Awesome hotel! We have been there many summers, and every summer enjoyed. Best place. I`recommend this place.

Very tidy and pleasant stay. Lovely staff and good location. It's a shame you need to walk down past the local football pitch but otherwise it's well located. Very close to the beach. Could do with some modernisation but not for a little while. Ample parking and easy to get in and out of (though we never experienced it full).

It was a very amazing stay at popi apartment. We had all the confort we need in the room, evrything was very clean and tidy! The staff is amazing very kind and friendly. I suggest you tuo spend your holiday there!!!

Spacious Rooms ... However they have to seriously update their technology status ... From Wi_fi connectivity to TVs and so on. Remember we are in living in a world of technology and I am extremely disappointed with the outdated technology other than that a beautiful hotel and the pool is amazing with the view of the ocean 👍🏼

Great hotel at the beach. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. All inclusive, breakfast is very nice and the rest of the meals are great. Only minus is the gym, old machines and not working properly. Close to the rental of water toys. Probably located at the best part of the beach.

We spent just a couple of nights here but we had a great time. The staff is incredibly kind and sweet (especially Christina who is a sweetheart and is always available to help). The rooms are big, clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom is really nice and brand new. The rooftop bar is wonderful and at night you can have drinks made by Effie who is also very nice. Hotel, stuff, hospitality and breakfast were amazing and beyond my expectation!

The hotel is great! The location is great, the staff is super kind and polite… we loved the place so much that we extended 2 more nights… I believe that cover everything :) highly recommended! The room is amazing, clean and renovated. The rooftop has one of the most breathtaking view - have a drink and watch the sunset - it is incredible.

Really good location just a 2 min walk from the beach and just behind the main road full of resturants. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Really nice roof top bar where they make some good cocktails ;)

Amazing place with atmosfere of relax and openheart owners

Nice small garden between the hotel and the pool. Great rooms with everything you need. Very close to a beautiful beach with clear sand and no stones in the water. Only downside will be the nightclub next door throwing some loud parties doing the weekend.

Nothing can be better than this in the price.Very helpful lady. I drove from the central airport ( not the chania one) and reached at around 1am and yet she was there. The pools for kids and adults was brilliant. My kids loved it and because of that impression they just want to go back there. The restaurant has direct access to the beach and hence compared to other five star or four star locations...

Marita's was a fabulous place to stay in Crete. The rooms are cool and comfortable and very well equipped,, the reception staff extremely helpful and accommodating. It is situated right in the middle of hundreds of excellent shops and restaurants and supermarkets, pharmacies that are open until very late, even a 24hr doctor! Great hotel! The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen had all the equipments we needed. The room was cleaned every day, the cleaning ladies washed the dishes too, which I really appreciated. :) Receptionists are very friendly and helpful.

It's very hard to write opinion when you have to describe your holiday "family". Maybe a bathroom could be better, maybe a Wi-Fi could be more stable but those are just details. Damoulis with his family and crew make a great work. Rooms are cleaned every day and towels also. Great accommodation, run by very friendly family and staff. Excellent facilities (pool, bar, breakfast and snacks, shower rooms on day of departure even!) in a hotel where you are recognised and your custom valued. We have stayed at Folia 3 times and are already looking forward to our next visit. If you aren't a fan of big, all inclusive type hotels you will not do better than Folia!

This a was a great hotel nearby the beach. There a beautiful pool as well. The people managing are very friendly and helpful all the time, they can even help you book trips to other places if you want. Lovely views from our balcony. A beautifully clean pool which we could use for swimming lengths. There is a well stocked bar beside the pool too! Lovely, friendly staff who went out of their way to be helpful. Very close to the sea, restaurants, and amenities. There is a very good, local supermarket five minutes walk away.

It is decent, Many Cats, good swimming pool, horrible crickets, close to the beach, close to super market. Rooms are not the best. But price is good

The place in front of the sea and close to a nice small beach

Nice water, entertaining fish that nibble at your feet, shallow sandy beach with good food available. There are better beaches in greece though.

Very nice sandy beach, lots of umbrellas and 5 authentic greek cafes. You can spend here the whole day without caring for finding where to have breakfast, lunch or even a great dinner.
