I liked the swimming pool and the buffet breakfast.

From booking a sailing trip to the volcano, to helping us find out how to pay a parking ticket we received in Fira, these guys were top notch! We were treated very kindly and were waited on hand and foot! Thank you guys for everything you did from us! -Your guests from Louisiana

Hands down the best hotel I’ve stayed during my time here in Santorini. The staff and owner were all very hospitable and generous. I highly recommend and will return in the future.

A little private garden, fantastic view over vinyards and the sea, combined with a real nice pool just outside of Akrotiri make it a perfect place

Great stay at this family run hotel. Flora is very attentive and helpful. Beautiful immaculate facilities and rooms. Pool area is a delight with attached bar and restaurant. The bus stop is just outside the hotel

The hotel is quite a distance from the main area of Oia but it was actually quite nice to be able to escape the mayhem of Santorini and come back to a quiet, beautiful, less touristy area, with lots of nice restaurants within walking distance

They even helped us arrange a hire car! They were so lovely and you could tell they loved helping people and loved their jobs! The food was all homemade by Maria, and was absolutely delicious

My partner Mitch and I stayed here about a week ago for 2 nights and absolutely loved our stay! It was such a stunning hotel, with amazing views, delicious food and terrific staff

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, located on the seafront, bar, small private beach, bus station that can take you to Fira and from there anywhere on the island in front of the hotel, 800 meters from the red beach and by taxi boat you can go to three beaches red, white, black, quiet, clean, decent breakfast, congratulations to the staff and the owner Mathios for everything he has achieved there

Hotel Rodakas was a lovely location in Akrotiri. Room was spotless and clean and a beautiful view of the sea from balcony. The family was very kind and friendly. Peaceful ambience near pool side

The driver took us everyday to a different beach and his recommendations helped us get the best of the island in the week we spent there

Honestly I don’t really write reviews, but this hotel really deserves it. This is a nice little cozy and comfortable hotel and it is super clean

Breakfast was great, varied and international and the homemade cocktails by the pool are the icing on the cake

Beaches - red beach hike (like being on Mars), Monolithos (for actual sand and not rocks), Caldera beach (for no crowds), Vlychada beach (for views). I genuinely can’t fault Hotel Goulielmos

Such a fun night! The pool area is gorgeous, but we were lucky enough to stay in a room with our own private lounge pool

Experiences – A traditional boat sunset cruise (Medousa) with Miltos and Stathis, horse riding in Akrotiri, exploring the Akrotiri ruins (get a guided tour and split the cost with others), and hiking up Skaros Rock for the views

There are a couple of little mini markets just up the road, and you can walk to the village where you’ll find Theofanis Greek Experience – an amazing restaurant with incredible live music, dancing, and yes… plate smashing

The staff here are something else – genuinely some of the most attentive and friendly people we’ve met on holiday. The highlight for us was meeting Eleftheria, who welcomed us like we were old friends

We stayed at Hotel Goulielmos for 10 days - which I thoroughly recommend so you can really see all of Santorini and enjoy what the country has to offer without rushing about, plus have time to relax

More sunbeds are needed to stop the towel hogging due to lack of beds. Continental breakfast was sufficient for us as we ate out each evening. We never drink in the room but ours lent itself with its lovely views

Also the pool, which you were able to basically use 24/7 was completely clean

Staff were very friendly. Drinks were a bit too expensive. Location was good, there is 2 beaches close by and also best to get a quad bike for travelling around. Room and pool was amazing.

A negative aspect though was the fact that you were never able to get any loungers at the pool because they were constantly blocked by some towels laying on them (which isn’t really the hotels fault though)

Accommodation is beautiful, so clean, the pool area is gorgeous. The food in their cafe/bar is lovely too. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Akrotiri

It definitely has the cute and cozy Santorini Mamma Mia vibe :) It might seem a bit “old” and “broken down” at some spots but that’s just part of the flair and most importantly it was all really clean

Lucky for us, Caldera Romantica restaurant was right across the road and we had some time to spare before sunset! The hostess was able to seat us outside without a reservation and was very kind and helpful! We had a beautiful view of the caldera and the colorful sky while we enjoyed our incredible grilled octopus and white wine! We're so happy we stumbled upon this lovely restaurant! Highly recommend

Great spot! Friendly and helpful staff and a great breakfast. Comfortable room and a well kept pool. Good restaurants nearby for dinner as the hotel restaurant wasn't open the night we were there.

