Hotels All-inclusive in Agia Marina

It was nice but not a 5* resort as their website suggested. Also the all inclusive is limited bar choices and food. You can only dine at the Italian or Chinese one of the nights during a week long stay.

Absolutely awesome place. Very responsive and friendly staff. Varied cuisine. The sea is nearby, however, you need strong legs to climb from the sea to the central building :). I strongly recommend it.

Staff very obliging. Plenty of food but all much the same. Not a 5 star. All inclusive til 23:00 only.

We had a the best time at Stefan Village! We stayed all inclusive for a week in August, during what would be peak time, but it wasn't hugely busy

Helpful staff, good food and very clean. Their all-inclusive concept was better than other hotels I’ve been to - the kids could self serve their ice cream, chips and popcorn

The drinks and coffee included in the all inclusive package was very bad. Also if you pay for a coffee you expect at least a good cup of coffee, but it was very bad also

It isn't a huge hotel and that's exactly what were were looking for - something a bit tamer and quiet in the evenings! The food was amazingly fresh, with different themed foods on certain evenings

I was in the hotel with my brother for a week and we loved it! The best part of it was definitely a service. At the restaurant every waitress was so nice and helpful, especially George and Diria

But nothing is missing :) except for the one who comes to Krenta to sit in the room. The food is delicious, everyone will find something to do. Very good local wine, drinks are served in specially designated areas

We are staying in this hotel for two weeks and so far enjoying the experience. Our allocated room overlooks a small pool and surrounding garden

Freshly prepared dishes are nicely presented and encourages to try the various options. Evening dinner is a little more restricted but nevertheless tasty and can be enjoyed within easy reach of the seashore

The bed is actually 2 twin beds but I didn’t mind that - very comfortable matrress with 2 pillows of different types to choose from. The room was spacious, it had coffee machine with capsules and tea maker

I stayed in Deluxe Double Room Sea View which is in the newest building of the hotel. Very nicely decorated, new modern furniture and bathroom with walk in shower and good water pressure

Mind that the breakfast, and hotel beach and bar is on the other side of the street, but you can cross the street on the bridge the hotel built. The cleaning was being done every 2 Days

FANTASIC SUITES! Really minimalist technology suites with jacuzzi inside. They are fantastic and very beautiful, and the receptionist is very pleasant and smiling. Rooms that have Alexa and make the mood in seconds!

Completely new I think we were the first to stay in the specific room. Spacious, lovely decoration and fully innovative in terms of the technology inside the room

Swimming pool is nice, with tasty cocktails from the bar. The only downside I can think of is that there is a bit of a climb to get there

The location is perfect, close to very nice restaurants and bus stop to Chania (15-20 minutes ride). The views are amazing, especially the sunsets

This hotel was really amazing!! it's a newly built complex and has all the facilities you would need plus an amazing view of the ocean - the hotel is on a sandy beach which makes sunbathing and swimming (and doing yoga if you're into it) such a relaxing experience! Right opposite they have a cool island and the sunset from the rocks on the beach is a sight not to miss!! and most importantly the staff...

We had breakfast and dinner included in the package and it was heavenly. Staff serving drinks and food are just the most wonderful people. Always polite, always professional and helpful

3) The view of our room was the best ever. You are about 20 m from the sea. 4) Initally we were planning to go in May 2020, but due to the pandemic we had to rescheudle to September 2021

From the staff serving food, through cleaning ladies to the manager of the hotel (thanks Aleksandar), everyone were on the top of their jobs. Unlike most hotels the food here is absolutely perfect

(4 hours earlier than the usual check in) but they gave us the room inmidiatelly. 2) As an unexpected gesture, we recieved champaign and a chocolate cake to celebrate our honey moon

We have complained and after second initiative to keep the noise down we were arranged with the new room with complementary wine, fruit (and better view 😁)

We will never forget our 3 nights in this hotel. The staff and the manager were super professional and nice, helping us with everything we needed

The beach is 50m away, but it's not the best, it's better to go around 1km to the east to find beach with normal sand. If you have all inclusive option, you will get only the cheapest drinks in the bar

Everething is good, just a few small cons: weird shower (water goes to the room), every day almost the same meals

The Junior Suite room is very big and cosy and the restaurant offered lots of great options for food. The pool bar is also a nice place to hang out in the evenings

Very nice hotel, pretty much everything in it is brand new. The food is tasty, a good mix of local and continental cuisine. What's most important though is the service - a group of the most kind people on the planet

Very recommended Hotel! Extremely friendly staff, the room is cleaned every day, the swimming pool is nice and the bar at it is also very convenient. And the best is the location, 1-2min walking to the sea.

