helpful and attentive. If you're looking for a great venue for your celebration in central london, Rosewood ticks all the boxes

I photographed part of a wedding there recently and was very impressed with the exterior and interior of the hotel. All the rooms, the restaurants, the bar made for beautiful backdrops for the photos

I would like to point out that there were always plenty of seats in the executive lounge. In the evening, the food was slightly disappointing. The hotel was recently renovated and the common areas look very good

Lovely place, amazing customer service,beautiful clean rooms! Large well equipped gym, too hot temperatures in it though! Great bar setting with lot of tables on the main floor! The Club Lounge is great, large and alcohol access (beer/wine)

They felt modern and cozy and looked recently remodeled. Everyone at the hotel was very nice and helpful and really made my stay enjoyable. I have litterally nothing I could possibly complain about

The hotel was located just across the park from Buckingham Palace and it was easy to access anywhere I need by just walking. The rooms were extremely nice and updated

We were accommodated in an executive room, much larger than the usual room in London. The room was very good, with extremely comfortable beds and views of Green Park

Excellent hotel right next to Green Park in Mayfair. It is within walking distance of many of London's landmarks, such as the Queen's Palace, a 5-minute walk away

A nice Victorian hotel centrally located in London. Friendly staff, that really want to give you a five star hotel experience. Housekeeping staff were also extremely friendly and helpful

The staff was off-the-charts friendly, the accommodations were Splendid, to put it mildly. I think our three bedroom suite was bigger than our house! We just could not get over how well we were treated

Smoking and non smoking rooms available. A little disappointed with how small our room is but furniture is good quality, clean and well presented

Exec lounge has great food and drink variety, free beverages in room, great water pressure. On premise restaurant is excellent and the craft gin bar, while a little pricey, has excellent cocktails

This is a very nice 5 star hotel. They made my Christmas holiday wonderful. The room we got was very clean and spacious. We asked for a room with a bath and they were happy to give it to us without a fuss

A good hotel - stayed on a business trip, and got a decent rate when booking through Hilton Honors. Has a decently equipped gym, and a nice looking pool area (although I didn't try the latter)

The bed was very comfy! The service was perfect and the breakfast buffet was very lovely. There's nothing more I could ask for. I felt at home and very comfortable

Beautiful Ewardian hotel in the heart of London. Very good food and service from well-trained staff. Wonderful meeting rooms and function spaces - Palm Court is spectacular. Bedrooms are generally first-rate.

The hake was superb and the Lemon tart scrumptious! Our waitress Alice was delightful and knowledgeable recommending dishes from the menu and was very attentive

Amazing building and an incredible place to stay. Was not able to use the facilities to their max, but had a lovely stay in a small suite. Which was rather over the top with two TVs

Lovely place to spread out, lots of space, even being in the loft. Only down side is could not see much or the window. Staff did not stand out as being overly helpful or friendly

I liked the complimentary water, and the special effort the housekeeping made for our birthdays was delightful-Special pillows with Happy birthday on and a small cake

Our room was a little noisy due to roadworks the original windows weren't the best at keeping the noise out. Buffet breakfast had a very good selection the bar area was nice. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel

Only negative is the noise from the traffic was quite loud even though we were on floor 7! Woke us up a couple of times but the comfy bed and dark room meant that we found it easy yo go back to sleep quickly

Great location, lovely view of the Thames and the London Eye if you get a river facing room. We had a bit of trouble in our room with the facilities and were quickly moved to another room

Stunning hotel with designs by Philippe Starck. Lovely bath products and amenities. I got a room with a little patio which was lovely. Location is close to the Tate Modern however not too accessible to the tube

Had room with a view of the river which was great! Very easy to get to the Underground and easy access to waking areas. While I was there the showers were extremely loud. That's the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5

Great hotel located in the South bank/ SOHO neighborhoods. It sports a small but well furnished gym, a sauna a rooftop lounge a lobby area bar and restaurant. It's also located close to several metro stops

We chose it because of its close location to the main places + network. The hotel itself is good, but as expected from a foursome, it has seen a lot of tourists. The staff is friendly and helpful

Worth noting, the hotel is conveniently located close to many sights in Westminster. Also of note, it had one of the smallest fitness facilities and least appointed of any hotel I've ever stayed in

First night though, hot water was unavailable, second my AC leaked quite a lot of water, enough to wake me up and power to the building was out. After that, the stay was without incident

Friendly staff, outstanding premises, great atmosphere, extremely central, best restaurants around, best transport and surrounding. Whatever you can think of in a hotel, you will experience it at the Savoy Hotel

All the history and charm has been preserved through excellent upkeep and renovations. Has everything you need; swimming pool, gym, tea room, restaurant and an amazing 1920s bar. Staff are attentive and friendly

The Savoy in London is one of my favourite places to go. The hotel is gorgeous and elegant and the staff are outstanding. You are treated so nicely whether your staying for a weekend or just a couple of hours

Let make it short: They are good and they know it. The American Bar is a must visit when in London, even if you're from New York, Singapore or other places where you are used to high level bars

100% customer service and satisfaction, at a cost. American Bar cocktails a MUST do. The Savoy Grill food very very tasty. The room was just stunning. Great two day stay here, will return.