All of the staff at Caldera Romantica were wonderful! From the breakfast staff to the pool bar servers, everyone was very pleasant

As a vegetarian I can usually find something on the menu but when I requested vegetarian food I was sometimes given fish. Lots of sun beds and very good poolside service. Be careful on the paths as uneven in places

The hotel is in a beautiful location. We had a pool view room with balcony from which the sunset could be viewed. The hotel was clean and staff helpful. It is about 25 minutes walk into Akrotiri

Nice hotel in a great location, if you're lucky you will get a balcony view of Fira, Oia and the volcano. Pool is perfect with amazing views of the sea and church

Breakfast is a nice continental spread, The pool is gorgeous and location is just a walk to the local bars and restaurants

It is located in a not so touristy area of Santorini so when we returned to our hotel room every day it was very peaceful and enjoyed the private hot tubs and daybed outside the room

This hotel is absolutely fantastic. The view on caldeira and the swimming pool are amazing, a true paradise. The restaurant and the breakfast are VERY good

We spent our honeymoon here last June 2019. It was a good choice! Our room was decent and with a jacuzzi and amazing Caldera view!! Receptionist was kind and breakfast were always given to us in our room

Shower pressure was amazing and the design details of the room gave it an at home feel. If I ever went back to Santorini there would be no other place I would stay

The staff was really kind and available for every request. The room was clean and well organized. Near che structure there were several good restaurants and the best island's beaches. Absolutely suggested!

It was only my wife and I, in the three double bedded villa, so we had plenty of space. Positives, great view, but I believe the hotel has better views. Largish private pool for each property and jacuzzi

We hung out by the public pool before our room was ready. Forgot to take pictures of the inside but it was nicely decorated and renovated

As a side note, it was extremely windy when we stayed and so we could not take full advantage of the pool and outdoor setting; however this shouldn't reflect badly on the Presidential Suites it's more to note weather around the time of stay

The service was top notch!! We stayed in three different places in Santorini and this was absolutely the best. Breakfast was very delicious!! The omelette was yummmm

During our visit to Santorini and as we couldn't get enough of the island, we decided to stay a few days longer

Transport from airport for a €25 charge Negatives, Quiet and remote location, you will need a vehicle to get to the nearest village as the walk is around 25 minutes along a busy road with little in the way of footpaths, so a bit dangerous especially at night

Crew in the hotel is really nice, pool and sea are close to the rooms. Area is quite but a-little far from the center (20-25 minutes drive)

Katarina surprised us with a stay in Oia at a Villa for our last night in Santorini. The Villa was beautiful and the sunset was magnificent from our balcony. Thank you everyone at Sea Sound

If you are looking to be closer to activity, I would recommend staying in other parts of the island, but if you would like something quiet and relaxing, I highly recommend sea sound!

Rooms and clean and basic, but still had a nice touch. The resort is very quiet (at least when we were there in October, perhaps because it was low season) and right by the ocean

My husband and myself stayed at the Sea Sound in early October 2022. Katarina and all of the staff at the resort were so accommodating for all our needs during our stay

It was an exhilarating place very near to the beach. Enjoyed every bit of our stay here. The staff are very friendly, cordial and helpful.

The service is outstanding we have been well looked after during our weeks holiday here , just a small example- before we reached our sunbeds the staff had already brought us two towels

This little place grew on us over the course of a week. We had an apartment with balcony overlooking the garden, tucked away from other guests

It was spacious clean and cool yjanks to the AC and the apartment had everything we needed although we did find the wifi signal intermittent however this is a very minor issue overall

Honestly couldn’t rate this place enough! Staff were absolutely amazing and so helpful in every way possible! Rooms were cleaned every day, pool was spotless! It’s away from the hustle and bustle of fira and Oia but only a short car trip to go and see everything! 10/10 from us

In Perivolos, away from the hectic streets of Oia and Thira (which are easily reached) this hotel is a few minutes walk to the beach which has many, many restaurants to choose from

Reasonable size pool and good depth that allowed proper swimming and it was bigger than the pictures on the Web site would suggest

A room with a view right on the black pebble beach, amazing meals, and the best hospitality I have ever received from any hotel. The beach beds are included in your stay which are located across the road from the hotel

Beautiful place to spend your summer. Get the suite, and wake up every morning in front of the sea. The manager is a very nice person and he'll try to make you happy in all the ways he can.

