Where to stay with pets in London

Breakfast was a highlight and rooms were amazing and spacious and silent at night. Restaurant is expensive but food is excellent quality. Hope to come back again soon !!!

Great experience I have to say. From the moment we entered untill we have to leave now. All staff more than courteous and went the extra mile to answer any questions

I was surprised how welcoming this place was, with a grand entrance and so close to Paddington the service was hard to beat. Quiet, and relatively spacious rooms

So easy to get to the platforms and the executive lounge was well stocked and has great food options

Spent several nights there recently in a room without air conditioning during a "heat wave". AC was out in most of the hotel the whole week. A hotel with this much traffic needs to make comfort priority one

A just average experience at a high priced Hilton. Desk staff not very responsive. Housekeeping manager very nice and helpful. They didn't fulfill my special orders until I complained

Very nice hotel and good location, close to the bus and metro station. Many restaurants around and also many shops. The staff was particularly nice, we could even make our check-in before 12

It is also a hotel with a chiense restaurant and a bar and has an excellent location in Kensington

We had a club room, which offers a great view and a happy hour. The breakfast was good, it had many options

We went to the Copthorne Tara Hotel for afternoon tea, we had a voucher and though it was excellent value. You got unlimited tea which was a bonus and a great selection of sandwiches, scones and desserts

The bread could have been been fresher and they needed more selection for the vegetarian. The staff were attentive and made sure we were happy

Marjorie who works at the hotel arrange to make our stay extra special by decorating our room in a 'Harry Potter' theme as we got engaged that week and were in London to see the Stage show (HP and the Cursed Child)

Very basic room, although the location is very good for London Olympia and the close the underground station. Breakfast buffet was excellent

One night stay in London and the Novotel was grand. We had a family room which had more than sufficient space for us. Although we didn't use all the facilities those that we did were excellent

A self service arrangement that allows you to choose from a vast array of items, cooked breakfast to continental and many other options in between. I would definitely stay with them again

Also the breakfast buffet was at a good standard and set us right for the day! The hotel is a 3min walk to Hammersmith tube station, so it has easy access to all parts of the city

The bar in the evening had a fantastic barman, sorry I forget his name,. ? We paid for breakfast to be included and that was well worth it

Excellent location, great service. Enjoyed the executive lounge I had access to as part of HHonours. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on

This hotel is very nice and in a good location within walking distance of tube. The bathroom has excellent counter space for all your things. The room is a good size and clean.

The buffet breakfast is great and has a wide selection, it’s definitely worth adding it on to your booking before you get there, the price is much higher if you decide on the day

Lovely hotel, stayed here a few times over the last couple of years. The beds are comfy and the bathroom has always been clean

A good hotel. Room size was small to my liking as is the toilet size. But then this is London. Staff courteous. Tube station Shepard's Bush is 5 minutes walk. I recommend it strongly for a short stay

Brilliant location, a few minutes walk from Tower Hill tube station. Check in was great, very friendly and chatty concierge and a warm cookie as a welcome! Rooms were a good size, shower is lovely

Very close to the tower bridge tube station, that makes it a very convenient place to stay if you want to navigate around the city. Lots of near by touristy stuff to do as well

Signed up to the Hilton Honors scheme and so got complimentary WiFi. Seated quickly for a very nice breakfast. Cocktails were great too! We will definitely stay here again

Breakfast served until 11am and has superb buffet selection. Was very very busy with queues out the door waiting to be seated 20minutes or so prior to service closing. Would happily stay here again

This is clearly one of the premium locations for Hilton in London and that showed throughout the whole visit. We stayed in a "King Executive Room", having received an Honors status upgrade at check in

The location was brillant because it was in central London. My room was really lovely and comfortable. I had a room overlooking Hyde park on the 12th floor of the hotel

Situated in Mayfair, it is hard to top the Hilton Park Lane for class or location. Being a high rising hotel with the famous top floor bar and restaurant, this is one of the best venues in town

Excellent hotel with so much to offer. The Hilton Park lane is famous for being featured and referenced within movies time and time again. Making it one of The venues to stay at when visiting London

Love this hotel cos of the location. The facilities are good too. Pity they don't offer hot choc drink in the room anymore. Before their renovation they used to.

