Bali Diamond "by Checkin" Adults Only

Friendly check in. Rooms were nice and comfortable but the view of sea/beach/mountain is the star of the show. During our stay, the pool area was extremely quiet but we might have got lucky with that! Good location for visiting two nearby beaches and lots of restaurants are close too. Breakfast was good, some good authentic greek options and super friendly service!

We loved the location with great view from balcony on the whole bay and great swimming pool. Staff was friendly and attentive to our needs, even helped with luggage. The hotel has many stairs but also lifts and two different entrances allow you to access different parts of Bali - everything important is 10min walk max. Very clean and minimalistic design of rooms and great breakfasts by the pool. Snack bar bellow serves great smoothies and goat ice cream - we will for sure come back ♥️

Wow! Stunning hotel, peaceful, clean everything you could ask for from an Adults only hotel, the rooms were cleaned daily, fresh towels provided as well as pool/beach towels. The room we stayed in had a the most gorgeous large balcony which over looked the sea, with sun-loungers, outside seating and umbrella, it was such a pleasant way to spend the evenings before bed listening to the sea & gazing over the clear night skies. The pool area was quiet and clean, with an adequate size pool for the guests which were here when we stayed however there was a very limited amount of space around the pool, this is roof top though so unbeatable, also not many sun-loungers around the pool due to the lack of space. The only reason this review is not 5* is that me and my partner believed that the breakfast included in the price was very mediocre, the hot food most mornings was cold regardless if you got down at 8am or 10am, furthermore the options were extremely limited. Overall we throughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to most people!

On our arrival, we were asked for our passports, to realise, we had lost them!! As you can imagine, panic and worry set in 🙈 the lady on reception (I think her name was Eva) was so reassuring and told us not to worry, and that she would phone the transfer company to try and locate them for us, and for us to just enjoy our vacation. Within a few hours, she had arranged for the transfer company to deliver them back to the hotel. Such a relief - thank you Eva for saving our holiday 😊 So, now I've got the stressful part out the way, let's get down to this wonderful hotel. The hotel is clean, modern and peaceful 😌 everything is quite basic, but has all you need for a relaxing holiday! The location of this hotel is nothing short of incredible 😍 Bali is absolutely stunning, and this hotel is located on the beach front of a beautiful beach, with crystal clear warm waters 😍 so warm, that me and the husband (and a few others) had late night swims (I'm talking after 10pm and still warm!), and so clear that you can see all the fish 🐠 There are a few lovely tavernas/bars on the beach front and a little shop, so it has everything you need within a few hundred meters. If you do want to travel a little further, there is a little train type vehicle that takes you around to other beaches ect for 5€, we utilised this and visited every beach in the area, all of which were lovely. Breakfast was pretty basic, but enough there to choose from every morning (eggs, omelette, pancakes, cereal, fruit, breads ect) and it's set by the pool with a beautiful view 😌 All the staff we found really kind and helpful. I emailed the hotel prior to arrival, to explain that our stay was a suprise anniversary trip for my husband, and offered to pay for them to add some rose petals on the bed ect, but they kindly offered to do this for free, and they also gifted us with a bottle of wine and card, which I thought was really sweet. Honestly, I can't recommend this hotel and location enough 😍 we had the best time here and would a million percent return! If you are looking for a laid back, relaxing, picturesque holiday... look no further 😁

Lovely hotel which was spotlessly clean. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms have beautiful views over the pool/mountains/ocean. Hotel was always nice and quiet at night, couldn’t ever hear anything from other rooms. The pools were lovely, one quite shallow and the other deep enough for swimming - only downside was that the pool seemed to turn my white bikini and blonde hair a bit green! Some downsides are there are A LOT of stairs, as the hotel is built into the side of the hill (not an issue for us luckily but could be for guests who need more accessibility), there are lifts but these are confusing as you need to get at least 3 different ones to get to the top floors. Another slight issue was that our shower leaked very badly whenever we used it, the hotel were aware of this and provided extra towels for us to mop up the water (not a big deal really, just slightly inconvenient). Finally the breakfast was delicious and had a good selection, only thing that could be done to improve it would be labels so you know what everything is! Overall, a lovely stay in a gorgeous hotel. The area is lovely, lots of travel agents for booking excursions and boat trips, very hilly so something to be aware of when booking.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and in a perfect location by a small beach. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast included a hot option,cereal, juice, continental breakfast, cakes and fruit. The pool was clean and welcoming but we spent our days on the beach and it was just 10€ for umbrella and 2 sun beds. Always one available so no fighting over them! You can even order food,drinks direct to sun bed. I would definitely recommend this hotel for those that want a quiet, peaceful holiday in beautiful location. There are plenty of local tavernas offering fresh fish, seafood and meat. One tip, organise you own transfer as it’s about an hour from the airport but if you end up on a shared bus it took 2 hours+

Thank you for the lovely stay. The hotel is clean, relaxing, modern and beautiful rooms. The breakfast was plentiful and they catered for me and my diet of gluten free. The pool overlooks the beach. Cannot wait to spend time at this hotel again in the future.
