Located a short walk from Wembley stadium it is ideal if you are looking for a hotel near the stadium. There are plenty of rooms spread across 9 floors. The room was spacious and clean and there was a good selection of food as part of breakfast.
It's ok. Basic room but service could be better. We stayed for 4nights during one of the busiest period and we have to kept on going to reception area to get our keys sorted EVERYDAY. To top it up they didn't get their system to syncronised well so they thought we suppose to check out after one night. The concierge kept on coming to our room, entering our room while our boys are asleep. In my view...
Nice clean room, comfortable bed with a great selection of pillows. Located a three minute walk from the station the hotel provides easy access to central London. It is also close to the outlet centre, which offers a wide range of shops and restaurants.
Great location for nearby concert and sports venues. Close to a wide selection of restaurants. Includes many facilities like gym, spa, conference areas, bar, and a restaurant with a buffet breakfast. Rooms were very clean and met my expectations, and staff were nice and very helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

My friend and I stayed at Pan Pacific London and had an amazing experience. The hotel is beautiful and modern, with a great view, delicious breakfast, and there is even a swimming pool. All the staff were so polite and welcoming. My friend is particular about hygiene, and she was impressed with how clean and well-maintained the hotel is.
We booked two rooms for a 2-night family stay in London—a Devonshire Suite and a Classic Room. The hotel’s cleanliness, amenities and location were excellent, with plenty of eateries nearby, as well as a Tesco express and Liverpool Street Station just a short walk away. However, there was a small hiccup during our stay. We had extended our check-out to 2 PM due to late flight, but it seems this wasn...
It is in the City of London. Staffs are helpful. The restaurant is excellent.
This hotel is exceptional. Everything has been thought of to ensure guest has the best experience. Well equipped, swimming pool and spa facilities are much better compared to the similar type hotels. I would definitely recommend and return back. 10/10.
Second time in the hotel, convenient location, amazing room and service. Very enjoyable stay

2nd time staying here in a month. Fabulous hotel. Excellent service and the gym, spa and rooms are amazing. Food brilliant. This is my go to place for sure whenever I’m in London.
Had a nice stayed everything was clean it was a nice experience
This is not a 5 star hotel as advertised, 4 star at best. Hotel looks tired. Staff friendly and room decent size but lacked quality I would expect from 5 star hotel. Notes everywhere about no smoking and had to sign a disclaimer! Only provide 2 bottles of the room and yet another note to say any others would be chargeable. This is not a hotel I would recommend and I wouldn’t stay again.
Room was clean but the decor was dated. The curtains were not fitted well and let light in that woke me early in the morning. On arrival we had to wait 5 minutes for someone to turn up at the desk to check us in. However, all areas were very clean and the staff were polite. The hotel served our purpose of a room for the bright following a function we were attending.
I booked a massage at the hotel, but I didn't really get any information
Perfect for a trip to London. Starting to look a little dated now, but still good. Comfy bed.

all the staff are extremely kind but most of them do not have an idea what to do. as it was the case with the concierges, also at the reception they were so confused even to find my room at check out
Classic Hotels Never Disappoint Superb service from the minute I walked in. Nothing was too much trouble. Great help with parking, my two dogs no problem and no extra cost. The room very well-proportioned and the hotel itself just very peaceful. It's got that sort of '90s American hotel charm about it, but what it lacks in modern decor, it makes up for in terms of space and comfort.
Worst bruger ever from room service. Front office lovely and kind. Hotel needs an refurb
Not the best experience! Couldn’t fault the hotel itself or the concierge staff, all staff very polite but very slow service. Asked for early check in when booking a week before stay, didn’t get any response until the morning of check in but was not available. Arrived a couple hours early and was able to leave luggage which was handy. Upon arriving 10mins before check in time the room was still not...

Lovely staff. Comfortable rooms. Incredible food. This wonderful hotel was my home for 10 days. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient. The daily meals were delicious and varied. My room was very modern, had more than enough space for daily activities, and the super-fast internet made keeping in touch with family and working remotely a breeze.
Thank you for making our quarantine so wonderful. I was having panic attacks from all the horror stories I had read about hotel quarantine. Booked 2 rooms in this hotel for my trip , 2 rooms suffer air conditioning issue, problem resolved after changed the room, but it required to negotiate with the front desk for long time. For another room, the air-conditioning issue cannot be resolved and what we can do is to open the window.
Didn't know why room cleaning not being done at daytime while we weren't out for traveling but knocking to ask for room cleaning in evening hours
The hotel situates at a very good location, a short distance Heathrow Airport.  Could have been better if new tv sets to be installed, with Netflix and Youtube available, as well as mirroring function of mobile phones onto it.
If you are travelling with big bags, this hotel is definitely not for you. The rooms are tiny and not worth the price point. Most of the British staff are super racist and not friendly at all. The location is great, and the rooms seem clean but that’s about it.
Stay for 5 nights, close to the station, many shops and restaurant - Starbucks is in the hotel to grab quick coffee in the morning.

