Overall, I am happy with my stay at this hotel. Nice staff, comfortable rooms. Unfortunately, in my opinion, the food leaves much to be desired.
The hotel is on a hillside and has many stairs. It is worth paying attention if you do not like walking up and down. I do not consider this a disadvantage, especially since the upper floors have a wonderful view of the sea and mountains.
On the beach, almost all the space is occupied by sun loungers, for which you have to pay. There are many sea urchins living in the rocks - I advise you to use shoes for swimming. A big disadvantage is that the hotel accepts guests from Russia

The staff was very relaxed and smiling; the food was mediocre, but we always found something nice to eat for kuds and adults alike. The view is stunning from the main building. The guests are numerous and you can have that crowded feeling.
When we arrived in the late evening, they told us that only 1 room is available for the 4 of us, but it's a familiy room. After 2 night we could move to seaview rooms (what we booked) and for a compensation, we had a free late-checkout.

We have been in family room which was recently renovated, however parents stayed in the room which had no air con, bath was full of mold, both rooms missing lot of light bulbs and cleaners don’t change rubbish bin in the toilet every day- start stink next day after use. Any maintenance not been provided when reported problems…
Food is poisonous: rotten milk even bad watermelons. To be honest food wise nothing to eat - food is same every day…. With food is helping local restourants where you can have nice meal for 60-90€ for 6 persons.
Bars are closing any time even open time is say till 6pm bar was closed 3pm…
expect to pay extra for beds on the beach… 24€ for 4 beds we have payed but originally they have asked 18€ per bed… always ask for discount!
Checkout say 11am but cleaners kick your door well before 11 and start cleaning room while you still here.

This is a real place to relax ! Many thanks to the Manager and his staff , each one at the reception , the bar , the spa and the restaurant are amazing . The food and the drinks are fine. We had a lovely time and we will come back next September!! Very nice beach service

Excellent 3 star hotel! First line, cozy beach, calm sea (location) surrounded by majestic mountains... Very pleasant and helpful hotel and restaurant staff. Delicious food, light wine, selection of drinks... Democratic atmosphere .. Entertainment and dancing in the lounge bar . Everything was great!

I had an unforgettable stay at this hotel! Everything was great, but the staff really stood out. I would especially like to mention the bartender Ensi Dika,His kindness, professionalism and ability to create a cozy atmosphere really impressed. Many thanks to all the staff for the excellent service!

I have mixed feelings. If you’re in need of some warm weather and to spend time on a calm beach, this is definitely a great place to book. They cater to a small budget so food choices are edible and a little variation from day to day, but I can’t say anything I ate was “great” and for some reason they have no deserts, apart from ice cream and fruit, I guess that eats in to profit margins too much.
The hotel is tired in places and needs a fair amount of modernisation in the rooms, it’s luck of the draw if you’ll get a decent shower or a comfortable mattress etc. The pools have been really well maintained, but apart from that the only entertainment is a pool table from the 80s that cost €2 per play.
One major thing they should warn about are the number of steps that the hotel has being build into the hillside, the reception staff were great at moving our parents when a room came up but verbally for older guests I’d recommend against booking here or guaranteeing a lower level room on booking. Our original room was about half way up the complex and that was 210 steps from the beach, so probably more than 200 steps climb after dinner if you’re at the top.
Surrounding area is quite disconnected, so a rental car will help if you want to get out, explore or find nice dining options; there are 1 or 2 restaurant nearby that are reasonable to eat at and serve a great choice of fresh fish, but nothing particularly memorable.
I’d definitely go again if travelling with a modest budget.

We thought that this hotel would be amazing. The view is amazing. The rooms are ok. The food is absolutely awful, so we've spent hundreds eating out. We think it's because the hotel has bought several hotels/apartments and they're feeding too many people. The food is vile. There's no room around the pool ever. The staff do work really hard though. We was given a room miles away from where we thought. We went to the reception the next day and was moved to a much better location. Which was nice of them to be honest.
We wouldn't stay here again though. The actual area is much busier than previous years too.

We had a fantastic holiday, 4 days in Crete in the beautiful Bali Beach hotel.
The room were cleaned on a daily basis and the all inclusive food, breakfast, lunch and dinner offered lot of variety with proper traditional Greek food.
I have an hard time to understand some bad reviews, we didn’t experience any issue, everything was very good.
The stuff was polite and the atmosphere was amazing, a fantastic view from our room straight to the swimming pool front of an wonderful sea.
I would come back again 100%.
It was also very cheap for the value!

I do not recommend this hotel, dirt all over, trash, placement of rooms on big hill so you have to go with luggage on top. Some of food was old, every other day the same things. Alcohol drinks in bar-the cheapest homemade alcohol and 0.3€ disgusting juice. Please stay away