Beach is very close and location is very good if you want to visit different restaurants or go shopping. Check out is too early (at 11. 00) if your fligt leaves in the evening

The local restaurants in the area are also brilliant. Overall, it's a great place to stay for a peaceful retreat with stunning views and excellent hospitality

All inclusive has good variety of foods and also vegans can find mostly all they need (may need to eat fish occasionally to get enough protein)

Overall very good hotel, good food (we had only breakfast), I appreciate the fact that there are multiple pools that you can choose from - some of them were occupied by kids and one pool was more chill and relaxing

Atlantica Caldera Village is a lovely hilltop hotel with amazing views. The hotel is well-maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful. Despite being on a steep hill, the hotel has a lift for convenience

I generally had a great stay at the studio in Crete, but there was one point of concern that I would have liked to know before booking: there was a quite steep slope to reach our studio

Nice Hotel at the Beach - Great Staff, Food, Drinks and Rooms

Just came back, we stayed in this hotel 10 days. One of the best hotels ever visited in Europe. The beach is just in front of the restaurant, the bus stop to Chania across the hotel

I’ve visited this resort twice now and it’s great. Lovely staff, nice apartments (especially sea view apartments) and is located right on the beach with two pools. Lots of food options nearby as well as in the resort

The hotel is clean,the rooms are wonderfully arranged and very clean but the most important, the whole personnel and staff was really friendly, ready to help you anytime and answer you all the questions you have

The staff are all ridiculously friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet was terrific and the view from our room was lovely. (We had room 6 which is supposedly the best one) Hope to visit again in the future

The pool area was very clean and enough sun beds so you don’t have to rush out and place a towel on bed. The pool bar was well stocked. The all inclusive drinks and pool bar snacks were plenty full with a wide choice

The hotel is a stones throw from the beach. There are lots of nice walks close to the hotel. All the staff from the domestics to the manager were helpful and always happy to help. No issues no problems no complaints

Excellent cocktails from Andre (better than Chania old town)! Alongside the hotel manager being very accommodating and recommending all of the best beaches alongside some non-touristy local villages and towns

Great hotel, wonderful and hearty food, really rich breakfasts, lunches and dinners. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are modern and comfortably furnished. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the beach

From start to end of our holiday the staff are excellent. 30 and found that we had been left a nice cold platter in the fridge in our room. Even catered for my gulton free diet

Very quiet area, but close to the main road where there are nice restaurants and shops if you want to cook in the apartment. Unfortunately the rooms are not well equipped with kitchen utensils

The service level is excellent. We appreciated the rooms and during sleeping hours the place is really quiet. The restaurant staff provides extremly good service and is english speaking

They are happy to help if, you want to go to sights or want to know about good restaurants. Good breakfast with everything from scrambled eggs to yoghurt

There is a small bar in the hotel, which also serves food. Highly recommend their Greek pizza! Very nice bartender who always makes sure you get the best! Small pool, but there was never a shortage of space despite that

A nice little quiet hotel, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are cleaned every day and the bed is made clean if you do not say that they can skip a day

We had salads and sandwiches for lunches in the apartment but would probably have struggled to cook main meal other than a one pot dish. could have done with a kettle but has pans to boil water so not really an issue

Hotel is split on two levels. We stayed in section nearer the main road which was near to the beach and restaurants. an excellent location although some noise from road and bar nearby may put some people off

The Elotis apartments next-door had a pool bar which was more convenient for us to use for drinks. Small supermarket next door had all we needed and was reasonably priced for the area

Comfortable and clean basic self catering accommodation. One bedroom apartment had everything we needed for a week as we ate out for main meals

Was hot so glad it was fixed quick! Air con initially seemed quite expensive at 10 euro a day but we did have separate units for each room and it was very effective. The smaller apartments pay less

Basic very clean rooms, friendly staff. You need to pay extra if air conditioning is needed, as well as for internet in the rooms. We had a great stay here. Easy to get around in English.

Good place, nice, quiet, helpful and service minded staff, many possibilities, such as help to rent cars, bikes, MC, massage, trips, food/drink order from the restaurant belongs to the hotel, the food kinds are almost endless and delicious

Walk to the beach and lots of shopping and restaurants. The only issue was that the shower was extremely small. Needs to be updated to a normal size or bigger for more comfort

Went there for some drinks during happy hour from 4-5pm. Very friendly and pleasant staff. Good drinks for the price. Recommends the Strawberrito and Mojito.

It took a while for them to show up at the front desk, but they are very nice and accommodating

Got a Nice Room next To the pool bar. Room was quiet, no noice from the pool or bar. Staff is friendly and efficient. The touch of the smoking dog on the bed from the cleaners was appreciated ;-) (see picture)

Visited here off-season and pretty much had the place to ourselves. Very quite and the staff are really friendly. Nice pool with a bar the serves food and drink beside it, great cocktails.
