This was our first family vacation in Crete and we were surprised how friendly and helpful people in Greece are, especially mr. Stelios! This place is family-baby friendly, it’s further from the beach but it’s ok to walk there. We loved the swimming pool, Mountain View and that the hotel is not crowded. First of all I would like to thank Stelios, the hotel manager, very much. On the first day of our holiday, I realised that I had forgotten an important medicine at home. After I told Stelios about this, he immediately took me to the next pharmacy and the pharmcist there was fortunately able to give me the medicine. So our holiday was saved. The staff was very relaxed and smiling; the food was mediocre, but we always found something nice to eat for kuds and adults alike. The view is stunning from the main building. The guests are numerous and you can have that crowded feeling. When we arrived in the late evening, they told us that only 1 room is available for the 4 of us, but it's a familiy room. This is a real place to relax ! Many thanks to the Manager and his staff , each one at the reception , the bar , the spa and the restaurant are amazing . The food and the drinks are fine. We had a lovely time and we will come back next September!! Very nice beach service

Overall, I am happy with my stay at this hotel. Nice staff, comfortable rooms. Unfortunately, in my opinion, the food leaves much to be desired. The hotel is on a hillside and has many stairs. It is worth paying attention if you do not like walking up and down. I do not consider this a disadvantage, especially since the upper floors have a wonderful view of the sea and mountains. I had an unforgettable stay at this hotel! Everything was great, but the staff really stood out. I would especially like to mention the bartender Ensi Dika,His kindness, professionalism and ability to create a cozy atmosphere really impressed. I have mixed feelings. If you’re in need of some warm weather and to spend time on a calm beach, this is definitely a great place to book. They cater to a small budget so food choices are edible and a little variation from day to day, but I can’t say anything I ate was “great” and for some reason they have no deserts, apart from ice cream and fruit, I guess that eats in to profit margins too much....

Excellent 3 star hotel! First line, cozy beach, calm sea (location) surrounded by majestic mountains... Very pleasant and helpful hotel and restaurant staff. Delicious food, light wine, selection of drinks... Democratic atmosphere .. Entertainment and dancing in the lounge bar . Everything was great! A wonderful vacation for reasonable money!
