Holiday Inn London Kensington High St., an IHG Hotel
London, Wrights Lane 🧭 Map
Room was very small but sufficient for a single traveler. Good service and convenient location near tube for circle and district lines. Concierge service was great and even lent me an umbrella for free
The staff is wonderful! From the doorman to the front desk, everyone was very kind and helpful! Check in was easy and we were so thankful to leave our bags at the hotel before our room was ready
The room was very clean and the location was amazing! Beautiful 5 minute walk every morning to the tube
Conveniently sited and well appointed. The hotel entrance gives a sense of size and space which is both relaxing and also in contrast with its small and compact guest rooms. Staff are helpful and pleasant
Rooms are quite small, but clean and comfortable. The shower hose had a slight hole in it but it was still usable. There was a huge choice at breakfast to set you up for the day
Didn't really make use of the pool or the spa, it would have been nice if this was included in the price. The door men were very helpful offering to help us with our bags etc

Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London
London, Westminster Bridge Road 🧭 Map
A wonderful place, suitable for the price, with views of both the wheel and Big Ben. I took a room with a view of Big Ben, but did not take into account that it is under restoration. Well it's not their fault
Staff speak all languages so good for all visitors from anywhere in the world. Central location so can get anywhere in london easily
Great location if visiting London. Easy access to 2 tube stations, and many attractions near by. Staff were great and rooms were clean and quiet. Great feature in the room was a side by side mini fridge
Beautiful lovely hotel had fantastic views x staff were out of this world couldn't do enough for you. Cocktails were a little bit pricey but didn't stop us
It’s a pity that smoking is not allowed, they smoke on the street, but I understand that this is the case all over London
One side stocked with items for purchase the other empty allowing u to store essentials like beer

Breakfast was a highlight and rooms were amazing and spacious and silent at night. Restaurant is expensive but food is excellent quality. Hope to come back again soon !!!
Diamond lounge is good, but food offered us pretty bad. Drink selections limited, but name brands
Great experience I have to say. From the moment we entered untill we have to leave now. All staff more than courteous and went the extra mile to answer any questions
I was surprised how welcoming this place was, with a grand entrance and so close to Paddington the service was hard to beat. Quiet, and relatively spacious rooms
So easy to get to the platforms and the executive lounge was well stocked and has great food options
Spent several nights there recently in a room without air conditioning during a "heat wave". AC was out in most of the hotel the whole week. A hotel with this much traffic needs to make comfort priority one

London, St Katherines' Way 🧭 Map
Just got back from a fabulous weekend with my sister! Hotel is in a wonderful position we had a Thames and Tower Bridge view - amazing at night!! Big thanks to Paulo who checked us in and to Fabio who sorted our WiFi (several times!) The staff were professional, friendly and helpful
Staff are very friendly and helpful, there was a big group of us staying and all checking in at the same time so it could have been a lot worse. Breakfast was self service the next morning and all you could eat
Coatroom staff were a bit off in their own world and took about 20 minutes to carry out a simple task, but everything else made up for it. The layout is a little confusing at times, but the decor makes up for that
The rooms aren’t cheap, but the location is fantastic! You are right outside the Tower of London and there’s a tube station round the corner
Stayed here just the once on memorial weekend in 2017. The hotel facilities are amazing and well worth the prices in my own opinion
Beautiful place with great views from the room windows. The function rooms and halls are also very well placed

Strand Palace Hotel
London, 372 Strand 🧭 Map
I really enjoyed my stay at the Strand Palace. The rooms are small compared to Canadian hotels which I was familiar. We upgraded to a king room and that felt better. The included daily breakfast was excellent
Good service. Rooms were older then expected. Bed good but washroom could use update. Great location. Scent in lobby too strong. Would return :)
This was definitely a wonderful hotel to stay in. Although in the higher price range for a quick stay it was close to almost everything so it made it accessible. Close to public transportation and shopping
PS: I couldn't figure out how to work the heater for the life of me lol
You have to ask for cream for your coffee, as all the tables normally have milk

Very good location BUT the rooms are very small with a very small window and a very small double bed. The room stank of cigarettes and there was still paper in the toilet. We only got towels for one.

