Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London
London, Westminster Bridge Road 🧭 Map
A wonderful place, suitable for the price, with views of both the wheel and Big Ben. I took a room with a view of Big Ben, but did not take into account that it is under restoration. Well it's not their fault. The hotel is truly divine. It’s a pity that smoking is not allowed, they smoke on the street, but I understand that this is the case all over London.
Excellent hotel!!!
The hotel is beautiful. Breakfast was lovely and the spa and pool are free. The only reason I'm giving 4 star review was because a fire alarm went off around 3am at night which meant all of us spent an hour trying to get out of the hotel only to be told to go back to our rooms because everything was fine. This was very difficult with all the people around. I didn't sleep well that night. It didn't...
Beautiful lovely hotel had fantastic views x staff were out of this world couldn't do enough for you. Cocktails were a little bit pricey but didn't stop us. Staff speak all languages so good for all visitors from anywhere in the world. Central location so can get anywhere in london easily. Rooms were amazing. Can't wait to return.
Great location if visiting London. Easy access to 2 tube stations, and many attractions near by. Staff were great and rooms were clean and quiet. Great feature in the room was a side by side mini fridge. One side stocked with items for purchase the other empty allowing u to store essentials like beer.

Holiday Inn London Kensington High St., an IHG Hotel
London, Wrights Lane 🧭 Map
Good hotel. Room was very small but sufficient for a single traveler. Good service and convenient location near tube for circle and district lines. Concierge service was great and even lent me an umbrella for free. I would definitely go back.
The staff is wonderful! From the doorman to the front desk, everyone was very kind and helpful! Check in was easy and we were so thankful to leave our bags at the hotel before our room was ready. The room was very clean and the location was amazing! Beautiful 5 minute walk every morning to the tube. Would definitely stay again.
Conveniently sited and well appointed. The hotel entrance gives a sense of size and space which is both relaxing and also in contrast with its small and compact guest rooms. Staff are helpful and pleasant. Not overly expensive. Great for the weekend trip. Less so for the long stay guest
it's a top hotel!
Rooms are quite small, but clean and comfortable. The shower hose had a slight hole in it but it was still usable. There was a huge choice at breakfast to set you up for the day. Didn't really make use of the pool or the spa, it would have been nice if this was included in the price. All in all, a lovely staff. The door men were very helpful offering to help us with our bags etc.

The Tower Hotel, London
London, St Katherines' Way 🧭 Map
Stayed here just the once on memorial weekend in 2017. The hotel facilities are amazing and well worth the prices in my own opinion. The rooms aren’t cheap, but the location is fantastic! You are right outside the Tower of London and there’s a tube station round the corner.
Staff are very friendly and helpful, there was a big group of us staying and all checking in at the same time so it could have...
A pretty crowded hotel - I had to wait for approximately 20 minutes at the check-in queue! The views are stunning - and even though I didn’t manage to get a room facing Tower Bridge, I was still impressed with the panorama. The room was quite large and the bed extremely comfortable. I only had a small issue, due to which I give this place 4 stars - long story short, I travelled for “business” purposes...
I attended a wedding here. Beautiful place with great views from the room windows. The function rooms and halls are also very well placed. Coatroom staff were a bit off in their own world and took about 20 minutes to carry out a simple task, but everything else made up for it. The layout is a little confusing at times, but the decor makes up for that.
Stunning view of Tower Bridge. Room was average, bed firm but comfortable. Hotel staff are polite. However... breakfast is a stressful challenging experience with queues for tables and food starting early. Xi bar - Often bar staff add their own tips to your bill without asking. Same experience in the coffee bar on the ground floor.
Just got back from a fabulous weekend with my sister! Hotel is in a wonderful position we had a Thames and Tower Bridge view - amazing at night!! Big thanks to Paulo who checked us in and to Fabio who sorted our WiFi (several times!) The staff were professional, friendly and helpful.
Would certainly recommend this hotel.

Hilton London Metropole
London, 225 Edgware Road 🧭 Map
Love this hotel normally. Spent several nights there recently in a room without air conditioning during a "heat wave". AC was out in most of the hotel the whole week. A hotel with this much traffic needs to make comfort priority one. That said, I will stay there in the future. It is convenient if you need to move about the city or the country. I'll just make sure I ask about the AC before booking.
Great experience I have to say. From the moment we entered untill we have to leave now. All staff more than courteous and went the extra mile to answer any questions. Breakfast was a highlight and rooms were amazing and spacious and silent at night. Restaurant is expensive but food is excellent quality. Hope to come back again soon !!!
I was surprised how welcoming this place was, with a grand entrance and so close to Paddington the service was hard to beat. Quiet, and relatively spacious rooms. So easy to get to the platforms and the executive lounge was well stocked and has great food options.
A just average experience at a high priced Hilton. Desk staff not very responsive. Housekeeping manager very nice and helpful. They didn't fulfill my special orders until I complained. They can do better. I'm a diamond member. Diamond lounge is good, but food offered us pretty bad. Drink selections limited, but name brands.

