Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel
London, Westminster Bridge Road 🧭 Map
This hotel is highly recommended for 1st ime travellers and tourists. Only downside - can the hotel change the breakfast menu please ? We have been eating the same memu for quite a few days
Fantastic location, breakfast was really good so much selection, staff so helpful love the pool and spa
Best hotel in London, real value for money. The room size was very good and location perfect , near to Westminister and other attractions like London Eye, London Bridge, Tower of London
One bonus at this hotel that we found out the room has a microwave and mini fridge, which is super useful if traveling with kids
Highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay at famous landmark like Big Ben, London Eye or Waterloo Station etc
Location is excellent. Room is big enough. Highly recommended

Strand Palace Hotel
London, 372 Strand 🧭 Map
I first went to the strand Palace in1970 when I was six and have been many times since even though we live in Cheltenham. Central location to all you need this hotel has never disappointed me and now older my wife. 🇬🇧🥂
Staying in single room and it is fantastic! Have all the necessary amenities, clean and location is centered and convenient. Highly recommended:)
It is walking distance to many eateries (though many overpriced, use Google Map reviews to find the reasonably priced options), many West End theatres, and also to the Westminster area (Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Parliament)
Service staff were friendly, from the porters handling left luggage, to the receptionist checking us in. Only one small note - the bedsheets had some black stains which did not come off when I rubbed it
I did not have breakfast, nor did I dine at their restaurants or bars so I cannot comment. I did not use their facilities as well, as I was out and about the entire day, so again I cannot comment
Don't know what they were, but it didn't really affect my enjoyment of the room. The shower area in the bathroom of the single room is quite small, and larger sized guests may wish to take note

St Giles – A St Giles Hotel
London, Bedford Avenue 🧭 Map
Breakfast costs £15 per person, with a standard selection served early (from 6:30 am), convenient if you're in a rush. Noise insulation could be better; sirens from the main street were noticeable at night
Other than that, there is lift access to your own floor. Room is slightly small with some mild mold odour. However, bed and pillow is good. I would come back again but maybe ask for another room next time
The room was comfortable, though the bathroom was a bit small, but functional. Housekeeping was consistent—beds were made, and supplies restocked whenever we used the "Please Clean The Room" sign
Staff were friendly and helpful. My room was compact but perfect for my stay. 100% would book again and recommend for anyone wanting to be walking distance to anywhere in Central London.
Great location, had everything we needed for a weekend away.
Central located hotel and close to shopping and metro, 300 meter away from British Museum and breakfast is worth the money.

Park Plaza Riverbank Hotel
London, 18 Albert Embankment 🧭 Map
We booked an "Executive Double Room with River View" with a double bed. Initially, the hotel reception made a mistake and assigned us a room with two single beds. Later, the hotel assigned us another room with river view
We could see Westminster Abbey, Big Ben and London Eye, and there was a big sky, which was pleasing to the eyes. In addition, there was a bus stop near the hotel, which was very convenient
The view and location is great! The only thing that it could be better is the food. I ordered room service breakfast but the food seems to be too cold when it reaches to our room.
The hotel is very well situated opposite bus station. Superb easy access and reception was very helpful. Super fast check in
This hotel trip of two nights was for my girlfriends birthday celebration, so i did inform them about decorating
Good location and the hotel staff were really good. Some nice restaurants close by. Enjoyed the stay very much

The Clermont, Victoria Hotel
London, 101 Buckingham Palace Road 🧭 Map
We had returned to the room to find the hot water bottle I had used the night before, in exactly the same place i had left it when i left the room that morning, meaning the bedspread was just pulled over and smoothed out and the mini bar was not replenished that day so we had to call it in and wait almost an hour for them to come before we could get some rest for the afternoon
Breakfast was great!! Loved staying here as it is very closely located to several tourist attractions in downtown London and in close proximity to some out of this world historic pubs
Fab hotel and staff. Room very clean. Bed comfy. Breakfast was amazing !
Beautiful hotel right above Victoria Station. Complimentary mini bar replenished daily. Service staff were all very helpful and friendly though housekeeping needs some improvement
What let's this hotel down slightly is the attitude of the reception staff. The other staff are always very good but reception staff appear rather unwelcoming and quite miserable
When we checked in with prepaid vouchers the reception staff were rude and confused. Checking in took at least 15 minutes. On checking out their attitude is aloof and unfriendly

