Holiday Inn Kensington High St., an IHG Hotel
London, Wrights Lane 🧭 Map
The hotel situates at a very good location, a short distance Heathrow Airport
Amazing hotel - amazing location - amazing pricing. Highly recommended. Kensington High street is a good place to stay for personal trip in London
Could have been better if new tv sets to be installed, with Netflix and Youtube available, as well as mirroring function of mobile phones onto it
Stay for 5 nights, close to the station, many shops and restaurant - Starbucks is in the hotel to grab quick coffee in the morning.
If you are travelling with big bags, this hotel is definitely not for you. The rooms are tiny and not worth the price point. Most of the British staff are super racist and not friendly at all
Didn't know why room cleaning not being done at daytime while we weren't out for traveling but knocking to ask for room cleaning in evening hours

Staff speak all languages so good for all visitors from anywhere in the world. Central location so can get anywhere in london easily
Fantastic location, breakfast was really good so much selection, staff so helpful love the pool and spa
Best hotel in London, real value for money. The room size was very good and location perfect , near to Westminister and other attractions like London Eye, London Bridge, Tower of London
Location is excellent. Room is big enough. Highly recommended
We had a good time at Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge, from reception to room layout and super convenient location, we did enjoy our stay for 3 nights
It's was quite crowded and had to queue for breakfast..room was quite dark but it's quite clean very business hotel you don't feel relax vibes.. because it's crowded but location is good near Waterloo station .

It's also a beautiful walk to lots of attractions. The breakfast is varied and good, we are vegans so we are very picky about breakfast and there was more than enough options to keep us happy
This is a beautiful and large hotel. We stayed here as 4 adults visiting London. It's nicely situated between two train stations, Edgeware and Paddington. Making it easy to get most places quickly
The breakfast staff is incredibly nice and helpful. There is a lot going on all the time, there is a lovely bar and there are no annoying keypasses on the elevators
Despite its size and how busy it is, the rooms are quiet and our view was nice. I would totally recommend this hotel!
Location and room was very nice for its price. It is a bit on the not popular area but its really close to marylebone and paddington. The rooms were huge so that was really comfortable
Diamond lounge is good, but food offered us pretty bad. Drink selections limited, but name brands

The Tower Hotel,
London, St Katherines' Way 🧭 Map
The hotel offers an excellent location with clean and well-maintained facilities and rooms. Overall, our stay was very pleasant
When I notified the staff they put a ‘cooler’ in the room that did absolutely nothing. The hotel had renovation going on which was only noticeable from the outside but was not disclosed when booking
The hotel is perfectly located and easy to reach. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes located nearby. The best view from the window is guaranteed no matter where your room is located: river or marina side.
Best location I’ve ever stayed at in London.  We asked and paid for a tower view which was amazing
Great location. Easy to park the car. Room view excellent I will stay there again no problem
The only reason I’ve given fewer points on service is because we didn’t need it.  Everything was so easy from the self check-in at reception to express checkout. We’ve already booked to return at Christmas

London, 372 Strand 🧭 Map
Good service. Rooms were older then expected. Bed good but washroom could use update. Great location. Scent in lobby too strong. Would return :)
I first went to the strand Palace in1970 when I was six and have been many times since even though we live in Cheltenham. Central location to all you need this hotel has never disappointed me and now older my wife. 🇬🇧🥂
The location was good. The room was not spacious. I left my adapter in the room but never get it back. The breakfast was good too.
It is walking distance to many eateries (though many overpriced, use Google Map reviews to find the reasonably priced options), many West End theatres, and also to the Westminster area (Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Parliament)
Service staff were friendly, from the porters handling left luggage, to the receptionist checking us in. Only one small note - the bedsheets had some black stains which did not come off when I rubbed it
I did not have breakfast, nor did I dine at their restaurants or bars so I cannot comment. I did not use their facilities as well, as I was out and about the entire day, so again I cannot comment