Right on a black pebble beach which isn't nearly as nearly as touristy as kamari beach. Hotel staff is what makes this place special

The food and atmosphere were phenomenal. We actually came back every night while we were there. However, what made the most of our experience there was the staff at this restaurant

We really enjoyed our food here. Only issue is the service is way too quick. As soon as you finish your next plate is there but this isn’t specific to Terra Nero. The owner was a legend, very welcoming and attentive

Nice budget place to stay in Santorini. Near to Perissa beach and a small shop where you can get essentials. rooms are little small but amazing people working there

Clean towels every day, enjoyable continental breakfast, loads of very useful information, very clean, etc etc. We were very grateful to him and his pleasant staff in making our stay so wonderful

Only down point is the hotel is next to a main road so some traffic noise HOWEVER the noise really does diminish as it melts away into the back ground. Will love to go back tomorrow! Phil Bowen

Worth the four stars for the setting, staff and service. Family room 222 plenty big and decor amazing. Breakfast is a wow ! Plenty to choice from. Didn’t do evening meal and choice looked limited

Great place, 5 mins walk from the beach and even closer to a little supermarket. the main lady at reception was amazingly helpful, young girl behind the bar was very friendly and the cleaners did a fantastic job

Just returned from Villa Olympia, definitely recommend a stay. Villa Olympia is spotlessly clean staff are friendly and always willing to help. The rooms are traditional with air-conditioning

Odysseas is the best hotel! The room was great and the numerous pools on sight are incredible. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the beach with wonderful restaurants and places to layout

It's a very cozy complex with two huge swimming pool Rooms are clean and neat. There is a convenient store nearby

Furthermore, the customer service was truly exceptional. They let us check in early and allowed us to leave our bags when we were out before check-in and after check-out. They even set us up with an ATV rental and taxi

We would definitely stay there again and would absolutely recommend them

The hotel is beautiful and you're a short walk from Perivolos and Perissea beaches, which are both amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpful and there is a good convenient store right down the road.

They offer a pool and a hot tub but islands best beach is just 2 minutes away! Bus stations are there as well, however at night the bus schedules and stops are a bit scetchy

Great hotel pools. Near beach. Friendly staff. A/C is either on or off, so I could have a hot or cold room (no option to open a window, and balcony door didn't have a security open mode).

First impression was this cannot be a 2 star hotel. Nice little petite hotel very close to the beach. 1st morning here and we love this place already.

The pool is small but given the size of the hotel it never feels busy. Big shout out to George who serves on the beach, always has a smile on his face and is very polite

Hotel located directly on the beach, small, clean and friendly. Hotel rooms could do with a slight uplift but offer plenty of room. Plenty of choice at breakfast and great views while eating

The beach accessed from the front of the hotel is stunning, padded lounges and waiter service. Sand is like lava so be aware. So many restaurants and bars either side of the hotel and only a short walk

Bathrooms very small & poor drainage. When you shower complete floor is soaked & drains very slowly. Pool is very good but not enough sunbeds

The room was fully equipped with everything you needed and over looking the pool was a beautiful sight to wake up to! There is a supermarket for anything you need and an amazing fresh bakery only 2 minute walk down the road too where we spent a lot of time

I spent the week here with two 10year old boys. The pool is perhaps the best on the island and is Huge! It has a deep end and a shallow end and lots of lovely details like a bridge and palm trees

Highly recommend although wouldn't say for young children as no footpath from front of hotel leading to beach and very busy roads. Other than this highly recommend for price and location

The room are very clean and basic which is all we needed. You can walk to the beach in about 10 minutes

I don't mind about the pool is sea water, but I can only take a salty water bath. Positive thinking is it's good for my skin. if you like real sea water, you can take a walk to the famous black sand beach

