the food was very good, I really liked how the reception staff and the rest behaved, the games of the day were very interesting, the music was very good, we really liked the aqua park and the hotel was extraordinarily beautiful and the room was the same

Things that i would have liked to be different: i am a picky eater and sometimes it was hard to find something more basic to eat :) ; quality of non alchoolic drinks was not the best; the pool got overcrowded very quickly; bigger room, but not really a problem for us-to be taken into consideration for those with babies

The ATALI is the hotel of our hearts!!! This is the third time we have visited, and we must admit, it gets better every time!!! There is remarkable progress in all departments!!! The staff is excellent beyond excellent, always at our disposal for anything we needed!!!

This is the best hotel I’ve ever visited. We arrived at 6:00 AM and personnel gave us a room at 9:00 AM, but usually it’s after 2:00 PM. They also gave us better room than we booked

The hotel is situated by the beach ⛱️ in a beautiful quiet bay but with enough restaurants and shops for all your needs. There is a little train available to take you around on the 4 bays that consists Bali

The staff were also welcoming and friendly. A nice spacious balcony too and we had a nest in the corner which was lovely to watch as the parents were feeding 3 babies. There’s a lot of birds around which was nice

Delicious desserts which makes a change for an all-inclusive. Rooms are spacious and very clean with comfortable beds, but it's not the 5* experience you'd hope for. Location: stunning but a car is highly recommended

The main problem was that the Animation team were all French and everything was spoken in French ( with the odd English word thrown in) all the games were conducted in French, but as the hotel was over 90% French they really enjoyed it, but we felt excluded

There's always greek style bacon, beans, eggs and toast on a morning and plenty of tea and coffee. The rooms are very clean and cleaned daily apart from a Sunday however, our room got cleaned on the Sunday also

You can get raki, ouzo and mastika cocktails and a couple of gin drinks and rosé, beer, wine and soft drinks. Other hotels we have stayed in Bali has cheap whiskey and Pina coladas available

Had an excellent stay at the Bali Diamond. Nice welcome on arrival and helped with cases to our room. Nicos explained every part of the room and made sure we were settled in properly

The bar area was clean and well stocked with great food and beers. The room was kept clean and well maintained by the polite and helpful staff. All in all, our stay was brilliant and we had a great time

During our stay, the pool area was extremely quiet but we might have got lucky with that! Good location for visiting two nearby beaches and lots of restaurants are close too

Bali Diamond is a fabulous hotel right on the beach. We had a sea view room with a stunning view, this did mean a lot of stairs to get there but it was worth it! There are lifts if you need them though

Excellent location and great breakfast. Beach chairs are not included as the hotel doesn’t have its own beach spot - slightly disappointing if you don’t know.

Nice hotel, quietness, cleanliness, excellent view from the window, located 2 minutes walk from the sea. If the sea is cold or you are afraid to swim in it, the hotel has two swimming pools. Sincerely, Dmitry.

The cleaning staff was also wonderful, ensuring that our room was tidy and comfortable every day. The hotel itself is exceptionally clean, and we had everything we needed for a perfect stay

Our standard room was HUGE!!!! It was clean and tended to daily by housekeeping who refreshed our towels, loo rolls, shower gel/soap/shampoo and bedding and also mopped the floors! Our room opened out onto the pool area with luxury sun loungers and sofas - the mountain view was stunning!! The beach was 10M away, with shops on the main street just a 1 minute walk from the hotel

The manager stelios speaks excellent English and is very welcoming and helpful and was always going out of his way to help us when we asked. His son worked in the bar and restaurant and was equally kind and helpful

The food quality was good but being a smaller hotel the selection was smaller than other hotel buffets. However there was always at least two choices of meat dish, plus a fish or seafood dish

Overall a very good experience. Stelios is always helpful and looking after the guests. Is a relaxed atmosphere compared to bigger hotels

Pool was nice and no sun lounger fights! Used the partner hotel fillion for the gym and 3 additional pools which was a 10 min drive up the hill, imagine walking it would have been pretty strenuous but there was a minibus which I think you could use if you didn't have a car

Pasta dish with every meal plus side dishes and salads. With fruit ice cream and cake for dessert. We found something enjoyable to eat every meal but did eat out several days too as the choices were quite repetitive

There is a fridge, cooking hob, kettle, iron, microwave, hairdryer in them. Kitchen also contained sets of glasses, plates and so on. Our upper floor room had two balconies

Also people complain about sters, they aren't that many! I haven't seen any drunks, people smoking weed, being aggressive or arrogant. Nice place for family holiday if you want to expose yourself to different cultures

The staff was very relaxed and smiling; the food was mediocre, but we always found something nice to eat for kuds and adults alike. The view is stunning from the main building

We booked Marelina Villas slightly unplanned as a last minute getaway. The reviews were good but I never realistically expected that it would live up to them

We had a room with a sea view which I would recommend over the inland view, which was regularly cleaned and kept spotless. Overall the warmth of all at Kirki shone through

The hotel has many well air conditioned and clean rooms (cleaned daily to a very good standard) with a beautiful sea view and a fantastic pool that also overlooks the sea! We really enjoyed the traditional greek food, cooked by the owner (Stella) herself

Small menu choice for lunch but all the same delicious It is approx 20 min walk into Panormos itself. If it was too hot we took a taxi €8 Is approximately 40 mins to Rethymno again we took a taxi €30 each way

We stayed at The Royal Blue Resort in June 2025 for five nights and absolutely loved it. The highlight was the artificial bay with its calm, crystal-clear water and the super comfy beds by the sea

Snacks by the beach were good, though a bit pricey for the portion size. The resort has many pools, but we preferred the beach. The rooms were also perfectly fine and modern

We tried the spa- it is very relaxing and the massage by Elena was excellent. We booked a luxury villa with pool and see view- perfect for family with older children, as 2 bathrooms

The basin plug release in one room needed operating from below the sink, it was missing parts, on the second room the sink emptied with the plug in place. Plenty of hot water which never ran out and good shower pressure

Our, not very good, hire car cost €160 for two weeks, booked from the UK (Carjet) well in advance. Flat screen TV with some English channels. Good room safe, extra €2 per day

Breakfast is delicious and restaurant is one of the best I have visited. Staff, it’s simply the best! Friendly, helpful and very attentive. So happy with our romantic getaway and can’t wait to be back!

Acro suites is the place to be. The vibes from the rocks of the mountain, the sea and the sky is the combination of the pure relaxation. Services, facilities and the suites are excellent

Acro Suites is built on rocks, where you gaze at the wild natural beauty! Sunset time was just magical! Τhe staff was willing to serve us in whatever we needed, the chef's dishes were delicious and the F&B manager made us feel like friends of the hotel, not just customers

We visit this hotel with my friend next week and we had a wonderful time. The service was perfect with friendly staff and rooms are very big with seaview. You can relax in the pool with a coctail in your free time

All in all, would stay there again and would recommend it

It was a very modern space with plenty of room and a balcony. We had no issues with noise either. The pool bar snacks were great, with fruit pots and fresh rolls each day, there were also crepes and waffles

The included "cocktails" were not good, really rough so we just stuck to the beer and wine which were good. Staff were great, very helpful and our room was very clean and comfortable

The food choice and quality at the all inclusive was excellent, the vegetarian choice was good but we found many foods not labelled (apart from allergens) so sometimes it was hard to determine if it contained meat or not