Intercontinental London - The O2, an IHG Hotel
London, 1 Waterview Drive 🧭 Map
Have stayed here many times in the last 18 months and am always pleased. Excellent staff all round, polite, friendly and professional. The club lounge is a great value extra if you want to splash out for some peace and quiet. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from North Greenwich tube station and is easily accessible by car too. If you have the budget, check out the tasting menu in the Peninsula restaurant...
Lovely hotel in a great location. Just a few minutes walk to the underground. You can get to the O2 through a special passageway too so no need to get wet! The rooms are spacious and well equipped with tea, coffee and toiletries. Breakfast is plentiful and worth every penny. Staff are polite and helpful. The Peninsula restaurant is fabulous with fantastic views across the river.
Very nice Hotel. Staff were brilliant, professional and very polite. Rooms were immaculate. Overall impressions were outstanding. Whole hotel was clean in every area. One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in to date.
Located next to the O2 the hotel offers a nice view of the skyline of London. Staff is very friendly and capable. Rooms are spacious and modern with excellent facilities. The O2 at walking distance provides an alternative location to have dinner in one of many restaurants. Breakfast is great offering choices in bread and fresh fruit while providing a stunning view over the Thames river. Take a boot...
Wonderful first stay at the Intercontinental last night.... we were greeted by Mario on reception who was very welcoming and informative as it was our first stay!
All staff we encountered were wonderful and helpful! Our room was amazing clean and had brilliant views of Canary Wharf! The bathroom just WOW! We were attending a concert at the O2 and you couldn’t of got any closer!

Park Plaza London Riverbank
London, 18 Albert Embankment 🧭 Map
I came here for a business conference. It was an excellent venue for the conference. The rooms were very nice but small (typical for Europe though). The onsite restaurant served great food with a beautiful view of the river. The hotel was beautiful throughout and the conference areas as well. Bonus points for having a rowing machine in the fitness center!
The rooms were big and comfortable, and the hotel is located in a walkable distance from a tube station. The bathrooms were spacious and clean and you'd do well to find a hotel of a better quality for the same price. The only small shortcoming of the place (it isn't even their fault) is that there aren't a lot of good food options located in its vicinity.
If you get room 1260 you'll be woken up in the night by the ice machine that's right outside. It's trying to be uber trendy with wall to wall LED lights as if you're looking in the night sky in the main foyer above the escalators to the restaurant. Almost reminded me of the entrance to a fashionable clothes store. Bed was a bit hard and four small pillows, but I think that's the minimalist style they...
We stayed here for our anniversary celebration. The river side view was great. We had a double room but the bed was bigger than king size and was very comfy. The room has a large bathroom with a huge wall on shower as well as a bath.
I especially liked the fluffy towelling slippers provided.
The staff were efficient and friendly. We stopped on the bar for a drink while live jazz was playing. Great...
Great service. Good location you can reach important things by foot. Good view if you have got a room on the river side. Only negative is that your car is parked sometimes far off the hotel. But except this its a good choice. It's focused on business guests but the personal is family friendly, too.
Polite, about the normal number. But expensive Breakfast

Royal Garden Hotel
London, 2-24 Kensington High St 🧭 Map
Loved our stay at the Royal garden. The staff really made it feel special. The location is great and restaurant views over the park. Hoping to return for another visit soon
Worked at the RGH on a conference. Staff on site & catering were outstanding. Facilities clean and welcoming. However the rooms were ice cold. Plus I would have likes to have seen greener products and more evidence of Eco business.
Located right next to Kensington Palace and on Kensington high Street gives the hotel an impressive location both in terms of the beauty around and in terms of access / practicality. Oxford Street is a short bus trip away, Harrods is close (if that's your thing ), all of Kensington high Street (nothing spectacular but nice to look around). The Kensington palace grounds are quite nice and lots of people...
What a beautiful time I had with my love ❤ staying here a few weeks ago. We had a gorgeous room with an amazing view of the park. The high tea with great friends was a special moment. I got to play the piano. Thank you for that! The food was so fresh and the tea was magnificent. The breakfast the next morning was superb. The staff was super friendly. Wow. The location is incredible. Being right next to the parks and gardens I really enjoyed running in the morning and then having breakfast. Breakfast was fantastic! Definitely the best continental I have ever had.
Wonderful hotel. Staff are very attentive and nothing seems to be too much hassle. Food is very good in the restaurant, with desert looking like a work of art. The rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, with feather pillows. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again.

Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington
London, Scarsdale Place, Kensington 🧭 Map
Lack of renovation, the breakfast is a nightmare.
We went to the Copthorne Tara Hotel for afternoon tea, we had a voucher and though it was excellent value. You got unlimited tea which was a bonus and a great selection of sandwiches, scones and desserts. The bread could have been been fresher and they needed more selection for the vegetarian. The staff were attentive and made sure we were happy. It is also a hotel with a chiense restaurant and a bar...
Very nice hotel and good location, close to the bus and metro station. Many restaurants around and also many shops.
The staff was particularly nice, we could even make our check-in before 12.
We had a club room, which offers a great view and a happy hour.

