From arrival we noted it was a very peaceful hotel around 15 minutes in a taxi from the airport, located on the cliff edge. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and well-equipped, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed our time at the swimming pool. I highly recommend this hotel!

We had 2 rooms, one of them had very bad sewer smell, and in the other one, water started coming out from the drain by the toilet when shower was in use. Painful first night but we were moved to new rooms next day, though not next to each other. Manager and staff were nice in dealing with the situation. There was no Kleenex, hair conditioner or lotion which is expected for the price paid. Be warned...

Very large resort with 3 pools, bars and restaurant where they serve breakfast buffet. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very clean and the beds were OK. They have a laundry service which was super helpful and it's a short walk to the downtime area. Would recommend.

Almost 10 min walk to Fira Breakfast was included and amazing. My husband can’t stop thinking about the burger! He got it twice in 5 days and it was worth every cent! Bed was great! Awesome pillows. The shower had great water pressure also. Room was very clean. The staff was amazing! Everyone was so nice and helpful. From reservations to towels to teaching language.
