Nice hotel, cozy, clean however the service and the food is tip top on a very high level. On Santorini there are many beautiful hotels however few have the same level of service level as Acroterra Rosa. Stayed for 5 days in July of 2016. It's located over a main road of the island, but it's not close to Fira (at least not a walking distance). At the time of my stay they offered a shuttle van to Fira every hour. The breakfast options were amazing, I will never forget their Greek Coffee. The view and sunset is what they are famous for. Expensive, but totally worth it in my opinion.

We liked our jr. suite, " Constas". It was actually 5 small rooms: a sitting room, kitchen, bedroom, a dressing room, a bathroom. The manager, Arris, was very attentive. We would stay here again. It is close to good restaurants, and near the city center.

Great Service. We were staying here for 10 days. The restaurant at dinner is very quiet and has good food. The rooms themselves are in a very beautiful church too. If you're looking for a place to stay for a short or long amount of time, you should stay here.

In general, it was a good hotel, however do not waste your money on the private pool with the room. It was freezing, we are from England and are used to the cold but it was impossible to enjoy. We used it once for about 3 minutes and that was it. The breakfast was nice, rooms were clean and generally a nice hotel. Just don't waste your money on going for a room with a pool.

The hotel is good for couples, environment was beautiful, friendly and quiet. The cocktails were good and the food okay. I gave it 3 stars because only a bottle of water was provided on the day of arrival. Bottled water should be complementary and provided every morning. I shouldn’t have to walk the streets to buy water after paying for my package. Nonetheless, it was worth the visit and tour.

This hotel is very sweet! The staff here are fantastic and always looking to provide the best service. The location is close to the main areas, so a short walking distance, however far enough to experience a quiet, peaceful views away from tourists. If you want to watch the views of the stunning sunset without the crowds from your own balcony, this is the place i'd highly recommend.