Novotel London West
London, 1 Shortlands 🧭 Map
One night stay in London and the Novotel was grand. We had a family room which had more than sufficient space for us. Although we didn't use all the facilities those that we did were excellent
Very basic room, although the location is very good for London Olympia and the close the underground station. Breakfast buffet was excellent
Also the breakfast buffet was at a good standard and set us right for the day! The hotel is a 3min walk to Hammersmith tube station, so it has easy access to all parts of the city
The beds are comfy, the rooms are a good size, and the en suite was modern
Walls are thin as paper so if you want a good night sleep, bring earplugs. Many of the rooms are a long walk from the lifts. If you are disabled, make sure to request a room closer to the lifts
Overall the service was pleasant and rooms clean. The best feature was probably the bed - surprisingly comfortable for a hotel bed. Worst part: cleaners walking in on my morning shower

Friendly staff; excellent location; value for money; never seen a breakfast offer as good and I’ve travelled a lot; level club well run too and a brilliant idea
Went here circa 15 (!) Years ago and was brilliant. Revisited in January this year and was still just as good. Location is fantastic, facilities and rooms are great and staff really helpful, love this place!
Fantastic location, but not many restaurants nearby. All of the staff were from Spain, so as a native English speaker heading to England I had hoped not to have a language barrier
There were everyday voucher by 12 pounds or around this amount that can be used at any hotel facilities such as the bar. They have Dry Martini bar which the best in serving drinks and food qualities
The hotel is amazing, well organized, clean, and excellent hospitality. The reservation has done by booking and we confirm the required documents through phone call with frontdesk
The visit was on Christmas time which means high season and all though it is super busy but the room services was perfect and the overall preparation for Christmas were stunning

I came here for a business conference. It was an excellent venue for the conference. The rooms were very nice but small (typical for Europe though)
The only small shortcoming of the place (it isn't even their fault) is that there aren't a lot of good food options located in its vicinity
We stopped on the bar for a drink while live jazz was playing. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Full English and continental buffet
The rooms were big and comfortable, and the hotel is located in a walkable distance from a tube station. The bathrooms were spacious and clean and you'd do well to find a hotel of a better quality for the same price
The onsite restaurant served great food with a beautiful view of the river. The hotel was beautiful throughout and the conference areas as well. Bonus points for having a rowing machine in the fitness center!
The room has a large bathroom with a huge wall on shower as well as a bath. I especially liked the fluffy towelling slippers provided. The staff were efficient and friendly

Location is pretty good, very close to Buckingham palace. The rooms are what you would expect in a European hotel. I do think they are nicer than most I've stayed in. Our room was small but that's expected
Our AC worked great and the breakfast was probably the best I'd ever had in a European hotel
This hotel is beautifully elegant. I was upgraded to a lovely suite. Furnishings are stunning, bathroom and amenities superb, in room amazing coffee and tea selection, gorgeous lobby, great restaurants and bar
Lovely hotel, conveniently located next to Victoria Station. We had a suite, which was spacious and very comfortable. Staff was attentive and gracious. Generous complimentary breakfasts and happy hours
5 star hotel. 5 star service. Super location to literally everything! Breakfast was amazing!!! I'll miss that bacon? Rooms were spacious. Everything was absolutely perfect. I'll be back again.
Breakfast was great!! Loved staying here as it is very closely located to several tourist attractions in downtown London and in close proximity to some out of this world historic pubs

Went here for afternoon tea for my husband's birthday. Wonderful service and good food. Also gave us a slice of cake each to take away!!! Would definitely recommend the hot chocolate- delish
Had a lovely time (we had already eaten a lot of it before the pics was taken. ) You can also ask for me scones , hot drinks, and sandwiches if you want them
Great hotel, located I'm central London, right on Park Lane! Rooms were spacious and clean! Lobby can be crowded at times
But the Hotel went above and beyond to find my grandmother more comfortable bedding! Would highly recommend this hotel!
The customer service was exceptional and the rooms are very nice. I have absolutely no complaints about this hotel at all. I would recommend, or stay there again in a heartbeat
I had the opportunity to stay at the Grosvenor House in London this past week. This hotel is beautiful and located in the heart of London and all it has to offer