My girlfriend and I stayed here over the weekend to celebrate our one year anniversary. We were greeted by very friendly front of house staff who offered to take out bags and showed us to the check in desk

Our only criticism of the room would be that one side of the windows were fogged out [see photo] (I expect there was a good reason for this) however it would have been nice to enjoy the full views

We went out for the evening and came back to find our beds carefully turned down with classical music playing- a lovely touch. As well as this they replaced out water bottles and coffee

This was one of the nicest hotels that I have had the pleasure to stay at. The staff was friendly and the service was good. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

A fabulous hotel. Near underground and easy to get taxi. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. Highly recommended.

My wife and I enjoyed five nights whilst visiting family. The location at the intersection of Mayfair, Marylebone and Soho is as good as it gets to access the city

There are a few good places to eat on the doorstep of the hotel in Regent Street. So if you wish to escape the hotel catering which is brilliant but could be pricey for some, stroll around and you'll find ample places

Beautiful and warm place, very and well dressed staff, catering for more or less all individual from vegetarian to gluten free. The place itself was nice, tidy and clean

The hotel is near the north end of Regent St, quiet, but at the feet of all the shopping, pubs and restaurants just blocks away. The doormen and staff are lovely. The rooms are cozy and the bed extremely comfortable

I swear they never made me feel like I was checking in or like I was incapable of finding the check in desk. or maybe they just treat you as a returning guest who knows the 5 star place but that was great

Had afternoon tea here with a friend last week. Lovely hotel and very decadent restaurant for lunch. Food was fantastic and service was excellent. Staff were very attentive and made experience super.

I love this hotel it is the first time I've stayed and it was refurbished only a couple of days ago the rooms are really nice with little touches like a tuck box with a few snacks in and a fridge with a little carton of proper milk

All of the decor is very nice and the breakfast is locally sourced and tastes wonderful not like the usual buffet breakfast you get in most hotels. The staff are super friendly and make sure you have everything you need

Just opened two weeks ago and all the staff is still very excited about it. Good clean room. And a good bar too with plenty of interesting choices.

Decent good sized apartment not very modern but ok for a few days. For the price it's a large apartment in a perfect location near Hyde park

Outrageously overpriced for rooms with tatty fixtures and carpeting. The neighborhood is also a bit gloomy and ugly.

It was a surprisingly good experience staying in Paddington Apartments in London. I think the cost & services quality ratio is fantastic. Strongly recommended!!!

I think for the price I paid (less than £60/night) these are really great appartments. I was in flat 8 on the first floor, and there is a lift in any case

They're pretty basic, and could be more thoroughly cleaned but all in all, absolutely fine for a night in central London!

Good modern kitchen, excellent for families, but the beds need updating, they are too old. The Paddington apartment had a large double bed and two single beds. Not clean outside of the apartment building

Wonderful Hotel in a great Location. As a London Wedding Photographer I've been lucky to photograph some lovely weddings here and this location is always spectacular

Hotel staff is incredibly friendly and accommodates every need or questions I have. Room was made and organized every morning. Mattress is incredibly comfortable. Absolutely recommend for a few nights stay.

I photographed part of a wedding there recently and was very impressed with the exterior and interior of the hotel. All the rooms, the restaurants, the bar made for beautiful backdrops for the photos

Staff were helpful and attentive. If you're looking for a great venue for your celebration in central london, Rosewood ticks all the boxes

I would like to point out that there were always plenty of seats in the executive lounge. In the evening, the food was slightly disappointing. The hotel was recently renovated and the common areas look very good

The hotel was located just across the park from Buckingham Palace and it was easy to access anywhere I need by just walking. The rooms were extremely nice and updated

Lovely place, amazing customer service,beautiful clean rooms! Large well equipped gym, too hot temperatures in it though! Great bar setting with lot of tables on the main floor! The Club Lounge is great, large and alcohol access (beer/wine)

They felt modern and cozy and looked recently remodeled. Everyone at the hotel was very nice and helpful and really made my stay enjoyable. I have litterally nothing I could possibly complain about

We were accommodated in an executive room, much larger than the usual room in London. The room was very good, with extremely comfortable beds and views of Green Park

Excellent hotel right next to Green Park in Mayfair. It is within walking distance of many of London's landmarks, such as the Queen's Palace, a 5-minute walk away

Nice place! Great location! No airconditioning working. Small apartments but they have all you need inside: even dishwasher or whatever you can think about. :) I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

Comfortable and pleasant. Staff helpful. Everything you need. Good value. Cooking, fridge, washer/drier. Good air conditioning. Have no idea what the others are complaining about. Well serviced.