Park Plaza Waterloo Hotel
London, 6 Hercules Road 🧭 Map
Located very near Lambert North station, within walking distance from Waterloo station.
Features a spacious bathroom and large window with scenic views, and a swimming pool is an added bonus.
Had a great little upgrade on the day from the hotel staff when we checked in. The view from our room was great. Can see the london eye and all the trains leaving from waterloo. The sauna and pool was great too.
A really quality hotel experience all around. The room prices were competitive and for what I got I was really pleased. The location of the hotel is a 10min walk to Big Ben, the Eye and Westminster Abbey
The hotel is amazing, and the trainees at the reception were very helpful.
The concierge provided useful information about parking our motorbike nearby at a good price.
Thank you!
We easily walked passed Buckingham and a few other locations within 30min. The accommodations were great. The room is updated and modern. No view from the lower floors
There is a restaurant I didn't get to try but the Illy Cafe is great to grab a quick snack and coffee to start your day. The staff were really helpful and quick

London Hilton on Park Lane Hotel
London, 22 Park Lane 🧭 Map
The hotel's impeccable service, luxurious accommodations, convenient location, and outstanding amenities make it a top choice for both business and leisure travelers
Got to hotel around 12:30 didn’t expect the room to be ready but dropped bag and was told by hotel that they would text as soon as room was ready as it was our wedding anniversary and we needed to get changed
Hilton Park Lane London:
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Park Lane in London, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish
Overall good experience and location is very good. Service could be a bit more tentative.
Fantastic hotel, good location.
Booked a river view room and has been upgraded to a signature suite, The room is amazing with a wonderful view. Would re-visit if I come to London again.
The fitness center is well-equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, allowing guests to maintain their fitness routines while traveling

The May Fair, A Radisson Collection Hotel, Mayfair
London, Stratton Street, Mayfair 🧭 Map
We stay at the Mayfair every time we go to London. It is in the perfect location for shopping on New Bond Street and not far from Oxford street.
Good! Can’t wait to come back!
Attended a company meetings there. Main room was well laid out but a little warm for me. Food and drinks were served after the meeting with drinks readily available and food delivered quickly and in good quantity
The room is closed to the corridor without any sound insulation so very disturbing.
The closest is built inside the bathroom which is not convenient.
The mattress is not supportive thus discomfortable.
Above all, 404 luxurious rooms and 12 of the capital’s most spectacular suites provide unforgettable experiences, and the later additions of the Cigar Room and the urban spa retreat ensure that The May Fair still competes in a league of its own
👌come back next time always good

Park Plaza County Hall Hotel
London, 1 Addington Street 🧭 Map
We had some issues with the drapes the first night, it wasn’t able to block the light. The hotel changed our room and gave us a complimentary breakfast, which we really appreciate
The location of the hotel is unrivaled. It is located right next to the London Eye, and the public transportation is extremely convenient, making getting around a breeze
Lovely hotel. Great location. Friendly staff. Thank you for complementary early check in and late check out 🫶🏽
Amazing experience ❤️👍🏻
I have to close the curtain throughout the stay for privacy and the room is effectively a windowless room. So if you are booking a twin room in this hotel, please assume you will be assigned a windowless room
com platform, one of them clearly states that its window is facing the corridor, while the other one didn't mention anything about inward facing windows and have a photo of the london eye outside the window

Theer Hotel
London, 38 Leicester Square 🧭 Map
I recommend this hotel for all couple that would like a good experience in the city center of London
Super location and welcome hospitality. We got a wonderful welcome drink at the beautiful lobby lounge. Room is fabulous, clean and stylish. We also tried the restaurant which has excellent food
We stayed at the Londoner for 2 nights. This hotel is perfect to enjoy living in the great city center of London. We stayed in the corner suite which is really spacious and comfortable
I would like to emphasize the great service of Mrs. Celia Pena, who reads the guests' wishes from their lips in an exemplary manner and, together with her colleagues, has already made the check-in an experience
I was a guest of the hotel for one night and I really have to admit that it is an outstanding hotel. Very modern, very stylish and above all the staff do an outstanding service oriented job
Absolutely fantastic location! Will definitely stay here again if just for the heated toilet seat…what a great hotel. Rooms very comfortable and the staff can’t do enough for you