Park Plaza London Waterloo

A really quality hotel experience all around. The room prices were competitive and for what I got I was really pleased. The location of the hotel is a 10min walk to Big Ben, the Eye and Westminster Abbey
We easily walked passed Buckingham and a few other locations within 30min. The accommodations were great. The room is updated and modern. No view from the lower floors
There is a restaurant I didn't get to try but the Illy Cafe is great to grab a quick snack and coffee to start your day. The staff were really helpful and quick
Standard English breakfast in the morning, some baguettes and cereals offered too. Lots of tea, coffee and juice options. Overall hotel seems pretty high-tech and stylish
There are omelettes and poached eggs at on offer but I ordered a poached egg one morning which never arrived. The usual breakfast fare was there anyway so it was fine
Modern look and romantic atmosphere. You are paying mostly for the convenient location. Poor variety of services offered for the price payed

London Hilton on Park Lane
London, 22 Park Lane 🧭 Map
Excellent hotel with so much to offer. The Hilton Park lane is famous for being featured and referenced within movies time and time again. Making it one of The venues to stay at when visiting London
Aside from this small reduction in privacy, everything in the hotel was very good. The Executive Lounge offered the same service as most Hilton hotels with complimentary canapes and (alcoholic) beverages in the evening
The staff were so welcoming and friendly and just couldn’t do enough for you. I felt like I was being treated like a VIP
Situated in Mayfair, it is hard to top the Hilton Park Lane for class or location. Being a high rising hotel with the famous top floor bar and restaurant, this is one of the best venues in town
Top notch location, service and amenities. We spent a week in London and this was the perfect place to use as a base for our adventures. We upgraded to the Executive level and got access to the Executive suite
From the rooms that overlook the city to being in one of the most exclusive and expensive areas in London or the World for that matter

Located next to the O2 the hotel offers a nice view of the skyline of London. Staff is very friendly and capable. Rooms are spacious and modern with excellent facilities
Have stayed here many times in the last 18 months and am always pleased. Excellent staff all round, polite, friendly and professional
we were greeted by Mario on reception who was very welcoming and informative as it was our first stay! All staff we encountered were wonderful and helpful! Our room was amazing clean and had brilliant views of Canary Wharf! The bathroom just WOW! We were attending a concert at the O2 and you couldn’t of got any closer! We had breakfast included in our stay which was great and there was a wide selection...
The O2 at walking distance provides an alternative location to have dinner in one of many restaurants. Breakfast is great offering choices in bread and fresh fruit while providing a stunning view over the Thames river
You can get to the O2 through a special passageway too so no need to get wet! The rooms are spacious and well equipped with tea, coffee and toiletries. Breakfast is plentiful and worth every penny
The club lounge is a great value extra if you want to splash out for some peace and quiet. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from North Greenwich tube station and is easily accessible by car too

Hyatt Regency London - The Churchill
London, 30 Portman Square 🧭 Map
Breakfast was very good and he staff excellent. Location perfect, room was very good. Although as a woman I would have liked a magnifying mirror to use for my make-up, not having to phone housekeeping to bring me one.
Everything is excellent in this hotel, the service is quiet, the cleanliness is good, the food is excellent, the location is excellent
It was an unplanned visit but I will definitely come back here. Afternoon tea is very good. What can be better than having the tea sitting on a sofa in front of the fireplace
My favorite part is the Churchill Cigar Bar they have I wish I could just teleport that whole room to my house and make it a section of my place. I'll be back next time and I'll take a lot more and better pictures
Was already checked-in thanks to the Hyatt app but had to do the checked-in but must check-in "dance"; it would be better when the hotel industry catches up with the airline industry in its use of technology
The room is clean, comfortable and warm. I'm able to use the Regency Club which is charming with friendly staff and a decent selection of snacks and drinks