Nearest underground station is Barons Court, about 15 minutes walk. I was travelling alone, and the price was also a factor in decision making. That said, the Costa next door is a great asset

Not the most attractive hotel but it's centrally located close to Kensington gardens and near some bus and train (tube) stations. There's an attached restaurant and coffee shop and there's a good pub just down the road

The rooms had tea and coffee but no refrigerator (staff kindly gave us buckets of ice). The stars here are more or less solely for location

Fixtures and fittings look rusted, bath looks worn and there are old stains in the carpet, to give a few of many examples. Onto the pros, the double room itself is basic but large which was ample for two of us

also the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is super useful if you're planning on visiting the Olympia. If you are planning on staying I highly recommend including breakfast

This hotel is outside of the main tourist area, but the bus stop is very close and the ride into the centre of London is only about 30 minutes. I felt safe here even when I returned to the hotel later in the evening

Stunning hotel with designs by Philippe Starck. Lovely bath products and amenities. I got a room with a little patio which was lovely. Location is close to the Tate Modern however not too accessible to the tube

Great hotel located in the South bank/ SOHO neighborhoods. It sports a small but well furnished gym, a sauna a rooftop lounge a lobby area bar and restaurant. It's also located close to several metro stops

The value is very good though and overall highly recommended

Had room with a view of the river which was great! Very easy to get to the Underground and easy access to waking areas. While I was there the showers were extremely loud. That's the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5

Friendly staff, outstanding premises, great atmosphere, extremely central, best restaurants around, best transport and surrounding. Whatever you can think of in a hotel, you will experience it at the Savoy Hotel

The Savoy in London is one of my favourite places to go. The hotel is gorgeous and elegant and the staff are outstanding. You are treated so nicely whether your staying for a weekend or just a couple of hours

Let make it short: They are good and they know it. The American Bar is a must visit when in London, even if you're from New York, Singapore or other places where you are used to high level bars

100% customer service and satisfaction, at a cost. American Bar cocktails a MUST do. The Savoy Grill food very very tasty. The room was just stunning. Great two day stay here, will return.

The interior won't blow you away, but the staff and the drinks will. Love my stay and will be back. Proud to have the Savoy as a landmark and to bring London visitor here

Well located in an area close to a huge shopping center and the Olympic Park! Super chic and affordable hotel. Really clean room, top comfort. The metro can be heard depending on the location of the room

Good location near to public transport and Westfield shopping centre. One problem it is next to railway and tube lines and if your room is trackside the trains start at around 5. 30am an will probably wake you up

Take some earplugs as a precaution. Mentioned it to staff and they asked us if we wanted to move to road side. We declined as was only there for 2 nights. But fair play we had the offer to move

The rooms are great - comfortable and surprisingly quiet given hotel location. Super cool place too - very stylish but with a nice down-to-earth vibe

The lobby is perpetually filled with hip young things tapping on their MacBooks, which is great if you want to feel you are somewhere a bit trendy. We drank cocktails at the rooftop bar and enjoyed our stay immensely

We stayed at the Ace Hotel for our wedding in Feb 2018 and we loved it - the team were awesome, so friendly and helpful and made us feel really special. Lots of our wedding party also stayed and had a great experience

Loved our stay at the hotel, the deluxe room was fairly sized but I would think the regular rooms might be a little small. Not your average hotel, very hip/industrial but has all the amenities anyone can ask for

We were on the second floor and the windows are really not up to the job of keeping the noise out. We didn't mind the noise as we expected it but I imagine it could be a problem for some
