Amenities and areas are meticulously cleaned. We were there for almost a week and saw how they cleaned and treated pools and hot tubs between each guest's stay and scrubbed and washed floors throughout the week

The kitchen has no right being as good as it is, considering it's only servicing the five villas on-site. Seriously had some of my best meals and drinks in Greece here, I don't understand it haha

Absolutely amazing views of almost all of Santorini's major locations and you can watch the ferries coming and going from a vast distance

The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, helping fetch bags, make dinner reservations, and overall just being warm and welcoming

Santonero is the definition of understated luxury. The minimalist villas are simple, spacious, and spectacular in almost every way

The location is also very convenient – there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making it easy to get around the island. And just across the street, there’s a lovely restaurant with a stunning view of the sunset

Rooms were standard but clean and bed was comfortable. We had few hours before night flight so we used the Pool. Breakfast was more than enough for us and the staff was very kind and helpful

We had a wonderful stay at Caldera View Resort! The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety each day

The pool area is beautiful and perfect for a relaxing swim. Our room was cozy and comfortable, just what we needed after a day of exploring

Overall a very relaxing place and easy to commute to other parts of the Island worth a visit and the extra touch of keeping our room until we left free of charge was very much appreciated

Great stay at this family run hotel. Flora is very attentive and helpful. Beautiful immaculate facilities and rooms. Pool area is a delight with attached bar and restaurant. The bus stop is just outside the hotel

A little private garden, fantastic view over vinyards and the sea, combined with a real nice pool just outside of Akrotiri make it a perfect place

The hotel is quite a distance from the main area of Oia but it was actually quite nice to be able to escape the mayhem of Santorini and come back to a quiet, beautiful, less touristy area, with lots of nice restaurants within walking distance

The hotel has a small and decent bar run by a really pleasant and friendly customer oriented bartender. The hotel serves a very good and varying breakfast, and offers a decent dinner for a decent price

All part of it made for comfortable stay and it looks like they think before they built it (the pool size is proper for the rooms, the small terraces have some privacy even they are towards the inner square, the aircos are working properly

Really enjoyed staying here. The vila looks very good. There is good wifi. The pool is quite nice as well. Gave it only 4 stars because the furniture in the room smelled a little bit old.

Could not ask for a better place to stay! The staff is extremely helpful and provide amazing recommendations. They helped set up our tours and really made travel easy. Adamastos feels more like a home than a hotel

Breakfast is not so variable but perfect for the need and as it is buffet breakfast, more then enough. They can offer car & moto rentals with discount, but for a bit higher price you can get better deals

As Akrotiri is not the most popular town on the island this is a really nice quiet place to relax and easily visit the other parts of this tiny island

A beautiful new hotel, located in the south of the island of Santorini, in a peaceful place. The villa is amazingly designed in a modern style, and includes a large private balcony with a wonderful private pool

Very nicely designed and brand new villas, all with private pools. Akrotiri and surroundings are nice as well, White Beach and Black Beach are in walking distance

Matina, Stella and team made our trip so seamless and wonderful! The villa was perfect - away from the busier parts of the island but easily accessible by taxi, which Matina booked for us whenever we needed

Aswell as the service being 5* +, the views at the via was breathtaking. Had a beautiful time there with my friends. Would recommend time and time again, and hopefully can visit again soon

Staff was super friendly, but since it is open for just a few weeks, the service needs a bit more training. But that is just complaining at a very high level

But make sure to rent a scooter/ATV/car at the location, you definitely need one to explore the island

Breakfast was great, varied and international and the homemade cocktails by the pool are the icing on the cake

Hotel Rodakas was a lovely location in Akrotiri. Room was spotless and clean and a beautiful view of the sea from balcony. The family was very kind and friendly. Peaceful ambience near pool side

Perfect place to relax, great service. We spent a week and had family and friends all arriving at different times. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Will be coming back next year

The cave style ensures the room stays naturally cooler, and the private patio, private heated pool, and the amazing view really put the cherry on top

Our room was ready early, they brought beer up to the rooftop for us to enjoy, and the hotel breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had!! The hotel is well located in a beautiful part of Athens about a 30 minute walk from the Acropolis

We had a fantastic stay , the gorgeous view from our room (just next to the reception) , overlooking the pool and the sea and sunset dint require us to visit to the lighthouse as well !!I definitely recommend this hotel

A great way to end a trip to Santorini once you have done the tourist attractions. Possibly the best Sunset view from the Caldera apartments, of the 3 we did (Cruise, Oia, Coco). The staff made it feel like a 5* stay

Worth every penny! There isn't a lot to see around the hotel, but that was what we where looking for, a car would be helpful if staying here and there are car parking spaces available

From the moment we arrived till the moment we left, we were treat like royalty and nothing was too much trouble. All of the staff are amazing and what the don't know about santorini isn't worth knowing

We've been offered to use the pool and other amenities until the minibus came to pick us up (offer which we accepted) and even thou out baggage was at the reception we did not feel any less guests in the place

The room was spacious and the view from our balcony was breathtaking! We arrived early due to our ferry, and were welcomed with breakfast and towels to lounge by the pool until our room was ready

From its pool terrace as well as room balconies you have a breath taking panoramic view over the caldera, the town of Fira and and the coast of the island

The staff was amazing! Vasilis and Marta provided assistance with directions as well as anything we needed to make our stay more comfortable

At the end we decided to take the next day flight and finally we were there!! The place is VERY quiet and you can relax and chill. we enjoy our days there with the pool and beautiful views

We had a great experience here. It’s a really chill place. And Pretty. And the staff are super nice. The road is the only drawback but it’s quiet at night. For the price , this was absolutely worth it!

