Amenities and areas are meticulously cleaned. We were there for almost a week and saw how they cleaned and treated pools and hot tubs between each guest's stay and scrubbed and washed floors throughout the week

The kitchen has no right being as good as it is, considering it's only servicing the five villas on-site. Seriously had some of my best meals and drinks in Greece here, I don't understand it haha

Absolutely amazing views of almost all of Santorini's major locations and you can watch the ferries coming and going from a vast distance

The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, helping fetch bags, make dinner reservations, and overall just being warm and welcoming

Santonero is the definition of understated luxury. The minimalist villas are simple, spacious, and spectacular in almost every way

View from just outside of the hotel is incredible. Caldera Beach that is across the street is a recommended place for snorkeling and has dive centre for those that want to enjoy the deeper waters

The hotel is quite a distance from the main area of Oia but it was actually quite nice to be able to escape the mayhem of Santorini and come back to a quiet, beautiful, less touristy area, with lots of nice restaurants within walking distance

All the staff are so helpful and friendly, and they offered multiple suggestions on what to do around the island and always greeted you with the warmest smile! The rooms are relatively small but very clean and contain everything you need

Great stay at this family run hotel. Flora is very attentive and helpful. Beautiful immaculate facilities and rooms. Pool area is a delight with attached bar and restaurant. The bus stop is just outside the hotel

Stayed for 4 nights in June for our honeymoon, had a great stay. Even came in to a little card and flowers from the hotel, nice touch. Hotel is beautiful, has everything you need and all well maintained

Beautiful hotel, me and my boyfriend really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and clean. Bed linens and towels changed regularly. Lovely breakfast of breads, meats, cheese and fresh fruit

The lady who runs the hotel was very friendly and helpful. This hotel is in the quiet part of the island so lots of privacy, would recommend getting a quad to get around the rest of the island

Staff excellent nothing to much trouble to help you enjoy your stay,food of good standard and menu offers plenty of options,if we were considering coming back we would definitely stay here,plus you can rent a car or george will transfer you all over the island

Santorini View Hotel is an absolute gem! Tucked away in a peaceful spot, it offers breathtaking, uninterrupted views of the caldera – far quieter and more relaxing than busy Fira or Oia

Stayed here for our honeymoon and the staff promptly told us they would upgrade our room. The view was amazing and the room comfy with AC, fridge, TV satellite and a safe. The location is amazing but windy

The hotel is small, charming, and beautifully kept, but what truly makes it special is the incredible staff. Warm, welcoming, and attentive, they go out of their way to make you feel completely at home

The breakfast had everything you could need, from freshley cooked eggs to fresh fruit and everything inbetween (cereals, pastry's, toast, hot and cold drinks and probably some things I'm forgetting)

We were fortunate enough to have a room with a jacuzzi which was such an added bonus! When we first went to use it we were concerned about it looking dirty at the bottom which we explained to the receptionist and they sent someone straight up to clean - however it wasn't actually dirty but just sand/dust from the island that settles in the bottom

George took excellent care of us and guided our food and wine choices to great success! The hotel is also very compact and easy to access every portion- the rooms, the reception, the dining area (for breakfast), and the restaurant are all mere feet apart

The personnel of the hotel is very welcoming and professional, they make sure you get the best stay there. Plus the view is just phenomenal, I would stand there contemplating for hours! Very clean, modern and esthetic

The customer service here was top notch, and they took care of us the minute we landed at the airport, all the way to our departure from the port via ferry

In addition to the comfortable and cool rooms, and the beautiful spa on the front patio with the most incredible view, the restaurant, The Edge, was outstanding

The Location right opposite a bus stop gave easy access to Oia and Fira The rooms were excellent, the view of the caldera from our room was ideal, the staff ( especially Natalia, Paris, Thomas and George) were very responsive to our needs and provided an excellent level of service

The photos on Google plus the website gives just a taste of this wonderful hotel. Akrotiri is a very quiet almost unspoiled part of Santorini. This place would suit a couple of friends who want to simply unwind

The local village with a few restaurants and shops is 5mins walk away. And if the need takes you there is a bus every half hour to Thira. Everyone is super friendly and you can tell it's genuine

Bed was super king and very comfortable with ample soft and medium pillows. Sockets for chargers etc at each side Good Aircon. Bathroom had a massive walkin shower and good size sink and vanity

Room safe and a sink with counter and fridge hidden behind louvred doors. The hotel has a clean and modernist feel with the beautifully finished gardens and walkways contuing the clean feel

Checkin was quick and shown to our room. This was on the ground floor with a small balcony and table and chairs that gave a spectacular view out over the caldera to Thira and Oia

The staff are great (probably the best of all the hotel that i’ve done), always good advice and everything Great breaskfast with a wonderfull view! They arranged a honeymoon package to perfection upon arrival as well as organized a fun wine tour and car rentals. What can I say? After waiting so long to take our honeymoon, everything was perfection

We stayed here in October 2021. When I think of hospitality, I think of Cape 9. From the time of booking to the time we left, everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable and made the trip unforgettable

The pool: having our own small pool was great and very relaxing. We also shared a larger pool with 2 other rooms, but it felt private as well 3. The rooms: the rooms were very nice and clean

We stayed at Cape9 Villas in August 2021, and our stay was fantastic. The view: the view from our villa was amazing - we had a breathtaking view of the cliffs and sea 2

Beautiful decoration with a little seat « swing » in front of the dressing table. The breakfast is good you have the choice between the greek , the continental and the american

