This is not a 5 star hotel as advertised, 4 star at best. Hotel looks tired. Staff friendly and room decent size but lacked quality I would expect from 5 star hotel. Notes everywhere about no smoking and had to sign a disclaimer! Only provide 2 bottles of the room and yet another note to say any others would be chargeable. This is not a hotel I would recommend and I wouldn’t stay again.

Room was clean but the decor was dated. The curtains were not fitted well and let light in that woke me early in the morning. On arrival we had to wait 5 minutes for someone to turn up at the desk to check us in. However, all areas were very clean and the staff were polite. The hotel served our purpose of a room for the bright following a function we were attending.

Perfect for a trip to London. Starting to look a little dated now, but still good. Comfy bed.

Overall a lovely stay. We were given a complimentary upgrade which was nice. The room was spacious and comfortable but a little tired with the bathroom taps and shower screen needing a little attention. Room service was great and the Spa was a nice place to spend a couple of hours, would recommend the evening rate from 8-10pm for £10. Great food, both breakfast and dinner. Reception were very easy going with our requests and were quite flexible. Only request would be that we wouldnt have to pay additional the amenities such as accessing the spa.

The room in the hotel was wonderful. It was clean and spacious. There was also a smartphone that you could take with you, which was a lifesaver when I went sightseeing. Booked 2 rooms in this hotel for my trip , 2 rooms suffer air conditioning issue, problem resolved after changed the room, but it required to negotiate with the front desk for long time. For another room, the air-conditioning issue cannot be resolved and what we can do is to open the window.

The hotel situates at a very good location, a short distance Heathrow Airport.  Could have been better if new tv sets to be installed, with Netflix and Youtube available, as well as mirroring function of mobile phones onto it.

If you are travelling with big bags, this hotel is definitely not for you. The rooms are tiny and not worth the price point. Most of the British staff are super racist and not friendly at all. The location is great, and the rooms seem clean but that’s about it.

Stay for 5 nights, close to the station, many shops and restaurant - Starbucks is in the hotel to grab quick coffee in the morning.

The hotel itself is nice and clean, very well located. The problem is it is big so it is quite crowded especially during breakfast. Breakfast choices are quite limited. We have requested for extra towels, a shower cap but never received.

We had a good time at Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge, from reception to room layout and super convenient location, we did enjoy our stay for 3 nights. One bonus at this hotel that we found out the room has a microwave and mini fridge, which is super useful if traveling with kids. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay at famous landmark like Big Ben, London Eye or Waterloo Station etc.

Really bad experience. We all developed skin rash sleeping on the beds check in took forever. Staff were very rude at reception. All night we heard banging sounds. Very unpleasant stay. We booked 2 rooms and paid a lot of money.

We stayed 3 nights and very impressed about the hotel, the location is very close to bus/underground stations. The room is clean and tidy especially the bed and pillows are very soft that we slept so well

I had to leave the hotel a few days early due to a family problem and requested a refund. Unfortunately, even though I sent the hotel five emails, the hotel refused to even respond. This is disappointing and I request the hotel management to follow up. The answer is not important, but the fact that they are mishandling the customer is very, very bad.

Highly recommended. Within walking distance of the train station, places to eat and shopping areas. I was the only one in our travelling group of 4 who had issues with getting my room cleaned...I had to make several complaints at the front desk before it was resolved. I use this hotel as a meeting venue. It's convenient in London just next door to the Gloucester Road tube. The hotel itself is excellent value for money considering it's location. The meeting rooms I have used are perfectly fine for an internal meeting, they are abit tired As are the bedrooms but perfectly adequate. The staff are helpful but trying to find one sometimes can be a little tricky!

This hotel is amazing. Rom the room to the location. It's right next to Gloucester Road station and there are so many restaurants and and supermarkets around which makes it so easy to find whatever you need at whatever time. Staff are amazingly friendly and so helpful. The gym is big and so are the rooms. My stay here is always so wonderful.

The hotel staff are friendly, room is spacious enough for 2 pax and our bags, toiletries and towels are provided. Conveniently located near Great Portland Road (3 min walk) and Warren Street Station (9 min walk). Felt safe to walk back alone as a female at night as well. Only thing to note is that there is no lift at Great Portland Street station so you'll need to carry the luggage up the stairs....

The most satisfying hotel I've ever stayed in London. The breakfast is very rich and delicious, and drinks and snacks are provided during the day. It is very close to the subway station and Regent's Park, which is very convenient for bird hunting!

There was someone talking in the next room at 5am, and it didn't stop for half an hour, so I walked directly to the front desk to complain. The front desk was in front of me and called the next room to ask them to lower the sound.

Got to hotel around 12:30 didn’t expect the room to be ready but dropped bag and was told by hotel that they would text as soon as room was ready as it was our wedding anniversary and we needed to get changed. We received no text and did not get into our room until 8pm

Had a great stay at the Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill. The staff were professional and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Would definitely stay here again.

First of all, this is a famous hotel, located in a very good place. It is especially convenient for those who love shopping to go to Niujie Street, which can be reached on foot.

The location is great but my experience was somewhat marred by the service. Our room was well-decorated, featuring a comfortable bed. The amenities were satisfactory, including a mini-fridge and complimentary Wi-Fi. Housekeeping was efficient, keeping the room clean and tidy. Unfortunately, this was where my experience fell short.