The Clermont London, Victoria
London, 101 Buckingham Palace Road 🧭 Map
The customer service experience, notably David the Reception Manager
Location is pretty good, very close to Buckingham palace. The rooms are what you would expect in a European hotel. I do think they are nicer than most I've stayed in. Our room was small but that's expected. Our AC worked great and the breakfast was probably the best I'd ever had in a European hotel.
This hotel is beautifully elegant. I was upgraded to a lovely suite. Furnishings are stunning, bathroom and amenities superb, in room amazing coffee and tea selection, gorgeous lobby, great restaurants and bar. Beautiful hotel with impeccable and speedy service at all hours. It is an elegant jewel in the Marriott hotels stable of upmarket hotels.
Lovely hotel, conveniently located next to Victoria Station. We had a suite, which was spacious and very comfortable. Staff was attentive and gracious. Generous complimentary breakfasts and happy hours. No real complaints. I would definitely stay there again.
I stayed here on two separate trips for roughly 1 week a piece. The hotel is extremely charming to a London first-timer, and is located at the all too convenient Victoria Underground station(it's literally built into the hotel). The restaurants, gym and rooms were all wonderful. I did have an issue with my room being too noisy (the bed was next to the door), and Ashu, a concierge member worked diligently...
Very nice place to stay, fantastic position, nice room and the staff is very kindly.

One of the best stays, ever! I’ve never had so much friendly attention by the Hotel employees so far. If any way possible I would love to return to the Marylebone Hotel when in London!
This hotel is very well situated, close to Bond Street, Oxford Circus, Baker Street and Regent's Park Underground Stations . The staff are very friendly and helpful. The internal decor is very contemporary, and it does not stay static. Each time I visit, there is always a positive change to the internal decoration. Perfect location, rooms to small, good breakfast, friendly staff. We had to change the room since bathroom was not very clean and destroyed.
The location is amazing if you planning to shop in Oxford Street as it few blocks behind John Louise. There is always taxis outside. As well as, there are a lovely cafes very close to it.

Loved our stay at the hotel, the deluxe room was fairly sized but I would think the regular rooms might be a little small. Not your average hotel, very hip/industrial but has all the amenities anyone can ask for. Location is also very convenient to all activities and shopping around shoreditch. Would definitely stay again.
My wife and I went to the Ace for a single night away from the kids. The room was lovely, the staff were all very helpful and not snooty for such a 'cool' hotel. The lobby is perpetually filled with hip young things tapping on their MacBooks, which is great if you want to feel you are somewhere a bit trendy. We drank cocktails at the rooftop bar and enjoyed our stay immensely.

We stayed at the Ace Hotel for our wedding in Feb 2018 and we loved it - the team were awesome, so friendly and helpful and made us feel really special. Lots of our wedding party also stayed and had a great experience. The rooms are great - comfortable and surprisingly quiet given hotel location. Super cool place too - very stylish but with a nice down-to-earth vibe. Would def stay again!

We had a very enjoyable stay. The room was very comfortable, exactly what you need after a very busy day sightseeing and shopping. The staff were amazing. The extra cost of the executive suite with access to the Amba Lounge was well worth it. I’m already plotting an excuse to come and stay here again.
What an amazing hotel with luxury and wonderful staff. I have used this hotel for years and I keep coming back because of the people that work here. They are welcoming and pleasant and try their hardest to make sure you have a memorable stay
As for my experience of this hotel the location is excellent and the rooms I have stayed in are good but the service is not good for cleaning the rooms
Short walk from Marble Arch tube and bus routes. Concierge service. Have not stayed overnight so unable to comment on accommodation, however conference room facilities are very good as is the catering which is served in a spacious restaurant with comfortable seating. Absolutely amazing experience here at the spa. Really relaxing atmosphere and I had a personalised full body massage which was fantastic. The lady was called Grace and she made me feel so welcome. Would definitely recommend! Loved it. Will definitely be back.
Stayed here for a week. Nice clean rooms & though room is small but its a comfortable feel.

The hotel was beautiful
And the breakfast was the best I've had in a hotel
Very nice location. Amazing building and an incredible place to stay.
Was not able to use the facilities to their max, but had a lovely stay in a small suite. Which was rather over the top with two TVs. Lovely place to spread out, lots of space, even being in the loft. Only down side is could not see much or the window.
Staff did not stand out as being overly helpful or friendly. Thus loss of star
Beautiful Ewardian hotel in the heart of London. Very good food and service from well-trained staff. Wonderful meeting rooms and function spaces - Palm Court is spectacular. Bedrooms are generally first-rate.
Had a lovely early dinner before going to the theatre next door. The hake was superb and the Lemon tart scrumptious! Our waitress Alice was delightful and knowledgeable recommending dishes from the menu and was very attentive. Both my friend and I enjoyed our dining experience and look forward to returning.

Three years in a row we stay at this hotel now. Every summer we come back for about 10 days. Thank you for making our stays special.
Good service and great room! there were two problems with my short stay though. Firstly, the room I ordered online was nothing alike the one I got when I showed up there.