There were always plenty of sunbeds for guests regardless of which time you arrived, although there were strong sewage smells on occasions, which nobody could identify what was causing it

The hotel is located very much on the outskirts of Perissa and takes about 10-15 mins to reach the beach and restaurants. The resort on whole is very nice, but certainly not 5 star

We were upgraded to a suite with our own private pool, and whilst our room was very nice and clean it was a bit tired and certainly wasn’t the standard of a 5 star suite

There are a lot of bars and restaurant there for you and your friends to have a nice time. Also, Sunrise at the beach was beautiful

No portable water or bottled water offered. You can't drink the tap water as it is salt water. Or at least salty to a degree. The pool is nice enough if you're dying of heat (which we were not)

Staff incredibly helpful, have knowledge of busses, local excursions and can help arrange transfers or hire cars. Balconies a nice evening bonus. Pool area well kept with some charm

Villa Clio is a budget place, but very nice at the same time. Swimming pool area is charming, rooms have spacious terraces and the whole place is super clean and nice

Ambience is very greek and beautiful- flowers, mountain views and stylish wooden pergolas. Location is great as well- very close to the beach and convenience store

This is a budget hotel but we thought that the clean rooms and quiet location are definitely a bargain. Paid 1/4 the price of nearby hotels and we didn't mind the 5 minute walk to Perissa Beach

We visited Santorini for our honeymoon and we could not have asked for a better stay at Istoria. Everyone there was so kind, and the beach is right across the street. The breakfast included with the stay was amazing

Istoria hotel is a very stylish yet relaxed, it has a peaceful chill vibe from the moment you walk in. The suites are gorgeous, the pool is so serene and the black beach is breathtaking

Special thanks to Bismarck who was amazing assisting us at the beach ! The little spa is gorgeous! Same like the swimming pool and a stylish bar with fantastic Stellios serving perfect cocktails !

I also found having beach/pool towels provided was very handy. The sundowners on the beach were good and the waiter service for both the pool and beach days was an added bonus

It's very neat and clean hotel between Perissa an Peivolos. Nice people, rich breakfast, many places on the beach and at pool.

We loved everything about our stay at Atlantis. The staff could jto do enough to help us and we're always friendly no matter the time of day. We were travelling with a toddler and they really went above and beyond for us

The staff are excellent, the pool is lovely and generally quiet, and very little sun lounger reserving going on! Breakfast becomes a little 'samey' each morning and I would have loved to see more types of fresh fruit, but that is a very minor issue

Christina at the front desk was so helpful with booking our tours, taxis and giving us advice. I loved that they added cooking facilities for us to cook for our daughter

We stopped at Perissa Bay hotel, 5th to 12th May, We loved it! Nice and clean! Right on the beach! Spectacular sun rises from the free sun beds! What made the holiday was the wonderful staff! Taylor on reception went way beyond her job description, to look after everyone! She is a fabulous human being and has an amazing personality and an even better singing voice! Secondly Harry on the front...

Make sure you get up early and watch the sunrise at the beach!! Big love to all the staff who work so hard. We will certainly come back x

It is perfect for the beach and there is no charge for sun loungers (which were very comfortable) if you had lunch/drinks there

Great hotel with the kindest staff ! The pool was great and the hotel is very close to the beach. The hotel was clean and has q great location (the bus stop is just accross the street to go to Kamari, Fira or Oia).

Our room was very nice and clean (maisonette for 2 people) and it had a great view of the pool. The pool is very nice, although there are not many seats available, but it usually is less crowded in the afternoon

Decent hotel near Perissa beach, however although he tries his best Marko's english isn't the best which makes hotel queries or issue management difficult. The pool is clean, restaurant good but value for money poor

Very nice and clean environment, 5 mins walk to black sand beach, the restaurant Mama's food is also very delicious, we were here 3 days in a row and meet the host everyday.

It's a very nice place if you are on a budget but want to be still near to the beach! It's nothing fancy but the family who runs it will make you feel at home! They also have a nice restaurant where they cook daily fresh meals, in case you don't feel like moving to get food! For sure recommended!