Rosewood Hotel
London, 252 High Holborn. Holborn 🧭 Map
I do not think we would choose this hotel again, not worth it at all and better located hotels are available in central London for similar price points
I highly recommend this hotel to anybody who loves rich history, as well as beautiful artsy designs. After I stayed at this hotel, I think will never possible. I will always put a rosewood hotel as my top choice
We asked for a late check-out of 2-3 hours, given our flight time in late afternoon, for like 3 times with instant rejection stating that the hotel is full, which is not the case at all when you see the amount of ppl staying there
Excellent and beautiful hotel to stay , except for the service , there are rooms to improve . Stay at other 5 star luxury hotel before , it could be better .
Excellent service at check in. The rooms are spacious and luxurious. Desk staff helped me to book restaurants and the on site bar is excellent
This is a great hotel to choose from definitely one of the top-notch in service

Sheraton Grand Park Lane Hotel
London, Piccadilly 🧭 Map
Very good. The room is quite big.
This is my second time staying here. I also stayed in London in 2019. The most important thing is the location. It is absolutely central to Buckingham Palace and Hyde Park. The lobby is hard to describe
The hotel is in an extremely convenient location, and the rooms and services are great! The only surprise was that when I checked out, I found that the hotel charged an extra room cleaning fee of more than 12 pounds per day
It is inconvenient to push a stroller, there are stairs, and there are no convenient facilities. When someone is around, the service is pretty good. When someone is away, I can do it myself for half a day
The hotel is very historical, but not old. The rooms and corridors are very spacious. The rooms are well soundproofed and quiet. The service staff are very enthusiastic. I will stay here again next time
And drinking water is not very proactive

St. James' Court, A Taj Hotel,
London, 41-54 Buckingham Gate 🧭 Map
We had a very good living-in experience. Good location( close to victory line and St. James station of circle line) , delicious breakfast ( include western and india food ) and dinner
Clean and good location
Good breakfast and good restaurant
I like the stay in the hotel
as usual rooms in most London Hotels are small
The only thing is that hotel charges 10 pounds every day. I did not know until I checked out. Is this common in England hotels?
We appreciate the service of every department..its a wonderful place to stay.
Friendly staff, lovely room and clean, would recommend
Reception and the concierge were lovely, super friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean, shower had great water pressure. Only thing was there were no plug sockets near the mirror, so styling hair was difficult

Hilton Bankside Hotel
London, 2-8 Great Suffolk Street 🧭 Map
Great hotel, well maintained, good sized rooms in a fantastic location close to southbank/ Waterloo, a short walk to Southwark station. Great facilities, although we didn’t have time to use the pool or gym this time.
Exec lounge has great food and drink variety, free beverages in room, great water pressure. On premise restaurant is excellent and the craft gin bar, while a little pricey, has excellent cocktails
A good hotel - stayed on a business trip, and got a decent rate when booking through Hilton Honors. Has a decently equipped gym, and a nice looking pool area (although I didn't try the latter)
This is a very nice 5 star hotel. They made my Christmas holiday wonderful. The room we got was very clean and spacious. We asked for a room with a bath and they were happy to give it to us without a fuss
Good hotel in this area I like it because It is very affordable price and you can walk from the subway 5 minutes and you will see the hotel. The reception is ready to see u
The location of the hotel was great as expected and the managers were really kind. The room condition was nice and I slept very well. I wish to visit here again next time.

Expensive for a reason, old money style, money is king, service matches value
The room is big. The breakfast is good and rich. There is also Chinese food.
Great hotel. Nice location and has good facilities for work and a spa.
Since this was a birthday celebration for my daughter they presented her with a cake and candle
Classic old money style hotel, quite good
It's a great hotel in London. The room is small but the location is great. The breakfast is great and the service is excellent. The room cleaning service is also very user-friendly and I will choose it again next time.

