Location and room was very nice for its price. It is a bit on the not popular area but its really close to marylebone and paddington. The rooms were huge so that was really comfortable

This is a beautiful and large hotel. We stayed here as 4 adults visiting London. It's nicely situated between two train stations, Edgeware and Paddington. Making it easy to get most places quickly

It's also a beautiful walk to lots of attractions. The breakfast is varied and good, we are vegans so we are very picky about breakfast and there was more than enough options to keep us happy

The breakfast staff is incredibly nice and helpful. There is a lot going on all the time, there is a lovely bar and there are no annoying keypasses on the elevators

Despite its size and how busy it is, the rooms are quiet and our view was nice. I would totally recommend this hotel!

The hotel is ideally located just a 5-minute walk from the underground station. However, I was disappointed to find that luggage storage incurs a fee of £2. 5 per item, which was not mentioned when I booked

Booked a Superia twin room which was very adequate. Small fridge, shower over the bath, plenty of storage and places to put suitcases. Room refreshed everyday.

We stayed 3 nights and very impressed about the hotel, the location is very close to bus/underground stations. The room is clean and tidy especially the bed and pillows are very soft that we slept so well

Conveniently located at the Hammersmith, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby for daily needs. Also it is not far from central London by the underground.

One night stay in London and the Novotel was grand. We had a family room which had more than sufficient space for us. Although we didn't use all the facilities those that we did were excellent

The Reception was very helpful for checking in . Arranged 2 rooms on the same floor and arranged an extra-bed for us . The bed is very comfortable . Location is very convenient .

A decent hotel, clean and fairly quiet. Slept very comfortably. And just 5 minutes away is a shopping mall with lots of different restaurants.

Another stay in this hotel. It is in a great location and easy to get out and about. Staff are welcoming and rooms are very clean and comfortable. No complaints about our stay and will book again.

However, I did experience some issues with Housekeeping during my five-night stay. On the third day, I removed the 'Do Not Disturb' sign, but when I returned between 3 and 4 pm, Housekeeping had not cleaned my room

The staff eventually came around 5 pm, but by then, I had settled in for the day. It seemed like they were understaffed, which was a bit disappointing given the hotel's otherwise excellent service and amenities

The staff were really helpful. Breakfast was great and being so close to Paddington Station for an early departure what’s a perfect fit. Zero stress. Will definitely stay again.

And let's not forget the comfy bed – it was pure bliss! The customer service was top-notch, especially from Daniela at the Front Desk, who was very helpful

I do not think we would choose this hotel again, not worth it at all and better located hotels are available in central London for similar price points

We asked for a late check-out of 2-3 hours, given our flight time in late afternoon, for like 3 times with instant rejection stating that the hotel is full, which is not the case at all when you see the amount of ppl staying there

I took my mom stay at this hotel for one week we have arrived in the very early morning hotel has arranged early check-in at 9:30 AM accommodating my 80 year old mom, which is very heartwarming

Great location in Central London. Very close to Holborn Station. However, I found I could walk to everything. Service at the hotel is A+. Bar was also great and they had a couple of good options for breakfast

It is inconvenient to push a stroller, there are stairs, and there are no convenient facilities. When someone is around, the service is pretty good. When someone is away, I can do it myself for half a day

The hotel is very historical, but not old. The rooms and corridors are very spacious. The rooms are well soundproofed and quiet. The service staff are very enthusiastic. I will stay here again next time

Room was fantastic- great size and very comfortable. Good location for self catering apartments with shops nearby. Few touches in room would be used such as information about laundry facilities, oven glove/ tea towel

The location of hotel is in central London and there is a nearby underground d about 600-700 meter. I recommend this hotel to everyone especially families. I will definitely come back again

Location is super, close to underground stations, and museums. Free breakfast provided. Apartment size is reasonable given in London. Only problem is the lift service which is very slow.

Located in a pretty good location, close to the Tube stations in Kensington. The hotel was a bit dirty though, rooms not the biggest and the service at the front desk was just okay

Hilton staff were so helpful when I checked in late at night and had my room upgraded free of charge. The bath and bed were luxurious and the location is perfect

Location was not great for us as it’s a 15 minute walk to the nearest tube station (Kensington high street) as Kensington Olympia tube station is only 5 minutes away but tubes only arrive there weekends and are few and far between but that’s our fault for not researching that correctly

The location was ok, good for me as I like walking and I wanted to be somewhere a bit different to where I had been before. Plenty of cafes and eateries nearby. The place was clean and the bed was comfy

The hotel is located on the south bank of the Thames, 5 minutes' walk to the north bank and 10 minutes' walk to the city center, which is very convenient

There are many supermarkets nearby, and the Chinese Super League "Tiantian Store" is next door. The sanitation is cleaned every day, and the guys at the door are very enthusiastic. It is a hotel worth staying in

When we ordered the hotel, they said they would provide slippers, but fortunately we brought our own slippers to wear on the plane, so we didn't ask the hotel for them in the end

That said, this place was very expensive for a 3-star hotel and not the best experience. The rooms are ok but quite small, and the area is loud - packed your earplugs. The mattress was too soft for my liking

The morning crew were incredibly amazing with such huge positive energy. The night crew though robbed all that positivity away because their responsiveness was so stern and unkind, barely helpful.

The whole hotel is either set on "air con" or "heating", You have a choice of whether or not to turn something on, but no control over the actual temperature of what is blowing in your room

Staff is always available at the reception to help with early check in, luggage storage, getting extra toothpaste. Buses stop right in front of the hotel. All the amenities are top quality
