Luxurious villa with an amazing host! This place is amazing, elegant but really comfy with breathtaking views of the bay of Chrissi Akti. The roof garden is the perfect spot for a BBQ and cocktail party...and there is nothing better than a morning swim in the pool with a view of the sea and the horizon! Nice hotel on a very beautiful sandy beach. I have been here back in 2015 and if I compare the food quality and diversity I notice a downgrade. The best hotel in agia marina on the best strip of beach - we walked most of it and it's the best section of beach and sea by far. The staff are all ridiculously friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet was terrific and the view from our room was lovely. Spent 10 days at the hotel in September. Sadly we had to cut our holiday short by 4 days due to grandchild number 2 looking to escape early. 😓 (born the following day). Hotel very clean. Fantastic Greek food which for us was a massive bonus. Our thanks to all the staff, front of house, chambermaid and chefs for making our stay so pleasant. If you are the manager paying them, they deserve a bonus.

A solid 4 star hotel by virtue of their friendly and hardworking staff. I stayed in a suite at this resort hotel over 10 days. The hotel has most of the facilities you would expect from a 4 star hotel. The bed not too comfortable and the shower is quite weak and their old water tank still gives hot and cold water cycles. So your shower will constantly turn hot and cold which is pretty annoying...

Amazing hotel with brand new facilities and nice pool/beach area. Breakfast was good as well. Stuff is friendly, helpful and very good at following social distancing and Covid preventing procedures. One thing to note that sun beds cost 10EUR per day (2 sun beds) but this includes water, other refreshments (we’ve got watermelon juice) and some cold towels to refresh in a heat. Atlantica Caldera Village is a lovely hilltop hotel with amazing views. The hotel is well-maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful. Despite being on a steep hill, the hotel has a lift for convenience. The local restaurants in the area are also brilliant. Overall, it's a great place to stay for a peaceful retreat with stunning views and excellent hospitality.

People complain about walking up the hill - it is not bad at all. Only last 50 meters is super steep, but for all the amazing views that hotel offers? So worth it. Overall very good hotel, good food (we had only breakfast), I appreciate the fact that there are multiple pools that you can choose from - some of them were occupied by kids and one pool was more chill and relaxing. Highly recommend

High up on a hill. Great views and friendly service. I've been there three times. Pretty much the only downside is that climbing up there may be a burden sometimes, but you can look it from a point of view of getting an exercise. All inclusive has good variety of foods and also vegans can find mostly all they need (may need to eat fish occasionally to get enough protein).

I generally had a great stay at the studio in Crete, but there was one point of concern that I would have liked to know before booking: there was a quite steep slope to reach our studio. Unfortunately, this was not mentioned in the booking. It was sometimes challenging to climb this slope, especially while carrying a backpack or after a long day of exploring. Great hotel with a superb sandy beach in the backyard. A lot of aquatic activities to do. The best part for us is to paddle board all the way to the small island in the background! We had a free room upgrade, which was a such good surprise! Will definitely stay there again if visiting Crete again!

The staff in this hotel were so lovely and friendly - after moving to this hotel after a bad experience at our previous hotel, they did an amazing job at making sure we had a special stay. The Junior Suite room is very big and cosy and the restaurant offered lots of great options for food. The pool bar is also a nice place to hang out in the evenings.

Everething is good, just a few small cons: weird shower (water goes to the room), every day almost the same meals. The beach is 50m away, but it's not the best, it's better to go around 1km to the east to find beach with normal sand. If you have all inclusive option, you will get only the cheapest drinks in the bar.

Very nice hotel, pretty much everything in it is brand new. The food is tasty, a good mix of local and continental cuisine. What's most important though is the service - a group of the most kind people on the planet. Especially the bartenders! I will have some of the most beautiful memories to keep from this place.

Spacious Rooms ... However they have to seriously update their technology status ... From Wi_fi connectivity to TVs and so on. Remember we are in living in a world of technology and I am extremely disappointed with the outdated technology other than that a beautiful hotel and the pool is amazing with the view of the ocean 👍🏼

Great hotel at the beach. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. All inclusive, breakfast is very nice and the rest of the meals are great. Only minus is the gym, old machines and not working properly. Close to the rental of water toys. Probably located at the best part of the beach.
