Phos The Boutique

Staying at Phos was an absolute dream!!! It was magically beautiful. I loved the privacy and Seclusion. The staff was incredibly attentive and so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is definitely something to look forward to everyday. My only issue is that you will definitely need a rental car because this location isn’t exactly close to the major towns. But there are wonderful restaurants and cafes not too far away (2-3 miles) by foot.

We stayed at Pho’s for 6 nights and absolutely loved our experience. The entire staff was friendly and provided exceptional 5 star service. We especially appreciated our interaction and connection with Margarita.

The food is incredible. Breakfast is included with your stay and includes a wide variety of items on the tray each morning. We also ordered room service for lunch and dinner on multiple occasions and everything was outstanding. The chef is truly talented. All meals are to be eaten in your room as there is no common area. We mostly enjoyed dining outdoors by our pool.

The pools are semi-private. Depending on which room you stay in some are more private than others.

We visited during the month of September and were not able to watch the sunset from our outdoor space (not sure if this is different during other months as the sun moves) but we could see it from the front entranceway of Pho’s, just outside our room door. We were, however, able to watch the sunrise from our lanai (outdoor space).

We recommend renting a car as this location is far from the main villages of Fira and Oia which you may like to visit during your stay. We enjoyed being able to visit these well populated villages during the day and then retreating to our quiet hotel in the evenings. The receptionist at the hotel can help you to arrange a car or any other activities that you may be interested in, such as sunset sailing on the caldera.

We recommend Pho’s for your Santorini stay if you are seeking quiet retreat from the crowds, friendly staff, clean accommodations and delicious food!

We assumed our flight will be late and expect to arrive the hotel at 8pm. When we arrive earlier than expected at 7pm, of course the room is not yet ready. The receptionist told us to wait for 30 mins and delighted us for offering us an upgrade honeymoon suite🤩 She also recommended some cafes and restaurants and tours and tourist spots near our hotel which is very good to know! Finally we check in our hotel room at 19:37.

We ordered room service the first night and the dinner was not disappointed 🤗 but a bit pricey. The room is surprisingly clean and big which is very comfortable.

The view is very stunning and is opposite the famous town Oia and Fira. Every morning when I was sun bathing I wondered how many people there in Oia lining up for the 3 domes haha

The breakfast varies every day and we love it. You can tell them what time do you want your breakfast and your breakfast will come on time.

I brought my own steamer but it didn't work. Luckily the hotel can lend me one. The staff also help us to take care of our luggages between the room and the car. Also, they make up the room every day to keep our room clean and tidy. It would be better if you can refill the shower gel too. But thank you so much for excellent service. Thank you for preparing a brunch of roses for our anniversary. We had a good memory here.❤️

I recently had the pleasure of staying with my husband at this exquisite hotel in Santorini, and it was nothing short of extraordinary.

Our suite boasted a private heated jacuzzi and a spacious balcony, offering an uninterrupted, breathtaking and unique view of the Aegean Sea.

The attention to detail was remarkable, from the plush bedding to the luxurious toiletries, ensuring maximum comfort.
The bedroom view of the sea was spectacular…waking up to the sight of the shimmering Aegean Sea from the comfort of our bed was a dream come true.
Rooms perfectly designed to allow natural light to flood the interior and create a serene, tranquil atmosphere.
Each evening, the sunset painted the sky in vibrant hues, offering a mesmerizing backdrop that made the stay truly unforgettable.

Simply outstanding breakfast.
We were treated to a lavish spread of fresh and high quality fruits, artisanal pastries and perfectly cooked meals which was absolutely the perfect way to start each day.

The staff were exceptionally attentive, providing personalized service that made us feel truly pampered.

This luxurious retreat, with its spectacular sea views and impeccable service, made our stay in Santorini an unforgettable experience.

Incredible Stay at Phos Boutique Hotel!

My recent stay at Phos Boutique Hotel was absolutely fantastic. The brand new room I stayed in was elegant and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The attention to detail in the design added a special touch to my stay.
The views were breathtaking, the service was top-notch, and the ambiance was so relaxing. I can't wait to go back and experience it all over again!

I had an exceptional experience at the Luxury Boutique Hotel! I would rate it 10/10 and consider it the best on the island. My partner and I booked a honeymoon suite, but to our delight, we received a complimentary upgrade to the elite suite. The room was incredibly spacious and exuded luxury. We were enthralled by the panoramic view of the caldera and volcano during our romantic sunset dinner in the garden. The food was absolutely delicious.

Breakfast at the hotel was a treat, offering a wide variety of options that could be enjoyed in the comfort of our room. The staff were not only friendly but exceptionally helpful, making our stay all the more enjoyable. The warm welcome drinks added a special touch to our arrival.

One of the standout features of the hotel was its ideal location, away from the bustling tourist areas. It provided a serene and private atmosphere, complete with a fantastic private pool where we could unwind and relax.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking an unforgettable experience. It is truly worth every penny, and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations.

Our experience at Phos The Boutique in Santorini had its highlights, though a few aspects left us a bit disappointed. The breathtaking view from our villa and the luxury of our private pool were undeniable high points. We enjoyed spending our days relaxing by the pool and taking in the views. The food was exceptional, particularly the breakfast spread, which was very much needed due to lack of good restaurants in the area. The 5-star attentive service from Anna and George was amazing, they were always available to get us anything we needed. Joanna’s housekeeping was also truly impressive, and we have nothing but good things to say about the staff and the service.
However, certain aspects did take away from the otherwise wonderful stay. One notable issue was the lack of proper storage for clothing in our villa. The absence of drawers or sufficient storage options was a noticeable inconvenience. Additionally, our choice of a two-bedroom villa had its drawbacks. While the master bedroom was fantastic, the second bedroom lacked a door and was part of an open-plan layout. This arrangement fell short of our expectations for privacy and comfort.
Another minor setback was the challenge of maintaining privacy. Conversations and music from neighboring villas were easily audible which compromised the sense of seclusion. Neighbors frequently peering over wasn’t the most comfortable thing. The villas/rooms are in close proximity to the reception, so conversations being had in the reception area (staff, check-ins, check-outs, guests) were easily audible from our room, and frequently woke us up early mornings. Thank you Anna for doing everything you could to mitigate the noise.
Lastly, the ongoing construction next door detracted from the serenity we had hoped for. The noise from drilling and other construction activities was a notable disruption, and considering the premium price point of our stay, it was disappointing not to have been informed about this in advance. I’m not sure why they would choose peak season for construction, because it definitely impacted our stay.
In summary, while Phos The Boutique has its merits – the panoramic views, attentive service, and delicious food– there are certainly aspects that require attention. Enhancing room amenities, ensuring adequate privacy, and providing timely information about potential disturbances/better planning the timing of construction work would have made it perfect.

I cannot say enough good things about this place, it's absolutely beautiful and so idyllic!

The staff are amazing and took such good care of us. We had a special event while we stayed and they made it so romantic and really went the extra mile.

The food was absolutely delicious and the views of the sunset from the infinity pool were breathtaking.

A little piece of heaven on earth, we would go back in a heartbeat!

Just do it! My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at this hotel. The hotel is newly built and very private. The staff were incredible Theo Panos and George were exceptional. Personable, accommodating, sincere and attentive are the best words to describe our experience. I’m hoping to come back soon and will recommend this location over and over again. We felt safe during the entire stay we even tried local restaurants near by and enjoyed the food at the hotel as well. Our private pool was a plus!!