The check in was amazing friendly receptionist, we were offered a upgrade which we accepted for a executive room with lounge access
Lovely hotel in a strategic location. The staff was helpful and the check in & check out were really easy. The room was cozy and clean. The food at the restaurant is also delicious!
We visited for a couple of shows, udeal location never used a tube, everything we need was in walking distance
We stayed here as our normal hotel was fully booked, we weren’t disappointed. We booked a basic double room

The Royal Horseguards Hotel
London, 2 Whitehall Court 🧭 Map
Really enjoyed staying at the Royal Horseguards Hotel at Whitehall🙏☺️Special thanks for the front desk team, especially Hao for assisting us in a room upgrade when we shared we could only stay for one night instead of two ❤️Also caught the military parade for the 80th VE Day due to how close parliament and the Royal Buckingham Palace was! Would love to come back 🎉
My husband and I stay here every time we are in London. The staff are the stars of the show - friendly, helpful and professional
Great location, lovely view of the Thames and the London Eye if you get a river facing room. We had a bit of trouble in our room with the facilities and were quickly moved to another room
A very pleasant stay. The hotel is very nice and elegant. The room is big with high ceiling. The location is perfect and within walking distance to many famous attractions.
The hotel is conveniently located and a stone's throw away from Westminster Palace, The London Eye, Soho and miscellaneous shops, bars and restaurants
Lovely place and staff we had experience a water leak on our bed from rooms above we called a receptionist and they told us to get changed to another room there’s was no welcome card in the room or mini cake as we discovered on the new room given there were cakes and welcome card on different person name we had booked dinner to go out and when we got up in the morning we noticed that there weren’t...

Sea Containers Hotel
London, 20 Upper Ground 🧭 Map
The hotel is located on the south bank of the Thames, 5 minutes' walk to the north bank and 10 minutes' walk to the city center, which is very convenient
There are many supermarkets nearby, and the Chinese Super League "Tiantian Store" is next door. The sanitation is cleaned every day, and the guys at the door are very enthusiastic. It is a hotel worth staying in
When we ordered the hotel, they said they would provide slippers, but fortunately we brought our own slippers to wear on the plane, so we didn't ask the hotel for them in the end
The room was simply and stylishly decorated, the bedding was clean and hygienic, and someone cleaned the room every day. The only drawback was that we couldn't find slippers
Well located, beautifully designed in and out but city view they said was a building view blocked by huge walls and stairs
Clean, comfy. Things to improve: Bathrobes, improve the spa, better options for room service.

The Westminster, Curio Collection by Hilton Hotel
London, 30 John Islip St 🧭 Map
Bed and pillows were very comfortable and I managed to get a good night's sleep on both nights I was there. Breakfast was very good and staff were very friendly and efficient in getting me to a table
Food quality was great and there was a chef making omelette, fried eggs, etc. The Westminster underground station was 10-15 mins walk and Pimlico was 10 mins walk
Room was compact but had everything I needed, including coffee machine, iron and water dispenser close to the lifts on each floor
There weren't many shops near by, but overall a great stay
I would definitely consider staying here again next time

The Savoy Hotel
London, Strand 🧭 Map
Let make it short: They are good and they know it. The American Bar is a must visit when in London, even if you're from New York, Singapore or other places where you are used to high level bars
Outstanding hotel! I love here everything about it
Great gym and indoor pool
Ask for upgrade
Disappointed with the food
While Ramsey grill served an excellent a bennet soufflé the Beef Wellington was extremely average with a paste for what should have been a mushroom mixture
No Kippers on the breakfast menu a quintessential English breakfast was a disappointment too
Staff excellent especially the door men who are now celebrities and rightly so
The interior won't blow you away, but the staff and the drinks will. Love my stay and will be back. Proud to have the Savoy as a landmark and to bring London visitor here
Soundproofing between rooms is not good. The technical box next to the bed causes noise.
Lovely room, excellent bed and facilities.
Service at breakfast too slow, very good when it arrived