Our only criticism of the room would be that one side of the windows were fogged out [see photo] (I expect there was a good reason for this) however it would have been nice to enjoy the full views
This was one of the nicest hotels that I have had the pleasure to stay at. The staff was friendly and the service was good. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.
Love this hotel cos of the location. The facilities are good too. Pity they don't offer hot choc drink in the room anymore. Before their renovation they used to.
Don't think it is 5 Star but certainly a good 4 Star
My girlfriend and I stayed here over the weekend to celebrate our one year anniversary. We were greeted by very friendly front of house staff who offered to take out bags and showed us to the check in desk
We went out for the evening and came back to find our beds carefully turned down with classical music playing- a lovely touch. As well as this they replaced out water bottles and coffee

Classic Edwardian style. English 5 star luxury hotel. They have a may fair kitchen with amazing cuisine. Great rooms. Service is excellent. Staffs are pleasant. Good ambience. Near to green park station. Near hyde park
2 night stay, king deluxe room 6th floor. 606 Great room size, superb location to shops/restaurants. Service has been great, been really looked after
Attended a company meetings there. Main room was well laid out but a little warm for me. Food and drinks were served after the meeting with drinks readily available and food delivered quickly and in good quantity
Great hotel. Spent 2 nights there for our wedding and staff were very accommodating. Food was also very good.
Excellent staff in Hotel and door staff very helpful. BUT AVOID BREAKFAST ITS TERRIBLE AND SERVICE IS NIL STAFF BAD ATTITUDES RUNNING ROUND LIKE HEADLESS CHICKENS
Above all, 404 luxurious rooms and 12 of the capital’s most spectacular suites provide unforgettable experiences, and the later additions of the Cigar Room and the urban spa retreat ensure that The May Fair still competes in a league of its own

Had afternoon tea here with a friend last week. Lovely hotel and very decadent restaurant for lunch. Food was fantastic and service was excellent. Staff were very attentive and made experience super.
There are a few good places to eat on the doorstep of the hotel in Regent Street. So if you wish to escape the hotel catering which is brilliant but could be pricey for some, stroll around and you'll find ample places
My wife and I enjoyed five nights whilst visiting family. The location at the intersection of Mayfair, Marylebone and Soho is as good as it gets to access the city
We began with a cocktail in the bar. We then had afternoon tea with the Wedgwood settings. Staff were excellent and the food was really tasty
The hotel is near the north end of Regent St, quiet, but at the feet of all the shopping, pubs and restaurants just blocks away. The doormen and staff are lovely. The rooms are cozy and the bed extremely comfortable
I swear they never made me feel like I was checking in or like I was incapable of finding the check in desk. or maybe they just treat you as a returning guest who knows the 5 star place but that was great

What a beautiful time I had with my love ❤ staying here a few weeks ago. We had a gorgeous room with an amazing view of the park. The high tea with great friends was a special moment
Thank you for that! The food was so fresh and the tea was magnificent. The breakfast the next morning was superb. Our room was so cozy and spotless. Cannot wait to come back next year
Located right next to Kensington Palace and on Kensington high Street gives the hotel an impressive location both in terms of the beauty around and in terms of access / practicality
The rooms are well appointed, service is good and generally a pleasant experience ! Highlight - when stepping out I asked to borrow an umbrella, doorman goes 'take it, I trust you !' I am sure he was attentive and noticed I was staying there but impressive that he acted so nonchalant - I am sure the hotel is wise enough to not give away umbrellas
Wow. The location is incredible. Being right next to the parks and gardens I really enjoyed running in the morning and then having breakfast. Breakfast was fantastic! Definitely the best continental I have ever had.
Staff are very attentive and nothing seems to be too much hassle. Food is very good in the restaurant, with desert looking like a work of art. The rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, with feather pillows

Excellent hotel with nice suited rooms. The food was good on the restaurant and the spa massage enjoyable. Very well placed for the train station and underground also very close to the London Eye.
Just had a drink at the bar. Staff were nice although assumed the man in our party was paying, rather than my female friend. Atmosphere was lovely, drinks reasonably priced and the seats were comfortable.
Lovely hotel situated behind County Hall. Lovely staff, room was nice although no external view due to the windows facing into the mezzanine area, but a nice change
Only issue was water didnt seem hot enough for a shower when checking in after a long day of travel. Everything else was wonderful