St Giles – A St Giles Hotel
London, Bedford Avenue 🧭 Map
Is just 10 min walk from the new Elizabeth line which go directly to Heathrow Airport. Just that there is a small steps from main entrance to the reception where you need to pick up your own luggage
Other than that, there is lift access to your own floor. Room is slightly small with some mild mold odour. However, bed and pillow is good. I would come back again but maybe ask for another room next time
Breakfast costs £15 per person, with a standard selection served early (from 6:30 am), convenient if you're in a rush. Noise insulation could be better; sirens from the main street were noticeable at night
The room was comfortable, though the bathroom was a bit small, but functional. Housekeeping was consistent—beds were made, and supplies restocked whenever we used the "Please Clean The Room" sign
Superb location at Tottenham court near Oxford street and Covent Garden where all the shopping and dinning places. Direct train from Heathrow airport. Cozy and clean room for solo traveller
The hotel is in a perfect location for a West End break although it is very noisy at night. Staff are friendly and efficient. The bed was very comfortable but overall the room was ‘tired’

Thank you Sunanda for arranging the doctor immediately. She is very helpful ☺️, and thank you Rebecca explaining the express check out service. Only the water pressure for the shower is not good enough
Pretty basic - not hugely impressive, but has what you need. Location is good
so I didn't know how it works and one more thing we were given a room but when we checked the bed was broken from beneath so we told the reception to change or room other vise maybe from 200 pound deposit some amount may be have been deducted that we have damaged it
Within walking distance of the train station, places to eat and shopping areas. I was the only one in our travelling group of 4 who had issues with getting my room cleaned
I had to make several complaints at the front desk before it was resolved. Aside that, I had an awesome, convenient stay. Shout out to ******* at the front desk!
some rules were confusing as 200 pound was asked before check in as a security deposit if any damage has be done during or stay

The condition of the pillow and bed sheets are not that clean but otherwise everything is good.
The hotel staff are friendly, room is spacious enough for 2 pax and our bags, toiletries and towels are provided. Conveniently located near Great Portland Road (3 min walk) and Warren Street Station (9 min walk)
Felt safe to walk back alone as a female at night as well. Only thing to note is that there is no lift at Great Portland Street station so you'll need to carry the luggage up the stairs
The most satisfying hotel I've ever stayed in London. The breakfast is very rich and delicious, and drinks and snacks are provided during the day
The breakfast is rich. There is a subway station and bus station nearby, which is very convenient. Next to it is Regent's Park, which is very suitable for a walk. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic. Very satisfied
The hotel is also a 1-minute walk from the Great Portland Street tube station and a 10-minute train ride to Euston Station. The location is very convenient. For the price in London, the hotel is pretty good

Good location and the hotel staff were really good. Some nice restaurants close by. Enjoyed the stay very much
I came here for a business conference. It was an excellent venue for the conference. The rooms were very nice but small (typical for Europe though)
This was a very good London travel experience
Booked this hotel for a for a birthday weekend, customer service was good very lovely and helpful and they even upgraded us for free due to having a small issue with our room and it being a birthday weekend
We booked an "Executive Double Room with River View" with a double bed. Initially, the hotel reception made a mistake and assigned us a room with two single beds. Later, the hotel assigned us another room with river view
We could see Westminster Abbey, Big Ben and London Eye, and there was a big sky, which was pleasing to the eyes. In addition, there was a bus stop near the hotel, which was very convenient

Beautiful hotel with excellent staff in a great location. Recommended
We had returned to the room to find the hot water bottle I had used the night before, in exactly the same place i had left it when i left the room that morning, meaning the bedspread was just pulled over and smoothed out and the mini bar was not replenished that day so we had to call it in and wait almost an hour for them to come before we could get some rest for the afternoon
Breakfast was great!! Loved staying here as it is very closely located to several tourist attractions in downtown London and in close proximity to some out of this world historic pubs
Fab hotel and staff. Room very clean. Bed comfy. Breakfast was amazing !
Best hotel! Everything was amazing. Service, location and cleanliness was on point.
Beautiful hotel right above Victoria Station. Complimentary mini bar replenished daily. Service staff were all very helpful and friendly though housekeeping needs some improvement

