Our party of 12 were disappointed with this resort, mainly the unhelpfulness of admin. staff. I realize it was only a three star resort and you get what you pay for, but other than the poolside, it was not a pleasant stay. Even the hospitality across the road at their restaurant needed a jumpstart. The young waiter was nice, but the brother who runs it, needs to be in a different industry.

Our group of couples and friends stayed at Caldera View for five days, and we couldn't have found a better place for the price in Santorini. While renting a car is essential for getting around the island, it was well worth it for the stunning location. The property is clean, well-maintained, and efficiently managed. We highly recommend it and will definitely return!

This Resort is truly a little bit of paradise, spotlessly clean, excellent pool, excellent rooms, fantastic powerful showers. Nice and quiet and not a single towel reserving loungers. Good bus service for €2 set rate. A good selection of food at breakfast. A lovely family run resort who are just wonderful. We will certainly return, we had a great holiday.

I have to say I was a little worried but this was brilliant… hotel is clean and Irini and all her family is so accommodating. My sons are vegan and she catered personally with breakfast. Hotel Akrotiri was a peaceful escape from the usual Santorini crowds. The staff and especially the owner were incredibly kind and welcoming. The bus stop and an ATM right at the hotel made everything easy. It's a bit far from Oia, but that’s what makes it so quiet and relaxing. Plenty of great restaurants nearby too!

We were there on 7.9.2024 to their cafe - it was a beautiful cafe with great views and fantastic service. The ambience was excellent. Myself and my wife went over for 3 nights and stayed here. We're met with staff at 11pm the first night as our flight was delayed. Staff were very friendly and all have excellent English. Villa was beautiful and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Heated pool is not warm enough for us. However, the host let us use the jacuzzi free of charge ( our Villa only had pool). A beautiful new hotel, located in the south of the island of Santorini, in a peaceful place. Kind and helpful staff. The villa is amazingly designed in a modern style, and includes a large private balcony with a wonderful private pool.

Matina, Stella and team made our trip so seamless and wonderful! The villa was perfect - away from the busier parts of the island but easily accessible by taxi, which Matina booked for us whenever we needed. Coco Mat was amazing! What a great welcome to Greece. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us. On Santorini there are many beautiful hotels however few have the same level of service level as Acroterra Rosa. We have booked Honeymoon Suites , it is amazing room, spacious and it has big pool. Their breakfast menu has variety choices, overall their food is delicious. But the only issue is the area of this hotel, it does not have anything to around. It is far away from Fira and Oia.

Room was large enough for family with 2 kids and very tidy, cleaning was done daily. 15min walking location to Caldera beach, bus stop besides hotel to go to Red beach or Fira. We stayed 2 night at one of their villas. It was absolutely wonderful and we enjoyed the pool. Our other 2 nights we stayed at their hotel. The room was nice and loved the pool with the restaurant and bar right there. All of the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. We had wonderful service. I know when I come back to Santorini I will be staying here.

I have stayed at Mathios Village for a number of years and this is a wonderful place to stay. It is located in the quiet village of Akrotiri near to the Caldera Beach but there is a bus to Fira outside the door. Kostas, the owner and his staff are brilliant and nothing is too much trouble.