I recommend to ask for the room 3 Best view on the caldera , private pool with jacuzzi , big terrace and a private hammam in the room. The room was spacious and beautiful

Place to have a nice holiday way from the busy towns , we enjoy the lovely family rooms and the pool special our children , nice modern rooms with balcony’s WiFi , breakfast it was fine we like the idea to eat by the pool, we try many times the restaurant By the pool special the cooked meals thank you for all we will be back

We stayed 2 night at one of their villas. It was absolutely wonderful and we enjoyed the pool. Our other 2 nights we stayed at their hotel. The room was nice and loved the pool with the restaurant and bar right there

I have stayed at Mathios Village for a number of years and this is a wonderful place to stay. It is located in the quiet village of Akrotiri near to the Caldera Beach but there is a bus to Fira outside the door

The owner Kostas is an amazing agent who's recommendations made our trip as special as it can be. So thoughtful, knowledgeable and overall caring person! I'm definitely returning!

Mathios himself made sure we knew all the sites to see and arranged plans for us to make the best of our trip! We will be returning to this hotel on our next trip to Greece

Absolutely all the staff are super friendly and very kind! The location is not only great for watching the sunset but also for walking around the centre of Akrotiri, eating and having drinks

Hotel is spotless and the staff treats us like family. They are very helpful and generous. They offer recommendations for restaurants, beaches, wineries, etc. , as well as arranging rides and rental cars

Hotel is away from busy city of Fira, but still near anything we need. We hope to bring the family for a vacation

Excellent hotel with very friendly staff. We spend more than 7 days and all of those mainly at the pool area :) Awesome and clean pool, nice service and tasty plates at the restaurant!

We found Paradise Resort such a pretty, relaxing and welcoming little hotel. The pool area was comfy and relaxing with padded sofas /chairs and a shaded garden area

We booked an island tour which was really worth the money and our pick up was less than 5 mins walk from the hotel which was perfect. We also hired a car for the day that Georgia at our reception kindly organised for us

More sunbeds are needed to stop the towel hogging due to lack of beds. Continental breakfast was sufficient for us as we ate out each evening. We never drink in the room but ours lent itself with its lovely views

A negative aspect though was the fact that you were never able to get any loungers at the pool because they were constantly blocked by some towels laying on them (which isn’t really the hotels fault though)

Georgia, baby Lucas and the rest of the staff felt like family by the time we left and if we were to return to Santorini, we would definitely stay here again. Thank you to everyone for a perfect holiday :) Becky and Emma

We were lucky to find availability for 2 nights (last room!) when we unexpectedly had to extend our trip in Santorini

The Sea & Garden view room is just as nice as the others (you have the whole caldera view from the pool anyway). Maybe not the newest but the room was clean and the bed was very comfy. But the staff is the best here

We would love to visit and stay at this hotel again. We found this side of the island to be much more relaxed and better views than from Fira and Oia , the sunsets are also amazing from this end of the island

We hired a car to explore the Island, this is a wise choice as there are no pavements and its a very hilly area. There is also lots of parking space at the hotel which was great

I immediately went to reception to speak to this member of staff who then ushered the other couple away and told me that my girlfriend was rude to him (she wasn't) | then got angry and raised my voice at this member of staff and he then went onto say that I couldn't have a bottle of water

The best part was the view - it's unforgettable! We had amazing view from our window and private veranda - sea at your fingertips! We also enjoy using the swimming pool, sometimes we had it only for ourselves! Excellent location, especially if you want to relax and have a good starting point for exploring Santorini

Rooms small, basic, but clean and everything works. you're staying here for the view, and it's outstanding. We woke up to a beautiful sunrise over fira every morning

We could not have chosen a better place to enjoy our romantic holidays in Santorini. Blu Rooms enjoys a stunning view of the caldera to say the least, away from the chaotic centers of Fira and Oia

The atmosphere of the structure is simple and spontaneous, the breakfast is delicious, the cleaning of the rooms is impeccable and performed in record time

Akrotiri is more calm and quiet than Thira or Oia and we really liked that. There is a bus stop pretty close to the hotel (about 5-10 minutes walking, next to the grocery store), which goes to Akrotiri and Thira

Then, in the evening we enjoyed the hotels restaurant and my god, amazing food. We tried the shrimps, kalamri and the chicken al acreme. Miss Anna (the cook) is one of the best! We really had an amazing experience there

If you, like our group are not bothered by the challenge, it can be quite an adventure. 2) The walking area around and entering the pool is finished with a surface that can be quite slick when wet and barefoot

The service was amazing and welcoming. Everything was on time and any questions or needs I had was done very quickly. My wife was a big fan of the pools. The view especially was amazing from the room

We really enjoyed our stay there. From the check in we were greeted by the host Teo, he really took care of us and made us feel like he was a friend we havent seen for years

I dont really know why he was mad about everything. He didnt let us even enjoy our veranda at night. We really recommend this place to everyone who want to enjoy their time there

Excellent accommodation, away from the crowds. We found it a great way to relax and enjoy Santorini by renting a car and basing ourselves away from crowded Oia and Fira

It is located in a not so touristy area of Santorini so when we returned to our hotel room every day it was very peaceful and enjoyed the private hot tubs and daybed outside the room

We spent our honeymoon here last June 2019. It was a good choice! Our room was decent and with a jacuzzi and amazing Caldera view!! Receptionist was kind and breakfast were always given to us in our room

Shower pressure was amazing and the design details of the room gave it an at home feel. If I ever went back to Santorini there would be no other place I would stay
