T Hotel Premium Suites

Visited for two weeks in August. The hotel is up in the mountains above Bali which makes for a peaceful environment but think a car to get around was needed unless you want to do a lot of walking/use the minibus service to get to and from Bali. The manager stelios speaks excellent English and is very welcoming and helpful and was always going out of his way to help us when we asked. His son worked in the bar and restaurant and was equally kind and helpful. All staff we met were sweet and friendly, most spoke limited English but way better than our Greek! Rooms are spacious and clean. Pool was nice and no sun lounger fights! Used the partner hotel fillion for the gym and 3 additional pools which was a 10 min drive up the hill, imagine walking it would have been pretty strenuous but there was a minibus which I think you could use if you didn't have a car. The food quality was good but being a smaller hotel the selection was smaller than other hotel buffets. However there was always at least two choices of meat dish, plus a fish or seafood dish. Pasta dish with every meal plus side dishes and salads.With fruit ice cream and cake for dessert. We found something enjoyable to eat every meal but did eat out several days too as the choices were quite repetitive. Overall we had a lovely stay and enjoyed the hotel very much as a base to explore Crete.

Just got back from a short stay here . Its a really nice well designed small hotel/apartments. The staff are all very friendly and hardworking. The all- inclusive buffet has something to suit all customers . The apartments are spacious with 2 bedrooms, the lower ones also have a swim up pool. The main pool is a nice size surrounded by mountain and sea views. Its far enough away from the main strip to be peaceful but close enough to visit.

Absolutely amazing place to stay over. Helpful, caring staff. Nice clean outdoor swimming pool surrounded by beds with umbrellas. Every meal is a Buffet consisting delicious treats. Rooms are big enough, clean. There is a fridge, cooking hob, kettle, iron, microwave, hairdryer in them. Kitchen also contained sets of glasses, plates and so on. Our upper floor room had two balconies. Ground floor rooms had extra swimming pool along garden side accessible directly from them. Its 2 mins from main road and 10mins walk from Bali Beach. There is carpark on site. Well worth of recommending even more of coming again.

Overall a very good experience. Stelios is always helpful and looking after the guests. Is a relaxed atmosphere compared to bigger hotels

This was our first family vacation in Crete and we were surprised how friendly and helpful people in Greece are, especially mr. Stelios! This place is family-baby friendly, it’s further from the beach but it’s ok to walk there. We loved the swimming pool, Mountain View and that the hotel is not crowded. In addition, we could check out later which is great when you have small kids and you’re leaving after lunch. Food options are very limited but sufficient. We approve! :)

First of all I would like to thank Stelios, the hotel manager, very much. On the first day of our holiday, I realised that I had forgotten an important medicine at home. After I told Stelios about this, he immediately took me to the next pharmacy and the pharmcist there was fortunately able to give me the medicine. So our holiday was saved. Stelios is a super employee who is always ready with advice and action to help the guest!!!!
The water in the swimming pool was not murky as some claim and there was no smell in our flat either.

If you're looking for a fantastic accommodation with amazing staff look no further. This was our second stay and manager Stelios greeted us very warmly. All staffmembers are superfriendly and they will do their utmost to make your stay unforgettable. Half of the suites are with balcony on the first floor the other half are swim up suites, try to book a swim up suite! T Hotel's location is remote, the hotel offers transfers to the nearby village/beach every hour if you want to see more of the area you need a rental car. Unforgettable accommodation with dito staff!

This hotel is quite remote, but host Stelios and the staff in this hotel are great. Great place for a quiet relaxing holiday. Not suitable for those with mobility issues as very steep terrain.

Wonderful stay at second week of the June. Hotel is great, 2-bedroom appartment which are about 69-72 m2, are comfortable designed. All in all it's a 5 year old building. Food was good, with enough choice, but after week You look for something new - so more varietes recommended, less repeatables. All Inclusive covers all Your needs, drinks up to 23:00. You can go to hotel Filion (1300m up) for evening animations and drinks. But here at T Hotel You have plenty of relaxation, no animations, and sometimes You are alone at the pool around 13-15 hour - despite it was full. It's very quiet here. Great views at the hills and the bay. Stelios takes care about everything, and I agree with other reviewers - he's the soul of this hotel. So - highly recommended !
