Well what can I say about the Bali Diamond. Wow, best hotel we have ever stayed in Europe. Management and staff so welcoming and helpful. Our beautiful bedroom was huge, modern and so well layed out. So nice to sleep in such a comfy and quiet room. The hotel is maintained to a high standard. We had a fabulous balcony overlooking the mountains and beach.
The breakfast ladies were lovely and so hard working, breakfast was delicious and different everyday.
The swimming pool was crystal clear and clean, plus the right temperature.
Our last day was spent by the pool, as we couldn't keep our room. However this wasn't an issue as there was a huge shower/changing room on the pool floor we could use at the end of the day.
Will we be returning? - yes of course we will. Stunning and highly recommend.

This is the best hotel I’ve ever visited. Everything is amazing. We arrived at 6:00 AM and personnel gave us a room at 9:00 AM, but usually it’s after 2:00 PM. They also gave us better room than we booked. Breakfasts were delicious! And I would like to say thank you to every person who works here. Everyone is so kind and friendly. Only good emotions. I made a little present for hotel - book with small kind message for every guest ;)

A Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended!

We had such a lovely time at Bali Star Resort! The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming – true people of the heart. We came with our 8-month-old baby and were so touched by how child-friendly and caring everyone was.

To our surprise, we even received an upgrade to a room with a private pool, which made our stay extra special.

The food was absolutely delicious, and the beach just a short walk away – clean, relaxing, and perfect for families.

A big thank you to everyone at Bali Star Resort for making us feel so at home. We truly appreciate your warmth and hospitality. We hope to come back one day!

Good location, between Heraklion and Rethymno. Very nice three beaches nearby. One is extremely close, just 2min walk. Nice teritory, pool inside. Very deliciuos and rich breakfast and dinner. Few bars working till night. A lot of souvenirs shops beside.

Bali Star 🌟 made our visit to Crete unforgettable ❤️
Me and my son visited for a week in May ,first time in Crete .
From start to finish we had the most amazing holiday experience.
The hotel is situated by the beach ⛱️ in a beautiful quiet bay but with enough restaurants and shops for all your needs.
There is a little train available to take you around on the 4 bays that consists Bali.
The room was spacious and clean, swimming pool immaculate and the food absolutely amazing!!!! Great variety of Greek traditional dishes available everyday 👌 😀
I couldn't ask for anything else. The service was immaculate, so friendly and attentive, always there with a good advice and a warm smile ,thank you Lillie 😀 ( I hope I remember the name correctly)
Me and my son had the best break and we are looking forward to come back soon.

I recently spent 6 days at the Bali Star Resort Hotel, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warm and friendly staff who made us feel right at home. The cleanliness of the entire property was impeccable, with our room always spotless and the common areas well-maintained.

The breakfast was a daily highlight, offering a delicious variety of fresh options that catered to all tastes. Whether you’re craving a light start or a hearty meal, they have you covered. The two on-site restaurants are exceptional, each providing a unique dining experience with mouthwatering dishes that left us wanting more. The bar was the perfect spot to unwind in the evenings, with expertly crafted cocktails and a relaxing atmosphere offering sushi as well.

What truly elevated our stay was the on-campus massage service. After a day of exploring, there was nothing better than indulging in a soothing massage, leaving us rejuvenated and relaxed.

Overall, Bali Star Resort Hotel exceeded all our expectations, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit! Five stars without a doubt! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Bali Star saved us! Our flight to Heraklion was delayed. We got to our original hotel late. A staff between Bokking and that hotel - the hotel did not have our booking, even though we had the record. 10 pm I logged on, found a room at the Bali Star. We drove over. They were waiting for us, took our bags and guided us to the closed dining room where they served us a nice dinner. The staff were incredibly helpful. It is a lovely facility. Our room had a private pool.

Staying here was absolutely amazing. Got the private pool room, you basically could enjoy the sea from the comfort of your own place. The hosts were extremely attentive, we got extra coffee and they even packed breakfast to go because our flight made us leave at 3 a.m. Definitely a great experience!

2nd time visit. Location is convenient. It is close to the beach. Clean and staff is friendly. Spacious room and with swimming pool. Breakfast is good. Relaxing bar in the evening. Sunrise view is stunning.

Nothing compares to the view, the quality and everything this place offers. Amazing breakfast, a nice pool for adults and a small piece inside for kids, a restaurant and a bar. Clean rooms, superb staff. I will definitely pick this again for my next holidays
