Excellent hotel!!! We enjoyed there everything, very nice place with perfect location, only few steps to the beach and if you want to explore the Crete, just rent a car (hotel will help with that) and you can go in any direction

Beautiful, well appointed resort. Room was spotless and beautifully decorated. The view of the beach was stunning. Breakfast was excellent with so many options. We would highly recommend.

Good: Our room with sea view was spacious and very nice, the a bit more expensive rooms are worth the money. We were glad we didn't book a room with shared pool, because we found out, those would lack a bit of privacy

Another problem was the fact that we got soap only from the reception. The food was always fresh and very good. The staff is nice and willing to help

The manager stelios speaks excellent English and is very welcoming and helpful and was always going out of his way to help us when we asked. His son worked in the bar and restaurant and was equally kind and helpful

The hotel is up in the mountains above Bali which makes for a peaceful environment but think a car to get around was needed unless you want to do a lot of walking/use the minibus service to get to and from Bali

The food quality was good but being a smaller hotel the selection was smaller than other hotel buffets. However there was always at least two choices of meat dish, plus a fish or seafood dish

Overall a very good experience. Stelios is always helpful and looking after the guests. Is a relaxed atmosphere compared to bigger hotels

Food was good, with enough choice, but after week You look for something new - so more varietes recommended, less repeatables. All Inclusive covers all Your needs, drinks up to 23:00

there is a shop on site whoever, it has limited open times. but holds everything you could need. towels can be rented out at a small charge £💶 lots of places outside the hotel take card and cash payments

they even plated us some food and left it in our fridge because we arrive after 10pm. if you want a large water bottle ask at reception and you can re fill it at the water fountain throughout your stay

they have a lunch break but when waiting for the bus half an hour earlier than expected it actually came and said there was another bus on the way. which was true as my partner got on this one

but its lovely that its FREE 😊staff also use the bus so there isn’t always room as it only holds 8 passengers. bare this in mind if there is a few of you in your party

The outdoor eating area was excellent. My only knock is that the hotel has no beach area reserved, so all inclusive does not include the beach. You have to rent chairs from another hotel or restaurant

The hotel is good for families. There was animation by the pool in English at daytime and in some other language (I believe Czech) for the kids in the evening

We lived in a building in Mykonos, a bit on a hill, so we enjoyed the sunrise from the sea and the mountains. The food is delicious, the assortment is varied, everything is included, the service is pleasant

We are just coming back from vacation. The hotel is in a fabulously beautiful and convenient location, where everything is close, but we enjoyed the peace, natural beauty and hospitality

Pros: centrally located between two nice beaches, easy parking; newly renovated rooms with Wi-Fi (we had Standard room); very tasty and fresh food, the variety of courses has definitely exceeded my 3-star expectations; well-motivated staff really try to serve guests at their best; rooms and all around are very clean

Cons: soundproof of rooms is pretty average, we could hear guests from other rooms; new flat screen TV is in the room, but TV signal is terrible

They cater to a small budget so food choices are edible and a little variation from day to day, but I can’t say anything I ate was “great” and for some reason they have no deserts, apart from ice cream and fruit, I guess that eats in to profit margins too much

One major thing they should warn about are the number of steps that the hotel has being build into the hillside, the reception staff were great at moving our parents when a room came up but verbally for older guests I’d recommend against booking here or guaranteeing a lower level room on booking

Surrounding area is quite disconnected, so a rental car will help if you want to get out, explore or find nice dining options; there are 1 or 2 restaurant nearby that are reasonable to eat at and serve a great choice of fresh fish, but nothing particularly memorable

Hotel is in very good place of the Crete, you can travel easily from here to any direction. Village of Panormos with many Tavernas is just about 1,5km away. Owners of the hotel are very kind and helpful

Low wifi level, poor rooms, 1 km to Panormo. But cute owner, good view, and the best stone beach i ever see - crystal water with no garbage but funny colour fish.

Hotel has a big swimming pool which isn't crowded of people, sometimes you can enjoy being alone in all pool area. Rooms are modest and tidy with air conditioning

They also provided bottle of champagne and wine and decorated the bedroom with flowers as they knew it was our honeymoon. They also upgraded our room from one with private pool to a villa free of charge