The location is excellent, the environment is good, and the hotel has its own restaurants. It is within 30 minutes walking distance from major shopping malls
The service is very good, the staff is friendly, the hotel is very beautiful and clean, and the location is also very good. It is close to Oxford Street, Bond Street and Regent Street, and it is convenient for shopping.
The room is big, and the bathroom is big too. The location is good, quiet in a busy area. The breakfast is average
The hotel has a beautiful and clean environment. The room facilities are clean and comfortable. We stayed for two consecutive nights. It is close to Hyde Park and Buckingham Palace. It is very convenient for travel
London hotels are old, broken and small, and the cost performance is almost negligible. However, when titanium gold is everywhere in China, I unexpectedly succeeded in upgrading to a suite in London, which touched me
This time I came to London to go through formalities. The location of this hotel is very good. The breakfast quality is good, but there is nothing new about those things

The hotel is amazing, and the trainees at the reception were very helpful. The concierge provided useful information about parking our motorbike nearby at a good price. Thank you!
It was a great experience all together, good location, clean and amazing staff, approachable and helpful.  Will come back again
This hotel was great. Good location. Nice pool, sauna and steam room. Receptionist was very nice.
The service is good. The room is clean. The only thing missing is slippers.
Had a great little upgrade on the day from the hotel staff when we checked in. The view from our room was great. Can see the london eye and all the trains leaving from waterloo. The sauna and pool was great too.
A really quality hotel experience all around. The room prices were competitive and for what I got I was really pleased. The location of the hotel is a 10min walk to Big Ben, the Eye and Westminster Abbey

I booked this hotel on behalf of my brother for his wedding night. They loved the room but wasn’t a great view. Cleanliness was good and service was great.
All good, the staff ate very friendly and we have a very comfortable stay. Thank you 😊
Located in zone 2/3, it is quite far away from city centre, and the price is lower than that of five star hotels in London. If you need to travel a lot to the centre, it may not the best choice.
Seamless stay, very polite staff and great breakfast with fresh juices and a'la carte selection. Walking distance to metro station and Cable Car if yoy're heading to Excel.
We went to see Tate McRae at the O2 and with the link from the hotel to the O2 we were there in minutes. Amazing Hotel, Amazing breakfast and an amazing location.
Amazing facilities and great location for concert! Very clean and provided everything you need along with an amazing view from the room. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay at the Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill. The staff were professional and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city
This hotel has the perfect location where I could easily access to the underground. Highly recommended for its good service and nice rooms
Old hotel, good location, convenient for shopping nearby. The room facilities are a little old, but the exterior is OK. There is a Cantonese restaurant nearby, the taste is good, recommended.

Attended a company meetings there. Main room was well laid out but a little warm for me. Food and drinks were served after the meeting with drinks readily available and food delivered quickly and in good quantity

The accommodation service is very good. The breakfast is the best I have ever cooked in so many five-star hotels. It is very, very rich.
The location is excellent, shopping is convenient, and there are various restaurants within walking distance. The service is also very considerate, and they proactively helped with luggage
Melissa’s attention to detail stood out as she remembered my preferences, which made me feel truly valued and at home. Their enthusiasm extended to my departure, ensuring that my check-out process was just as smooth
I had a very comfortable stay for three days. I recommend the afternoon tea, which is beautiful and delicious. There is a pianist, and I really like the flowers in the lobby

Lovely hotel. Great location. Friendly staff. Thank you for complementary early check in and late check out 🫶🏽
Amazing experience ❤️👍🏻
I have to close the curtain throughout the stay for privacy and the room is effectively a windowless room. So if you are booking a twin room in this hotel, please assume you will be assigned a windowless room
com platform, one of them clearly states that its window is facing the corridor, while the other one didn't mention anything about inward facing windows and have a photo of the london eye outside the window
I selected the later one thinking I will at least get an outside facing window but unfortunately I was still assigned a room with windows facing the corridor
I booked a twin room in this hotel but was assigned a room with windows facing the corridor. It was very claustrophobic and the air ventilation is very poor