Raphael was a great host, super helpful and welcoming before and during our stay - above expectation. The Junior Suite was big and quiet, very clean and a lovely sea view

The Location right opposite a bus stop gave easy access to Oia and Fira The rooms were excellent, the view of the caldera from our room was ideal, the staff ( especially Natalia, Paris, Thomas and George) were very responsive to our needs and provided an excellent level of service

The location was amazing - the Akrotiri region is secluded from all the tourist tumult in Fira and Oia; quiet, peaceful, with a bus station right across the street to Fira, and a free parking lot in the hotel

The hotel has a fancy restaurant with outstanding dishes, but there are a few more affordable restaurants in a short walking distance (not as amazing but cheaper) Last but not least - The breakfast was absolutely excellent! They offer many vegan options when

I stayed at this hotel for traveling and wedding proposal. I requested the staff to arrange a bouquet and do the recording and that was accepted. All staffs are quite kind and polite, entrance and rooms are so clean

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The staff were wonderful, all extremely accommodating and poised to help with whatever you need. The location is a short walk from Akrotiri and close to two wonderful beaches

Just an advice , it’s better to rent a car or a quad as the city is at approximately 15/20min by car or bus. Buses are not too regular (1 per hour)

Saff is polite and responsive to requests, breakfasts are delicious and served sharp on time. You will never regret staying here

The pool and balconies face north so didn't get sun there unfortunately but I guess in summer you'd get early morning and sunset in the evening. The room was superb and beautifully clean

The restaurant is nice with an open view out over the pool and sun terrace to the caldera. The menu is simple but food was wonderful

We thought breakfast was good with a mix of cooked and fresh fruit breads and cuts to suit everyone. Staff attentive and coffee great. The bar is a little bit of a benign island. You wouldn't want to sit in there

Bed was super king and very comfortable with ample soft and medium pillows. Sockets for chargers etc at each side Good Aircon. Bathroom had a massive walkin shower and good size sink and vanity

Room safe and a sink with counter and fridge hidden behind louvred doors. The hotel has a clean and modernist feel with the beautifully finished gardens and walkways contuing the clean feel

Checkin was quick and shown to our room. This was on the ground floor with a small balcony and table and chairs that gave a spectacular view out over the caldera to Thira and Oia

The pool: having our own small pool was great and very relaxing. We also shared a larger pool with 2 other rooms, but it felt private as well 3. The rooms: the rooms were very nice and clean

They arranged a honeymoon package to perfection upon arrival as well as organized a fun wine tour and car rentals. What can I say? After waiting so long to take our honeymoon, everything was perfection

We stayed 3 nights at the villa with the private pool. Words can’t describe the amazing view facing the historical volcano icon. The owner prepared our complimentary breakfast by herself which was tasty and unique

The staff at the hotel is wonderful. The room is beautiful, we booked the infinity pool room and the view from the pool is incredible. Lots of stairs from the road to the hotel, but it is 100% worth it

Staying at Phos was an absolute dream!!! It was magically beautiful. I loved the privacy and Seclusion. The staff was incredibly attentive and so friendly and accommodating

All meals are to be eaten in your room as there is no common area. We mostly enjoyed dining outdoors by our pool. Depending on which room you stay in some are more private than others

The receptionist told us to wait for 30 mins and delighted us for offering us an upgrade honeymoon suite🤩 She also recommended some cafes and restaurants and tours and tourist spots near our hotel which is very good to know! Finally we check in our hotel room at 19:37

We visited during the month of September and were not able to watch the sunset from our outdoor space (not sure if this is different during other months as the sun moves) but we could see it from the front entranceway of Pho’s, just outside our room door

We were, however, able to watch the sunrise from our lanai (outdoor space). We recommend renting a car as this location is far from the main villages of Fira and Oia which you may like to visit during your stay

Place to have a nice holiday way from the busy towns , we enjoy the lovely family rooms and the pool special our children , nice modern rooms with balcony’s WiFi , breakfast it was fine we like the idea to eat by the pool, we try many times the restaurant By the pool special the cooked meals thank you for all we will be back

We stayed 2 night at one of their villas. It was absolutely wonderful and we enjoyed the pool. Our other 2 nights we stayed at their hotel. The room was nice and loved the pool with the restaurant and bar right there

Away from the touristy Fira and Oia. Easily driveable from Akotiri to Oi (35min). Great views from the poolside restaurant. Owner was very nice and helpful

Kostas, the owner and his staff are brilliant and nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with good home-cooked Greek food. I can’t wait to be back there with my Greek friends