The hotel itself is nice and clean, very well located. The problem is it is big so it is quite crowded especially during breakfast. Breakfast choices are quite limited. We have requested for extra towels, a shower cap but never received.
The location is the only reason why you would book this hotel. The guy at the front desk asked for my ID looked at it and confirmed the name on it and still somehow managed to assign me to a room that other people were already in. Open going down to correc this issue, no apology was given and he was very rude insisting that I made the mistake, even though he asked and looked at my ID to confirm my...

We had a good time at Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge, from reception to room layout and super convenient location, we did enjoy our stay for 3 nights. This is a beautiful and large hotel. We stayed here as 4 adults visiting London. It's nicely situated between two train stations, Edgeware and Paddington. Making it easy to get most places quickly. Location and room was very nice for its price. It is a bit on the not popular area but its really close to marylebone and paddington. The rooms were huge so that was really comfortable
Disappointing. No housekeeping was done over the 4 days I was there. There was amenities in the toilet and all the shampoo and body gel bottles were empty

Lady Fahzay at reception was so helpful n friendly. Night shift reception is also resourceful. If u wish to leave luggage after checkout it’s £2.50 each piece, that’s unheard of
Booked a Superia twin room which was very adequate. Small fridge, shower over the bath, plenty of storage and places to put suitcases. Room refreshed everyday.
The hotel is ideally located just a 5-minute walk from the underground station. However, I was disappointed to find that luggage storage incurs a fee of £2.5 per item, which was not mentioned when I booked. This lack of transparency affected my decision to stay here. Additionally, the air conditioning vent is blocked by the curtains, making the room warm, and the soundproofing is poor, with disruptive...

Great location as usual. Is just 10 min walk from the new Elizabeth line which go directly to Heathrow Airport. Reception is great. Just that there is a small steps from main entrance to the reception where you need to pick up your own luggage. Other than that, there is lift access to your own floor. Room is slightly small with some mild mold odour. However, bed and pillow is good. I would come back...
The room was comfortable, though the bathroom was a bit small, but functional. Housekeeping was consistent—beds were made, and supplies restocked whenever we used the "Please Clean The Room" sign. Breakfast costs £15 per person, with a standard selection served early (from 6:30 am), convenient if you're in a rush. Noise insulation could be better; sirens from the main street were noticeable at night
Nice location, hotel staffs are accommodating and friendly

We stayed 3 nights and very impressed about the hotel, the location is very close to bus/underground stations. The room is clean and tidy especially the bed and pillows are very soft that we slept so well
I had to leave the hotel a few days early due to a family problem and requested a refund. Unfortunately, even though I sent the hotel five emails, the hotel refused to even respond. This is disappointing and I request the hotel management to follow up. The answer is not important, but the fact that they are mishandling the customer is very, very bad.
Pretty basic - not hugely impressive, but has what you need. Location is good
Room is comparably spacious . Very Good Service. Thank you Sunanda for arranging the doctor immediately . She is very helpful ☺️, and thank you Rebecca explaining the express check out service . She is very helpful too ☺️. Only the water pressure for the shower is not good enough . Others were all fine .
It was a good stay .some rules were confusing as 200 pound was asked before check in as a security deposit if any damage has be done during or stay .the amount was debited and it was credited but it was not reflecting in our bank account once we land back in our home country.so I didn't know how it works and one more thing we were given a room but when we checked the bed was broken from beneath...

I use this hotel as a meeting venue. It's convenient in London just next door to the Gloucester Road tube. The hotel itself is excellent value for money considering it's location. The meeting rooms I have used are perfectly fine for an internal meeting, they are abit tired As are the bedrooms but perfectly adequate. The staff are helpful but trying to find one sometimes can be a little tricky!
For a large hotel with a diversity of customers, the Millennium Gloucester delivered a consistency with staff friendliness and helpfulness including the restaurant hostess and wait personnel, reception, concierge and maintenance staff. We stayed for a week, and our room was exceptionally quiet and functional. The housekeeping supervisor came to our room to inquire about our satisfaction. The features...
These guys are the best. Yes the Hotel is elegant and is perfectly positioned in Kensington but what sets them apart is after arriving at 640AM a wretched night in a sleeper car from Edinburgh where the mattress was shedding fiberglass so that every inch of me itched and my AirBNB did not open until 3pm, these folks answered the phone at 5 AM while inbound on the train, confirmed a room would be available...

Only thing to note is that there is no lift at Great Portland Street station so you'll need to carry the luggage up the stairs....
The most satisfying hotel I've ever stayed in London. The breakfast is very rich and delicious, and drinks and snacks are provided during the day. It is very close to the subway station and Regent's Park, which is very convenient for bird hunting!
Nice hotel, friendly staff, worth recommending to everyone
There was someone talking in the next room at 5am, and it didn't stop for half an hour, so I walked directly to the front desk to complain. The front desk was in front of me and called the next room to ask them to lower the sound.
