Lower ground floor houses a little gym next to the bedroom. The pool and hot tub are heated. Our friends staying is a nearby 5* hotel did not have a heated pool which meant they could not use. This property is amazing! Each villa has a huge pool, hot tub, and access to an amazing restaurant which delivers directly to you. The food was amazing! The views of the Caldera are out of this world right from your villa! All the staff are eager to help and Naya helped us with any questions and arranged spots to visit, eat, and transportation. I highly recommend for any family or a romatic getaway

Super nice hotel!!! The outstanding service deserves special mention. Our WiFi in the room was initially very weak. A new access point was purchased and installed within a few hours. But with the beautiful view, you don't actually need internet.

The apartment was very cozy, i really liked the cave - yes it didn’t have windows - because it is a cave :D but the morning sun was shining in and it was perfect. The pool was perfect. I was there with my wife, the suites are wonderful, we enjoyed the maximum comfort offered by the environment and the view from the terrace, you could see the sunset from there, it was something magical, the staff was excellent and I recommend it 100%.
The place was as promised. The photos are accurate and the rooms were well prepared. The rooms are being cleaned every day and new towels are given.
